I purchased a pair of shoes from this store and when I asked if they had 7.5 they said no they don't come in that size, so I went with 8, found out that wasn't true so I bought my actual size from a different store and went to return the 8. They gave me back the sale price of the shoe not what I paid. When I noticed this I was already back home out of town so I called the next morning when they opened and they needed me to come back in. I went back to the store and they refunded me the difference but ripped me off again as they refunded me the 10 dollars but not the tax on the 10$ dollars. She couldn't understand or didn't want to that they owed me another 1.30$. Doesn't seem like much but really you shouldn't be ripping customers off 10$ , 1.30$, whatever. I'll break it down so it makes sense in case they read this, since I couldn't get through to her in the store, she actually thought I was getting over refunded from them! go figure.. Original purchase: SOCKS $17.99 SHOES $59.99 With tax I Paid $88.00 I went back returned the shoes, I got $56.49 back as a refund which is $49.99 only when I originally paid $59.99 PLUS TAX which is $67.78 because I should have gotten $67.78 back just simply minus those two amounts: $67.78 - $56.49 equals $11.30 OWED, but she refused to refund me that, only refunding me $10.00.

Off the bat no one talked to me when I walked in the store even though there were two people there. I don’t know for sure but by the looks of their conversation they decided to complete before acknowledging me they looked to be flirting which is quite in appropriate at a work place. I just want to buy shoes. When I asked to try on a pair they brought out three more pairs which was so awkward I just want to try on my shoes I picked out. I felt so obligated to try them all on, what a waste of time. Also because she was searching for all these shoes it took forever for her to come out of the back. Maybe she was finishing her flirtatious conversation. I felt like she cared more about talking to her coworkers/ boyfriend than helping me buy shoes. The staff seemed nice enough but so unnatentive. To be honest I was so tired and awkward I didn’t even end up buy anything not even the socks she tried to sell me.

I was in a real hurry looking to buy some cool boots for a photoshoot for my band. Melissa could see that I was in a hurry and she sat me down with 3-4 options and different sizes. Melissa was relaxed and professional. I felt cared for and she really too the time to try different looks and we came up with the perfect look and fit. Thank You Melissa for turning a potential stressful situation into a pleasurable experience. A few days later I came into the store and said hi and told her I was going to give her a review. We’ve never really shopped at journeys, but was looking for shoes for our daughter today.. and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the staff, particularly Hannah. She was loud and animated and honestly, everything my daughter needed to make this trip to the mall special! We found the perfect back to school shoes and a memorial first day to kindergarten shopping experience! Thanks yo Hannah for going above & beyond and making my daughter feel like she truly was the only one in the store!

Staff were very helpful; they even brought out multiple different products and I had ended up getting more than what I was intending to. The variety of products was excellent and the staff was happy to help. The store was very organized and clean and overall had a great presentation. I have had a great experience here and I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. Every time I come in to the store, all of the employees are either hiding in the back or behind the counter. I have to seak out an employee to ask them for sizing. Seems like the new employees are a bit more eager to help the customer but the managers/ supervisors seem to be there to hang out/flirt. Considering theres 10+ other stores with similar stock, they should be trying a bit harder to make customers want to come back.

I go to Journey's for their selection of DC Converse high top shoes that we all used to wear in the seventies before Nike got popular and vans line of Marvel skater yes once again I'm a comic book geek. I'll go there couple times a years just for a new pair of kicks if you're looking for something different it can't hurt to check them out

I’ve never had a better experience at a retail store in my entire life. Everyone was so helpful, they really went above and beyond for my daughter and I. The store manager (I think her name was Miranda?) was so accommodating and even helped me order a pair of shoes when they didn’t have my size in store. I will be coming back soon! :)

Absolutely love, love, love the product as well as the staff. Everyone knows what they are talking about and is quick to help. Very rare that they don't have something in my size which is crazy. Also, I have stepped up my game and am willing to pay more for shoes.

I’ve always had great experiences with Journeys and this store was no different! The girl who helped me was super sweet and not only helped me with the shoes I wanted, but also helped me get some stocking stuffers as well! I will definitely be returning.

I was out looking for a pair of shoes for my daughter. I didn't catch the name of the amazing associate that was helping us but she really went above and beyond to help us. The best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Been there 3 times, every time I picked out several pairs, not once did they have a pair in my size. It's never happened before that I've gone to a shoe store and was unable to buy shoes. What a stupid experience.
