Detection of Leak, from city work meter on my property. Determined not inside, but probably outside water line. Estimate given, after 811 contacted to make required markings for other city regarding fix needs handled professionally and timely to date. Know when you are working with services from outside contractors, to some degree you are at their mercy.but with leak continuing till fix completed.time is money. Work done and completed on schedule. Awesome undertaking for two fine reps of your company. Theron Williamson and Marvin spent almost all day digging, drilling and laying new line to resolve leak problems with old line. Minimally invasive, reseeded area through front yard when job completed.

I had an emergency and when I called, they arrived the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that they'd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He came and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didn't have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.

Our heat stopped working despite the boiler only being two years old. Our repairman could have just blamed the control board and moved on, but something didn't sit right from him so he traced one of the thermostat wires along the basement ceiling and discovered it had broken at a join. The thermostat wiring is old and brittle in our home but I never would have thought to check it. One freshly stripped wire and a wire nut later and our heat was responding to the thermostat again. good problem solving. Also just a personable, easy to talk to person.

Josh does superb task and offers reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get here within 12 hours of contact. He walked me through everything he did. Very superb conversationalist. I would endorse him to anyone. I have a feeling whomever left the 1 star rating didnt actually use Josh's services. Thanks for the help Josh.

Where do I even start? Bernardo and his team are awesome! I swapped from cast iron to brand new sewer and water lines and they finished the work and I found them after searching for a plumbing company in my area and they did not disappoint. Third time is a charm. Had to get this water heater replaced, repaired, then replaced again, but this time they recommended the expansion tank we knew nothing about, which should end the cycle. Prompt, timely, courteous, and professional.
