My husband went to get a car wash on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, it has one of those LED bar lights in the front attached to one of those heavy duty bumpers. When I tell you this LED light bar will not fall or budge trust me it won't. We have been to different car washes, done all types of car washes to this vehicle and nothing has happened to it. Now, we went to this place to get a car wash and my husband scrubbed the truck down to run it and as soon as he went to run it through the car wash an employee tells him he can't because of the LED bar light. Mind you my husband has washed it there for 5 times already and was never informed he couldn't do it. On top of that there is no sign anywhere in the location that vehicles with LED lights are not allowed to go in for a wash. My husband informed him that he would take responsibility if anything happened that we would not held them responsible for any damages and he still was told no. I don't care if it sound like an over reaction but it is frustrating that he was told after he scrubbed it down. He was going to purchase the pass they offer since we have to vehicles we frequently wash but now we are going to go elsewhere. If this is something that is policy then they should have signs up for people to see.

I took my car to this car wash on 5/23. There were two vehicles in line in front of me (Nissan - 1st, GMC —2nd, and my car was 3rd just right behind GMC). I pulled up into the car wash tunnel and put my car on neutral. Not sure what happened but the Nissan (1st car) got stuck on the car wash track. As the result GMC rear ended Nissan, and my car forcibly rear ended GMC. The driver of the Honda (the 4th vehicles that was far away behind me) realized that something is wrong and started yelling and that’s when personal shutdown the car wash manually. My car ended up loosing front bumper. I called police and when police came the manager of the car wash blamed the driver of Nissan and refused to take any liability. Nissan left before police even came. When things like that happen and car get stuck and will not leave, the car wash has to shutdown automatically. If it does not, someone should watch it all the time and shut it down manually right away before collision happens, but they did not. Took my car to the body shop and the repair was estimated to be 4K. I will try to reach out to the car wash and have them pay me to fix my car. If that does not work, I think I will take them to the court. Never will use this car wash again!!

Get the $30 monthly wash. You will not regret it. Promise! 9.2.23 dont know when i wrote the above but i have been coming here for the better part of a year. Still have my monthly. This wash is the only wash where you can smell the cleanliness coming in from the vents. The brushes and big mop things always look clean and in functioning order. I ised to dry my car but for what? I am jist gonna wash it again in like 4 days. I also feel like my car drives better after the wash. There are always attendents on duty. There is always a staffer cleaning something. Their crew exploded in staff recently. It also sounds like more people are getting the monthly paases because the lines are getting faster. 10/10 if i could.

First time I'm in...NOT GOOD!! Machines miss many spots! Barely any soap, almost no water and at the end there was soap still coming out from mirrors,door jams even at the bottom of front windshield ,DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! next time I rather go to the do it yourself carwash on fullerton and cicero(one block east of Cicero on fullerton av.) Before I came over I read some reviews on this jet brite and there was an incident were several vehicles were damage because of lack of supervision!! NOW I KNOW THAT IS WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!! LACK OF INTEREST ON MAKING A GOOD JOB FOR EVERY VEHICLE!!

I think their tire shiner is better than others. I like it overall. Can't wait for the monthly passes to become available. * Update* Monthly pass have been available for some time now. It's freaking great. I had washed the car on Sat before Easter before my drive to the country. Anyway google sent me down some stupid rural roads that had gravel on them. I was so mad, I had dirt all over. Driving home the next day as a Sunbeam was shining down on it and angels were singing I saw the JetBrite on South Harlem. Not my usual one but so happy to see it. Thank you Jet Brite for being there and your monthly pass

Good prices and gets the job done. No complaints here. I run both of my cars through the wash. If you want your car or truck to look good, bring a towel and some quick detailer or wax as you dry. And maybe bring an extra towel to wipe down your rims. Otherwise you will have a bunch of water spots if you just drive away. But let's be honest.... that's any car wash you go to. It'll never be perfect. Edit... just a heads up. They changed 1 of the lanes to memberships only. Expect a long wait. Best advice is to either get there first thing in the morning or right before they close. Especially on the weekends.

I Would Like To Take Time To Thank Manger Steve I Was At Jet Brite Car Wash On Grand Ave. Vacuum Cleaning My Car And My Keys Got Looked In My Vehicle I'm Walking Around Looking For A Hanger Couldn't Find One. And My Phone's Was Locked In The Car As Well. I Ask A Female Work If She's Had A Hanger And She's Went And Got Me The Best Thing Her Manager Steve. Came To Rescue With Two Car Door Air Bags And A Metal Rod To Get In The Car He Really Save My Day And Money Cus A Lock Smith Easy Would Of Been $100 To Open You're Car Thank You Guy's At Jet Brite Definitely Will Be Back Again To Vacuum And Car Wash.

It states SAFE on vehicles. But this doesn't look safe, but when you go and tell them what their system did. The manager tells you "it is your problem. We have a sign out." I been a member since this location started. Have a few scratches from them but this is too much. I highly recommend go to a different company who cares about their customers. And doesn't post false signs of SAFE. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get this fix or I get a ticket at some point. Post what you experience at this company especially the one on Grand Ave.

It's usually a great carwash. I bought a pass because I drive for Lyft. Today they decided to close a half an hour early and the weather had just let up after raining all day. The one kid said it was because of some kind of malfunction. I just saw the other workers in there cleaning. They turned off the vacuums before 8pm too. So I wasn't even able to do that. I saw 15 cars try and get a wash, but have to turn around. Now I'm going to have to pay for a wash somewhere else. I'm really disappointed.

I usually go here cus the car washes are good but today was different. As I was looking through the new options that are being offered, Jennifer the worker came in and pressed no upgrades without asking me if I needed help or anything. When I told her I was looking at the menu she just said “oh” and was hovering over. I felt I was being rushed (there was not a lot of cars, and I had just moved up) . I think they should ask if you need help before just jumping and pressing buttons on the screen.

I go here from time to time, its ok for a last resort. Could be alot better. My suv needs to be hand dried even after the dryer. Which is one major thing I dislike. Plus I have to remove my rear wiper before going in because there has been a time where it broke my wiper off. Also my rims do not come out clean which is upsetting when i paid for it. So this place is last resort for me. Love the free vacuum though. Also price is a little high. Very clean on the outside.

Update: brought down another star. This business advertises unlimited car washes with a membership. However, they limit you at one per day. If your car is really dirty all the time, this is not a good place to belong to if you need to go through again. This is also a great example of false advertising - there is a limit. Best car wash in the area. However, you need to call to upgrade and downgrade as their online portal doesn’t allow for that.

I really prefer Jet Brite over other competitors because they ARE better than the other automatic carwashes. I just bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and I trust Jet Brite with 'her' paint job and finish. The whole carwash is clean, bright, and litter-free! I've noticed that all the brushes and wash cloths don't have sludge imbedded in them. In my opinion, Jet Brite is an intelligent choice for care car. Check 'em out!

Super convenient Car Wash and ample amount of vacuums which I really appreciate, because there is always a space available. I love the self serve kiosk and they also have a touchless phone app that you can use also. Even with a ton of cars in line it usually goes fast. There are usually workers around always cleaning and maintaining the area. For a $3 basic wash it's also cheap entertainment for the kiddos.

Experience was nice! To start when you enter and the kiosk, the application is very easy to read and follow. You have an option to pay cash or credit. I payed credit so not sure if you would have to provide exact change when paying with cash. The wash was great. I was more impressed with the multi-power blowers that help dry my vehicle. After exiting there was enough space to vacuum my vehicle.

This place opened up right across from my residence and is a non-stop wall of noise. I can't open my windows without being blasted by the sound of one of their machines, and this is while we're in a stay at home order. How is this going to be during the summer? There has also been an increase of cars speeding through the ally, overall making it unsafe. Thanks JetBrite!

I've gone twice with 2 different vehicles and the first time the machine broke off my side mirror. It was an 80s truck and those mirrors are kinda flimsy so i was like whatever but on my second visit in my van the machines broke the trim on the roof. I've gone to other automatic car washes and didn't have these problems. I think the machines need to get calibrated

No matter what my car is still dirty afterwards, I could get the most expensive option & this wash just misses every little spot and leaves your vehicle dirty. Plus they just made the prices higher, not worth it gonna go to a hand car wash from now on and get my moneys worth. Just a waste of time and money since your always waiting in line longer then the lot is.

Apparently, people frequently have parts of their cars ripped off at this car wash. The car wash ripped my side mirror off and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because there was a sign saying that when cars are damaged by the machine that the business is not held liable. Could have at least given me a free wash haha.

Jet Brite Car Wash continues to impress. This has been my go to car wash in this area. Not only is the price good the quality of the wash is also good. I never have an issue with the vacuums being clogged like the other places. It has several spots to vacuum your car. Its never crowded. Overall it's a great car wash for a good price.

I had no issues with this car wash until today. I pay monthly for my wash but today I have noticed that I was being charged more than what I was paying. Best car wash machine that I’ve came across! Very neat, clean, and organized. The customer service is 100% great! I’m glad I found this place 3 weeks ago. From now on, I will be taking my car there for a car wash, it leaves a nice scent too. The vacuums actually work unlike other places. I highly recommend this place.

Affordable, free vacuuming… The entrance is a little confusing… it was my first time here so a sign pointing to the kiosk to enter the car wash would help…. When I drove in I actually went to the wrong side lol…only to find out it was just more free vacuuming. Overall if around the area I’d come again!

Garbage company. I bought from them Subscription after proposition from their employee and after 2 weeks my license is terminated bc I’m Uber driver. The guy from car wash didn’t tell me anything about this. I trying to calll them several times but I couldn’t reach them. Fraud company

It’s a good car wash I even got the monthly pass, but everyday it’s always packed that I don’t even get a wash but when I do stay the lines moves so slow they should at least have a lane for memberships. Now I have to cancel it’s not worth having the membership with these slow lines

This automatic wash system is one location that actually gives you a quality wash. They have heat assisted blowers/dryers at the end that run off natural gas. Pretty impressive finishing job for an automatic carwash. Well worth the $15 for their top tier wash.

Happened to need a car wash and to my surprise our wash was completely free because it was the grand opening this weekend. I chose the deluxe wash to see if it's worth it next time. I'm shining baby! The even have debugger before you go in the car wash. Nice!

It was a great experience. They were very busy but they could control the situation. 3 full lines of cars and they did a very nice costumer support and very careful in the details of every wash. I will recommend to everyone and family to go there.

Good place to get it done. The car comes out looking good. Price is just right. The lines do get a little long,you may end up waiting 15-20 minutes sometimes to get through the system depending on the time of day. Its very Popular.

Jet Brite needs to get their act together. They used to be much better quality and now when I leave my car does not look clean they spray tire shine all over my car and it looks worse than when it was dirty. Please get this fixed.

My car was damaged by one of the brushes. It snagged on the hood and scratched it. I went to file a claim, they practically accused me of lying. The supervisor was extremely unprofessional and unqualified to deal with the public.

Great service at a new location. Free vacuum and mat cleaner. Gets pretty busy so wish they would make one or two of the lanes membership only express lanes to speed up the process. That would make it five stars.

Got the $10 wash, which wasn’t bad or anything, but the wash scratched my whole driver side rear door. I made a report and was told I’d be contacted by the headquarters, but no one has called me to date.

They have a FREE BUG WASH in the back. Prewash those bugs away before you get your truck or car cleaned. First time I have even seen this. Worked great. Highly recommend this for after road trips.
