Workers there are so unprofessional. I've had 2 doordash order deliveries I had to pick up from here and they always tell me "order was already pick up so u have to purchase again" like HUH? as a dasher I shouldn't have to pay for my customers cause they already paid on their end??? and also they didn't even ask for who is pickup or for me to show them the order on my phone or ID, NOTHING! So basically they just need someone to say "I'm here for pickup" and they'll hand any liquor for free to someone. This caused a lot of trouble for me and the people I was going to deliver to. They seriously need new workers. It's always the same guy and he gives off such a rude attitude! Doesn't even look u in ur face when u speak to him. I'm sure he's the owner. I'm never gonna accept an order from here or shop here again

OK.. the WORST service ever!! I stopped there because it was the closest liquor store, BIG MISTAKE. I normally buy about 5-6 of random miniature bottles along with the bottle I go in for. These bottles are locked up, I am sure for good reason,but he wanted me to just tell him what I wanted "quickly"... ok I said, nevermind... I attempted to use a credit card, WITH my PHOTO on the card. He insisted on seeing my ID to match that I am the same person ON THE PHOTO. I pulled out my ID, then he snatched it from me. Then he asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, he bagged my bottle, but never gave me my receipt. He said I didn't grab the receipt..... no HE didn't give it to me. I told him he is very rude,and I won't be back again. I will never be back in that store again!!

As an ex-employee of the famous 75 year old icon alcohol, beer and fine wines empire of Majestic, I was in the area of a store called Jamestic at Hulen and Granbury Rds. I got a big kick from the name spin off. I was again in that area and decided to stop in and look at it. Absolute perfection. It was a set up just like Majestic did. Well organized, rows straight, all product fronted on shelves, cold box was well organized and product fronted. I made my purchase and complimented the two employees on what a good job they had done. Well done. With all that said, I would love to have a really nice store in southern Johnson County area to purchase my libations.

I would appreciate it if Drizly partnered with other stores in my area. I do not like Jamestic Liquor. They are overpriced. They do not have the variety OR sizes that I want and They substituted when I asked not to. For delivery they do not have the sizes advertised on the website AND for some liquors they do not even offer 1.75 size But they charge the 1.75 prices. Being new to this area I am simply appalled! This area absolutely deserves better. We entertain a lot and the amount we spend on liquor monthly will ABSOLUTELY be spent somewhere else! They need to do better.

I had some beef with this place about the high prices of their alcohol but was told it is because a larger company that sells to them made it that way for them to make any money so I was still upset until today they have redeemed themselves and gained my business again by being open as I was today at my local gas station ⛽ and after a torture filled day I want a drink and no one is open but them. U know people I really put James tic liquor store out there on that map, prices are good like I said its convenient & friendly people. Til that last time I shopped there before that new year & decided to charge my card once When I paid $40.03 ,but when I looked back over my account someone there had went back & charged it again, now thy taking there time refund in my money back WOW!!!

They are highway robbery, literally by the highway, they add $7 to $9 to the price of a bottle some have $15 added. And the store is getto, then the lady behind the plastic act like she didn't hear my sister talking to her. Do not stop here, go up the rode on ur gas and still save money

Is a nice neighborhood liquor store...clean and friendly. Prices run about 10% higher than the larger stores, and if you are lucky...u may find some Weller or Buffalo Trace there! I always check in whenever I'm in the area. They play with the big store name "Majestic"!

Jamestic liquors has an incredible name and a solid selection. Not great for wine, but has a good range of bourbon and gin. They kept their doors open more than any other place in the Texas freeze of 2021, so major props!

Nothing special. Regular old liquor store. They do have cups of ice and a nice selection of bottles and beer. They seem to always be open too. Good location as well. It's the only liquor store in the immediate area.

Good place to shop for bargains. Found vodka at an inexpensive price. Don't know the quality yet because I haven't opened it yet. But I also bought a six pack of Corona which was comparable to other stores.

Pretty good selection of spirits and knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is the lack of convenience as far as exiting. There is no option to turn left, but I can't blame the store just poor location.

I was able to locate my flavor and brand here that has been hard to find after going to four other stores. The price was a little more but not by much so I stocked up.
