Two children welllllll over 2 years old were not wearing masks in store today. The store did nothing about it. Their parents (who had masks on) acted like it was NORMAL. Very disturbing that the store did not either kick them out or tell them they needed to wear a mask. They also were not following social distancing. I understand it's difficult to deal with people who don't want to listen to public health guidelines but this is a pandemic. The workers need to either step up or be trained better on how to deal with customers who flout public health guidelines. I did not say anything in store because I wanted to check the Ontario guidelines myself before writing here. Every other precaution to do with COVID was taken so I really don't know why the situation today happened. Definitely not going back until this has been addressed and fixed.

This store and the people who work there are absolutely AMAZING! I have bought all my shoes from here and anytime people ask for recommendations I tell them about this store. U will always get top of the line service, they exchanged my shoes on Boxing Day and didn’t give me a hard time (not like other stores that claimed they would when I called a head of time but gave me issues when I came in), they have 365 day return and exchanges, what more can u ask for? I have seen ppl being rude to the employees and it’s upsetting because it’s hard to find amazing service these days and u wont find better service then u will find at this store. Thank u to Journeys Limeridge Mall and all the employees, u guys do a wonderful job and should be recognized for it, I shop there because of u guys!

I had a great time here today! The girl that helped me find my pair of shoes went way above my expectations. When the pair of shoes I liked didn’t come in my size she brought out other ones similar to it that I might like. She kept going in the back to see if there was some shoes I would like when the ones she originally brought out did not fit, my shoe size is very difficult to find but she did not seem bothered at all. I ended up getting a pair of red heeleys. She also treated me like I was her best friend the whole time! She definitely made my day! I do believe her name was Valentina or something very similar to that. If you want great service this is the place to go!

UPDATE: March 2023: This store is back to being the best journeys! I came back and was helped by Mary who is the kindest girl around! She brought me so many shoes and she was so sweet and complimented me so much! She even recommended great socks! Thanks for the help! THIS IS FROM BEFORE (ROUGHLY MAY 2022, did not see the problematic manager this day): Best store in limeridge! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! Would give 6/5 stars if possible!! This is a great example of how a store should run. Excellent management, always happy to deal with any issue!! Their sales staff are always super friendly, everyone here is perfect!

Really pleased with the quality, selection & overall customer service at this store. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes (one in store & one shipped right to my home, as they didn’t have my size) and absolutely love the sockettes with the inner grips that were suggested to me when I purchased. The memory foam insole in the shoes I selected are an absolute dream. I would recommend the Bayshore brand shoes with this feature to anyone with feet! Also especially nice to see younger staff (like Nate that helped me) that have strong and friendly customer service skills. I’ll be back for sure!

I usually dread going to shoe stores, but my experience here made me feel a lot better. I wasn't able to get the name of the employee who helped me but she was really sweet and helpful, she also cashed me out and the cashier number is 671043 , thank you so much for helping me find my essential art school docs lol give this girl the recognition she deserves, she made my experience 1000/10

Maddy was the absolute best. I was so indecisive about the shoes I wanted. She helped me get every size possible, every kind possible and even though they had 10 minutes until closing, she helped until i was satisfied. She informed me of the coupon at the bottom of my receipt for December of 20$ of a 75$ purchase. This will be my new shoe store for sure. Thanks for helping me maddy!!!

I was shopping here a couple weeks ago with my two kids, Tim was amazing. Helped both the kids find new shoes for back to school. Another employee (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) helped them find matching socks, which was a great distraction for my youngest so we could help my oldest find her perfect pair. Great customer service, thanks again!

Always great staff who are friendly and helpful. This is now my go-to place to buy shoes. They always have my size and extremely kind with helping find a shoe that fits and is my style. They really know what they're doing and I feel confident in saying that in my opinion this is the best store to get shoes from.

I had such a fun experience here recently! Staff were relatable and easy to chat with, very supportive and insightful, and also competent and helpful. Sale products were marked super clearly, so no guess work about prices. Feeling confident about my purchases and recommending this place to friends!

The manager Tim in the Limeridge mall location was incredibly professional, helpful and made shopping for kids vans so fun!! His customer service was the best service I've had in years. Thx again Tim!!!
