This is the first time I’m actually rating a Veterinary hospital because we felt compelled to..Doctor Nicole was so reassuring on the phone and Dr India was absolutely specific and gentle on our Labrador pup who required medical care..Tegan at the counter was so helpful with the hassle of the claims that she made it easy for us to just focus on our pup..and of course they made it affordable for us..Pups came before their business..And in my opinion, that’s quality care..

Thank you so much for offering the injured little bird surgical help. I thought it might not be able to make through as it was badly wounded. A friends of mine made a call to the vet and told me the little one is recovering, and it will be sent to the wild life rehabilitations center in 10 days. Thank you again for your professional care. I am so glad that we have you as our local vet. I will definitely recommend to my friend and bring my Future animal here.

Jersey Rd Veterinary Hospital is such an amazing place to bring our pets to over the past 20 years. They always look after our pets and nothing is too much trouble. I have even called about local wildlife after storms. The vet clinic, Nicole and Linda and all staff members are important to my family and our pets over time and our community. They understand that our pets are family members not just pets.

Just got a puppy on Monday and called and booked an appointment quickly. My puppy excitement was met by the receptionist and when I came in. Despite coming in early, they took me right away and answers all my new-puppy-mom questions. The reviews here are believable and glad I found them for this first visit.

The team at Jersey Road Vets are all wonderful! They were lovely and friendly and were able to see our pet really quickly despite not having an appointment or previously been registered with them. The practice was clean and comfortable and I felt completely looked after. 100% would recommend to anyone else.

We had a great experience at our appointment today. We managed to get a last minute appointment to check our rescue pup's limp and the whole team made us feel very welcome. Nala spent her time getting plenty of fuss and treats and we left with a treatment plan and next steps.

I love this place. They really care about the animals they treat and are lovely to the humans accompanying them. I’ve always brought my dogs here and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My dog had his annual vaccination today and he got star treatment from start to finish.

Vets and staff are generally nice but it is probably the most expensive vet in the Eastern Suburbs (have been to Bondi Junction, Double Bay and Rose Bay vets). Was charged $85 for a 3 minute consultation and $152 for 4 car sickness tablets for my dog.

We are very pleased with the quality of care and service. We have been seen quickly during emergencies as well as for routine care. Our puppy has not been spooked by the experience - he interacts well with all staff and leaves a happy pup.

I called about an hour before closing with an emergency situation with a kitten and was seen right away! The team was friendly and cared for my kitten immediately. It was such a relief to have someone there who could help me!
