"The wash for your car is great"
So disappointed in how the new company that took over this location has managed the business. -It keeps closing during business hours with no concrete time for when they'll reopen. There isn't even a sign or an explanation, they just keep the gate closed. -3/4 of the vacuums don't work or don't have the attachment at the end so you can't properly clean your interior. It's just a tube. No one is directing the traffic that builds up because of this. -There's a car wash entrance lane just for monthly pass members that doesn't accept cards or cash. The sign that tells you it's a members only lane can only be seen when you're already in the lane so tons of people end up driving into it and getting stuck. So that creates a big line and chaos because now everyone behind them has to reverse back completely to let them out. -They removed the giant mirror at the beginning of the car wash that lets you guide your tires onto the track. Most of the employees help guide you but I can still feel my tires/rims scraping against the tracks because I can't see. There's also this one employee that works often, that never guides you, and is always annoyed when you ask for help or even talk to him. -I've tried calling to ask if they're going to get new vacuums and then to cancel my membership but no one ever picks up the phone or gets back to you. Why am I paying for a membership when I can't even use the car wash more than half of the time? Absolutely not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere. There's a $4 automatic car wash 5 min away east on Pershing. Highly recommend that one instead.
Runs smoothly enough as a business and wash, but their vacuums are pretty much a non-entity. Don’t come here if you plan on cleaning out your car. Only about half of the vacuums here (6/6/23) have nozzles at all, leaving hoses laying all over the place, but most of these vacuums don’t work in the first place. The 30ish% of vacuums that DO work here? Yeah, you’ll have a better time trying to clean up with your grandma’s old handheld mini vacuum from the 80s. I couldn’t even pick up a strand of unstuck human hair with one of these things. And they have the audacity to try to get you to join up on a monthly plan. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other car washes in this area, and any one of them is better than this place. Edit: 9/30/23 — the owner messaged on this feed, which you can clearly see. But they did nothing to rectify the issues I spoke of. I just went and got a car wash here again to see if the vacuum situation had gotten any better, and it in fact got much worse. The hoses are still all over the ground, none of them that I could see have nozzles of any kind, and the pressure of the vacuum is so laughably weak that I couldn’t pick up blades of dry grass on my carpet. You put your hand up next to it and feel next to nothing. There were three employees in the ready area of the wash, so they have plenty of employees. You would think someone would fix this issue, but it’s clearly not much of a priority for them. My opinion remains the same: go somewhere else.
Came here to write a review and I don’t even write reviews. Signed up for the new member 2 months at $9.99/ month deal. They no longer give you the bar codes to scan at the fast pass lane, presumably because they figured out that everybody just shared it with others and they were “losing money.” So now employees reach in your car and stick this ridiculously dumb and super sticky pass on your window. I have a come here maybe 6 times while I have had this pass, and every single time, someone has to come out and help me because the pass doesn’t scan. Then employees have the nerve to get frustrated and tell you to keep reversing and pulling closer to the scanner. Then when it doesn’t work, get even more frustrated that they have to manually type in the bypass code on the screen. Just give us back the option to scan our own barcode in the fast pass lane and everyone would be happier. On top of that inconvenience, none of the vacuums ever have a tip on them or work. You might get lucky enough to find a couple on the right hand side that have a decent suction to do minimal cleaning. Perhaps the owner of this particular Rainstorm doesn’t care about the customers because it’s seemingly always busy, so they are getting money either way? But perhaps caring about the level of service you offer would bring more business your way? Or do we not care because this location serves a predominantly minority base and we’re okay with giving them sub- par service?
This place is fairly quick (sometimes) and gets the job done. Be mindful of the time you want to go because the place can become quickly overcrowded. Sometimes you can’t even get out until every car has gone into the wash. No one really wants to let you out because some people pretend to leave just to cut in front of someone. I usually make my way there a little bit before closing time, because it’s the least crowded from my experience so far. I love that I can get a quick $3.00 wash, and it's right in my area. On some washes (when you spend a certain amount), there’s an occasional coupon that gives you a free car wash on your receipt. Check your receipt occasionally for that “coupon!” I’ve gotten some and I think it’s a great deal to keep customers coming back. Who doesn’t want a free car wash, lol?!? I actually found out that this place was a few minutes away from me, literally after I drove almost an hour away to find an automatic car wash. This is a large car wash and completely automatic, so all I have to do is sit inside and wait. There is also a lot of self serve vacuums in the lot. Lastly, there’s a vending machine with car smell goods, towels, glass cleaner, and the like. I come here all the time now, because I haven't found one better than this one. I highly recommend this place!!!!
The wash for your car is great. But the customer service from the employees is the worst. I brought the monthly wash and the last time I was in, I wasn't sure if I received the proper wash that I paid for so this time when I went in I asked the attendant about the lights on the sidebar. I asked if the lights on the sidebar shows the proper wash. He was so rude and stated "you get what you pay for" several times without allowing me to explain what was going on and rushing me along. So after the wash I was inspecting my car and he came out to me and asked me if I wanted my money back and not to come to his car wash because in the time while I was trying to get clarity about my wash. I put my foot on the brake and car ended up off rack while going through wash. So he came out to me to tell me about getting people through the wash and not to damage the cars. All I was asking was a quick question to make sure I get what I paid for and he just wanted to get me through the wash and not to come back again. Then wanted to cheat me out of what a monthly ultimate wash cost. I never asked for my money back and he implied he didn't want me in there again. Thanks for the wash? Think I just take my $300. down the street to the wash that is three blocks away with free vacuum also.
I live nearby and have used this place for the past few years. Overall good experience. Price is a little cheaper than other carwash nearby. The equipment looks relatively new and in good condition. Car comes out cleaner than some of the other places I have been too, and it doesn't seem to be too hard on the car. The staff are helpful. One suggestion to the management: Please let your staff stay inside in a cold winter Chicago day. It's 10 degree today and I just went to the place at 10am on a weekday. There's no line, and the poor guy was standing outside by the self-service kiosk. He was helpful, helped me pick the option and took my card to put into the machine. I told him that he should stay inside and only comes out when there's an issue. But he said the management required 1 person to be outside. I understand him being there right by the machine would help improve customer experience and speed up the process, but maybe only do that when there's a line and weather isn't so cold? Other times, he could just stay inside at 10 feet away and come out when we press the help button?
UPDATE* I emailed the company at the address below more than TWO WEEKS AGO to get my billing receipt and to address the wiper situation and I have not heard a thing. Does anybody monitor this email?? These guys are experts in dodging accountability. On Friday 8/25 the wash tore my OEM rear wiper off. I walked up and told the grounds guy, took down my number and said I'd have someone reach out to me same day. Never heard anything so I came back today. I asked if they found my wiper and the floor guy literally said "I wasn't here so it's not my problem". I asked if there was a number for me to call and he then said "I can't give out private information". I just want my damn wiper back, do you guys have any customer relations people to handle this? I wasn't even seeking compensation for damage. Also, the rest of the lot is in constant disrepair, broken vacuums and broken glass in the parking lot, which the grounds guys step over to empty the trash once it's overflowing. Poor management to say the least.
I've been coming to this location for a few years now and pay a monthly premium. They used to use a small power spray in case of debris such as bird droppings that would be problematic for the automatic wash. I've gone here at least 4 times in the past week and a half and the staff refused to spray the bird droppong on my windshield. I've heard every excuse: the power washer doesn't work, the automatic washer will get it, and I was even told just brush it off at the end yourself. They used to have a mirror to help guide yourself in, but the new management took it down. I've emailed management, but have not gotten a response. I've made every attempt possible to try give these guys a chance, but after giving them my money for the past few years, I think it may be time to cancel my membership and look for another provider that cares about their customers.
I'm on the process of getting a lawyer and reporting this business to BBB. Their promotion is very deceiving and to make matters worse, they continued charging my account $40 for 6 month after I canceled my membership on the 2nd month after they told me the $10 a month was only for the 1st month. I barely go to the wash more than once or twice a mont, so why would I pay $40 for a wash, where I can get else where for $7?? At least the location manager was respectful and understanding at first. However, the regional manager is a fast talker and very dishonest individual. May I also add very rude & disrespectful... I wouldn't recommend this Business to anyone. In fact I will be posting my experience on social media as well unless they reimburse me the $240 they stole from my account without my permission!!
Unfortunately, ever since Rainstorm took over this location it has been going into the dumps, vacuums only halfway work or the hose is missing in several stalls, you pay for a Ceramic wash which includes all the services that is offered to only have your car come out with only a "light wash" no tire shine, clearcoat, hot wax heated drying etc... and when you bring the issue to one of the attendants "oh sorry we called maintenance but they haven't responded yet" "would you like to run it through again"? why run your car through a second time if the machine isn't going to dispense what you paid for already?? there's absolutely no recourse with these people. BEWARE OF THE WASH YOU PAY FOR VERSUS WHAT YOU GET!
This place deserve 0 stars to start off the management is very unprofessional rude and dishonest!!!! My rear wiper arm was broken twice I put in a complaint filled out the form never received a call or text back i end up coming back a week and half later asked to talk to a manager they called him he still didn’t want to talk to me on the phone I finally got him on the telephone he was very rude and told it was a big joke I told him I was gonna sue he began to curse me out none stop telling me I threatened him and said I would shoot him they don’t have to worry about me every spending another dime at this place vacuum never work or tire shine and car is half way cleaned every time!!!!!
A good place to get your car washed. I chose this place because it's halfway between work and home and off the beaten path, so not as busy as other similar car washes. But it does get busy at times and can take a while to get in or out of the vacuums. I have the unlimited fast pass for the most expensive wash. It's money well spent because I like to keep my car clean. In the summertime with no rain, a wash can keep my car clean for atleast a week. I still might get it washed twice a week. During winter I go even more often to keep the salt and grime off my car. If you go here often definitely get the fast pass and save everybody time.
Terrible new owners…. My wheel cover was damaged due to the attendant not paying attention while loading me into the wash. Higher management said this was my issue due to “I’m loading myself into the wash they’re not responsible”. I would not use this wash if you have a newer car and worries about damaging it. I worked at this location for over 5 years and I will not be returning with my daily vehicle due to how the situation was handled. The on-site manager was directed to try to “push it back in place” and fix it himself. Terrible call from the higher representatives of this car wash.
ZERO stars, the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Barely any of the vacuums work, with little suction or are missing the hoses all together. The car wash is a joke and SO EXPENSIVE, it was ok when it was the $3 wash but the new owners ruined this place and now raised the prices again so it is $8 for the basic wash that doesn’t even dry! Will never go here again, much better down the street at the Lookin Good wash at BP on Pershing & Morgan wheee they at least hand dry your car! I can’t wait until the new wash opens up on the corner and hopefully puts this place out of business!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! It is advertised 8pm closing. I pay for a monthly pass and try to go in the evening because it is usually chaotic with long lines and people beeping and arguing during the day. However,I've gone around 7pm and the lanes are closed and a few vacuum lanes are open a whole hour sometimes an hour and a half before advertised closing and it's closed!!! I am not the only one,I've seen so many cars turn around just as surprised and aggravated as I am to find it closed early! Just change advertised closing to what it REALLY IS!
This used to be a great car wash, there were never any problems you knew exactly what wash you were getting and there was a mirror up on the entrance so you could line your car up correctly. Since rain storm has taken over it’s been closed at least three times in the last couple of weeks because the equipment is “down“. The mirror is gone and you have no idea if you’re getting what you paid for because they took down that electronic sign that told you. I went twice this week and they were closed both times during business hours including Sunday Aft!
Pretty good car wash. Well maintained. Attendants are on site. Normally a good wash for a automatic wash. Reasonable prices. Nice upgrades. But, they may need their mirror up for cars to pull in. The attendant don't always guide you in straight and my tires are messed up from being pushed over the guide rail. On busy days check your car, the brushes don't clean well. Messed up my front plate too. This is usually a great place but equipment failure days they do have not so good service. & I keep going back so, it's not that bad. Go support them.
Great spot to get a quick wash. Only one issue. The detailing area is the same place you drive into when paying and entering the drive thru wash. This configuration sometimes causes an annoying traffic jam on busy days, with people trying to backout and leave in the same area where folks are trying to enter the wash. Otherwise, the lot is very well maintained, the washer does a good job, the dryer blows the car 99% percent dry (better than most quickie car wash places) & the vacuums usually have plenty of suction for your cars interior.
Not a lot of cheap automatic car washes in the area so this has become my go-to place. Can't beat a $3 basic car wash with free vacuums. They have monthly membership passes for unlimited car washes with varying prices, depending on what services you want included, like wax, tire shine, etc. Passes start at around $20+, good for 1 car wash a day. Can get busy so go early in the morning if possible, especially on weekends. When it's busy it's hard to reverse out of the parking spaces where you vacuum so be careful and use your mirrors.
Free vacuums and low cost car wash pretty much do the job. Never going to get every little spot like a hand carwash would, but it's fine for what you pay, with more expensive options available if you want to add "tire shine" (aren't they just going to get dirty again as soon as your back on the road?), fancy wax, etc. I usually opt for the $6 wash, and it does a decent job. Bonus feature: Also good entertainment for little kids! My 5 year old loves to pretend that the car is being tickled by octopus arms when we go through the wash.
I’ve never had a problem at this particular location despite wondering on it by mistake. Even on the crowded days i.e. sunny days after snow or warm days in the summer, you never wait over ten minutes. The cheapest option is $3 and it’ll pretty much wash the gunk off your car. You can increase these to better tiers that’ll leave a longer shiner impact on the car. They have wide spaces for vacuuming and you may be able, on less crowded days, to use both vacuums. They also do detailing if you’re interested.
Took it for a wash and now my car full of wax didn't even bother to clean it up just come tomorrow morning when Manger is in so I'm left driving a waxed out car all night well I just goggled what happens to a car with leaving wax on the car overnight is very bad news so I hope this car wash pays to take it off cuz it was there fault and the workers didn't even care about it only come tomorrow morning when Manger is here not knowing what wax will do to my car overnight smmfh with this car wash now
Lines down the block. No way out if you’re in a rush. Nobody managing anything. No way to get out if you are using the vacuums during a rush. No mirror to help with alignment. Understaffed and forced bumper to bumper. Machines are dirty and slam hard into car. Card reader crashed several times. They didn’t give me the wash I paid for because the line was long and they were just trying to clear it so everyone was getting the same thing. The back of the car was filthy at the end. Stay far away.
Free vacuum and reasonable good express car wash. Wait is not too bad (we went there on a sunday mid-day). Two tips: (1) Vacuum before you get into the express wash (2) Choose one rung cheaper wash option and they will offer you an upgrade for less price compared to choosing the higher paying wash upfront (don't know if they will remove this after reading the review). Went back a year later and they still had the upgrade perk I mentioned above
The guys there are really nice and helpful. I had some type of grease all over my car from parking next to a meat factory. I went in for $10 wash and it just smeared. The guy was nice enough to give me a 2nd free wash. It got most of it out after wiping with a cloth beforehand. I ended up getting the fast pass for 9.99. I do think they need to work on the vaccumms as about 3 are either clogged or not suctioning properly.
Great place! There are a large number of vacuums available for use, and unlike many places that advertise free vaccums, all of these actually work and have good suction. They have staff members constantly checking, cleaning, and fixing them. They also offer monthly packages for all of the wash types, an option I am considering. Overall very clean and nice location, friendly staff, working vacuums... What's not to like?
There is nothing wrong with the wash portion. The vacuum locations are basically unusable when this place is busy however. Perhaps they could eliminate one of the three pay kiosks since that bottlenecks into one wash lane anyway. That would give more space for vacuum traffic but it would still be tough. Just a non-functional layout. I probably won't return unless it would definitely be a slow time.
Usually go through this car wash with no issues. Today my hub caps came off and I can’t get in touch with anyone that works there. I JUST WANT TO PICK UP MY HUB CAP. I have called every phone number I can find with no answer. Even tried Facebook. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get in touch with a place of business. Edit: management so kindly contacted me and I am able to pick up the hub cap.
I've used this car wash for about a year didn't really have any issues besides on busy days the attendant wants you bumper to bumper with the next car. And now that I haven't used it for a few months the machine is extra rough with my car, and left a huge scratch on my door, witch has taken 2 weeks to get in touch with management about all for them to say it was their when I got to the wash.
Originally thought the place was great. I got the monthly fast pass. The automated machines paired with little to no staff...I’m so tired of getting stuck behind someone trying to get into the car wash. Can’t leave. Just stuck. More often than not. Definitely need to cancel my monthly pass as I sit and wait regularly while nothing happens as people have problems.
Seemed to me this place was brand new... There was sod being laid when I was there. Great wash for $3! Cleaned my suv well. Only thing is the strong brushes turned my side mirrors backwards during the wash & I also noticed the charger after me had the same thing happen. There's also free vacuums for use afterwards.
Ive used this wash for years. Wont be anymore. New ownership has proven to be terrible. Wash no longer cleans vehicles properly. Most days half of vacuums are busted, clogged up or not running. For the increase in prices they also slapped on, just go to a hand wash and pay the $15-$20 instead of using this place.
I used to love this car wash but under new management and it's the worst won't be back my car still dirty and the machines were so rough against my car I'm scared there's damage I saw several cars after getting a wash turn back around to complain to the workers and guess what their cars were still dirty as well
I can't beat $3 for a car wash, especially after having driven in the snow. My car turns out beautifully and for some reason, I feel so proud of myself, like I accomplished this great feat. I usually go around 830am on a weekday and there's no line. Cost: $3 Feelings of pride and accomplishment: Priceless
$3 to never get out of your car plus free vacuums. Sign me up. Obviously if I had some $40k + car, I'd take it to a hand detail carwash but for my 13 year old sedan, this place is a gem. I haven't tried the vacuums yet so not sure how good they are, but the wash (I did the $6 option) was great.
Attendant guided me right into the side rails and damaged by rim. They said after reviewing the Attendant didn't do anything wrong. I asked for a further review & so that I could see the video of the "Attendant not doing anything wrong", it's been two months and still no reply.
There was, what i assume, a rock stuck in one of the shammies in the car wash and when it went over my car, it cracked the entire windshield. The car I was driving at the time was a rental and I didn’t even bother trying to reach out to the car wash, given previous reviews.
Automatic washer, doesn’t work that well, don’t bother paying for anything other than the $5 wash anyway because the others don’t clean your tires or anything else as promised. Free vacuums but they either don’t work, barely work, or kind of work. It’s extremely mid here.
Last time I used this business, the car wash brushes bent my rear wiper, breaking a piece that holds the wiper from extending like a regular wiper. They stopped using rear wiper bags, probably to save money. But it has discouraged me from using this car wash ever since.
This car wash has gone downhill since it has been sold to a new owner. They no longer cover your rear wiper with plastic. The mirror has been taken out to see how well your wheel alignment is when entering, and the rear end of my car is still dirty when I exit the wash.
Best Car Wash in the area! Monthly packages, Free Vacuuming. From $3.00 to $15.95. I think the $10.00 wash is perfect for my Cadillac CTSV The materials they use to wash the cars never leave any type of scratches or swirl marks and their auto-drying system is the best!
the vacuums are junk I live in the neighborhood when this car wash opened everything was very well but now they raised the prices and I agree with that but the service is very bad you pay for ultimate wash and you get the regular wash the dust and debris still there
Amazing car wash. The equipment is well maintained and the whole experience is very efficient. Employees actually do their job. I left town with my car and couldn't find another car wash like this one. I suggest getting the monthly package, it's really a fair deal.
Great $4 wash if your ride is a ride you keep clean, because this is a good value for $4 you ride looks like it's been cleaned. Pershing road car Wash pretty good and it's pretty freaking busy too. Mr G''''' your friendly neighborhood Doordash Driver. …
No one cares about this Car wash, no maintenance for the vacuum outside, you need to check one by one and cross your fingers to catch a working one, every time you are there you'll see a new scratch on your car, best worse car wash I've ever see
I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years but since the new company took over the vacuum machines never work. For example not 1 is working properly today. Either they have poor suction power, don’t work at all or missing the attachment at the end.
Broke my rear windshield wiper, I didn’t even bother to contact anyone as it’s just wasting time, a friend broke his rear wiper 2 times and never coming back again. The vacuums were all available when the previous owner running it, now it’s
This location is in steady decline over the past 3 years. I think someone else owned it and the Rainstorm took it over and rebranded, etc. It's not the car wash so much as the vacuums: They often often missing the hose, inoperable or have
It's okay with the price can't beat that but what's the point of paying for a wax and tire wax clean when you can pay the 399 and that does the same thing spend your money wisely. Also it always leave little scratches on your car too but
I have always loved this car wash, but the vacuums have been slowly falling since they changed owners. The car wash itself is getting cooler, but it took 5 different vacuums yesterday for me to find one that actually had any suction.
Nice car wash but my god it is always packed. If it’s not early in the morning I don’t even bother! Also don’t wash then vacuum! Vacuum first other wise your not getting out of that lot. Like trying to paddle against a river.
You pay for a upgraded wash with an extended re-wash code. But it's only for the basic car wash. Most other places give you the exact same wash you pay for the 1st time. Its good for getting your car cleaned in a pinch.
Car wash was fair priced and did a fine job. Free vacuums is definitely the reason I will return. I wish they had a pump for filling tires and a vendor for interior detailing wipes but overall this is a quality bargain
Literally just cracked my mirror and made a dent in my truck. Let’s see what management says about this. The wash started beating my car so hard and loud that the attendant turned the wash off to see what the noise was
For 3 dollars I would expect much less. The car wash itself is adequate, but that's miles above the price, plus we are talking about free vacuums, which basically makes the trip free if you are deep cleaning your car.
There were a lot of free vacuum lots. Five options for car wash: $3, $6, $9, $12 with Rain-X protectant, and $15 with tire shine and 5-day clean car guaranteed. Tax included. The area was often well-kept and cleaned.
Why your website states you open at 7am? When you actually open at 8am? Patrons are waiting for an hour. Please Update your Website. PS.scratch that. You still have not opened the gates and it's almost 815am. Whyyy?
Free second wash within 7days, Free vacuum( kind of low power but its free). I highly suggest their staff doing a quick brush before entering the wash tunnel otherwise some heavy dirty still wont coming off.
This place use to be amazing when they first opened, but now! the new owners have let this place go down the wash is horrible one of the parts almost tore my mirror off and none of the vacuums work? …
Great service and truly a great price for monthly unlimited car wash service. I’ve been every day since recently purchasing a new car. Many vacuums for cleaning and fast service for your wash.
The young men working here are the reason this carwash runs so smoothly, keeping everything clean and well maintained they always have a positive attitude. Monthly plans are very good deal
Stopped through for a quick wash, very impressed with the inside of the car wash facility. It was so clean. As you enter they have a mirror up top to help you guide your tires onto the
Super cheap and never too busy, easy in and out. Free vacuums and convenient hours. If you need to wash your car a lot, go for one of the memberships. Unlimited daily washes for $20-$30
Brand new, so it runs fine. However, I didn't like the handles on the vacuums, especially when you hang them up its kinda annoying. Also the cheapest carwash turns out to be $4 not $3.
$ % …
I love the car wash I love the pricing the wash doesn't always clean my vehicle thoroughly but when I go back and explain and show them my receipt they sent my car back through
Several friends and I washed the car together. The car was very good, but the back of the SUV couldn't be cleaned. I added two dollars to wash the chassis and it's not clean.
Going here once a week is a treat for the kids, they love the automatic wash! Fast and convenient, price is just right for a quick wash before heading out or coming home.
Vacuums are often found in varying forms of functioning but overall a solid car wash on the south side, even if it’s gone from a $3 to a $5 basic in the past two years.
Let me tell you when I visited 5 years ago the car wash was $3 now it’s $8 not worth it they do have a free vac tho n it’s no signs up to tell how much the car wash is
Machine wash and dryer is great. Vacuum parking is too tight if you have to back up and exit especially on busy hours. They just increased the rate to $4 yesterday.
Don't waste your money on monthly. 5 outta 10 times the past month it was closed when I went there. When it is open I have to go thru twice to get my car clean.
This car wash does a sub decent job washing cars. Very poor job of cleaning the back of the vehicle when compared to other automated car washes in the area.
Need more dryers at the end. I have an SUV that is very wet when I drive out. Also, a mirror when you enter the wash would help to guide you on the track.
The car wash is fine, but good luck with finding a vacuum with any suction. They have had more than enough time to address that known issue.
Still much of the same but I do believe they have gotten better about fixing the vacuums and I think that the was ingredients are better
They don't wash the back of your car. There was still dirt around the license plate and the passenger side. Free vacuum is good
I washed the car at noon today, but didn't give my wiper a plastic bag, which was damaged by the machine. …
Paid $8 for a car wash and the back of my suv is still dirty . I could of saved $8 and done a better job myself. …
Very bad car wash place, they broke my rear windshield wiper, scratched my wheels and my car. never go back again!
Kind of upset that I had paid $18 for a wash and my car was still dirty the back and the side door …
The vacuum is free. There are lots of vacuums available. The automatic wash is good and got everything clean
Got a regular wash for $8, the whole car was good besides streaks of dirt still left on the back.
The worse, price increased to $8, my car wasn't clean, vacuum didn't work. I won't be back!!

It's fine to rinse your car but don't think it's actually going to wash it.
Carwash was pretty good but the vacuums were terrible it didn’t even work
Great wash for the price. Even the cheapest wash gets my car very clean.
