Awful haircut!! I had my haircut by and Italian woman that botched my haircut. She was a fully qualified hairdresser that has no idea how to cut properly. I aphid $58 for some product and a bad haircut. My hair is wavy beach curls and quite thick. She "thinned my hair out" which I'm told is not the correct thing to do and I ended up with fluffy horrible hair that wouldn't curl properly after the cut. I washed my hair and tried to restyle to make sure wasn't my imagination, I also straightened my hair which then revealed an extremely uneven cut that was longer on one sude with a chunk missing and the back of my neck. There were also strands of hair that was missed and uncut. The lady was nice dint get me wrong but spoke about herself the whole time, would ask me a question then listen for a second and go back to herself. I ended up getting my hair fixed at the Arndale just cuts by a lovely lady that also works at westlakes and she fixed it up for me. My hairstyle isn't perfect due to the damage already done but the lady fixed it enough to hide the sins. I didn't return to portadelaide for the 7day guarantee, because I was afraid to have my hair ruined further. I am only writing the review because the owner needs to know.

I’ve been to Port Adelaide Just Cuts a few times since they opened (for two Women’s cut and a fringe trim) Was there again last week and the team was welcoming and lovely as always. My hair is thick and wavy, but the team give consistently good cuts and thin out my mane. They’ve also checked that I’m happy with the length so I’m never surprised with the result. When I brought my daughter in September the staff were amazing and patient with her cut. They made sure she was entertained and happy before cutting. They also answered my questions for maintaining the cut and recommend an easy to manage style. Would highly recommend the team here.

I brought my daughter into Just Cuts Port Adelaide today for a wash and a cut. We were greeted by the manager Harley who instantly had a smile on her face, along with the other lady working Soo. Harley was so fantastic with my daughter, she was friendly and patient but also listened to exactly what I wanted for my daughters hair. Her customer service was 10/10 and by far the best experience we’ve ever had at any Just Cuts. We will definitely be back and would recommend her to anyone!! Thank you Harley!

I love the idea of walking into a salon and getting my hair cut with no fuss. I’ll be the 1st to admit I’m terrible at keeping appointments or forever changing them (much to the annoyance of a hairdresser). I had my hair done by Tanya today and I was really impressed. She was friendly and professional and we had a great conversation . I will definitely see her again. Hair cut is an affordable price and no stress no fuss. Highly recommend and thank you Tanya

Terrible service, careless stuff, my 11 years daughter went there for haircut at this afternoon, during the cuting she found her neck skin hurt with several wounds, even bleeding, after first aid at home, my wife felt upset because she brought the girl there, I took the photos, I do not believe the"that's OK and don't worry ", I will not allow the kids go to Just Cut if I knew someone will hurt her neck.

Harley is fantastic hairdresser. I went in for a cut yesterday, left unsure if I wanted it shorter. She advised me to sleep on it whilst also informing me of their 7 day guaranty re-do. I went back in today and she was more than happy to welcome me back into the seat. I left with a smile on my face very happy with how I was treated and looked after. Thankyou

Popped in this morning for a hair cut and Connie cut my hair as usual. I have always had straight hair but Connie has found a curl. Each time she gives it a trim it gets curlier, it's awesome. Connie is great, she is professional, friendly, gives good hair advice. Highly recommend Just Cuts Port Adelaide, Connie is awesome.

Had my hair cut here last week and was ask for a little trim and curtain fringe and was absolutely devastated with the end result my hair was all uneven fringe was cut way too short and she can way too much hair off. Left with my hair up in a bun and tears in my eyes because it looked horrible.

My "hair stylist" Connie was asked not to cut my hair short on the back and sides, but I ended up looking like a man! She then tried to cover up her mess with 1/2 tub of hair product. It's been three weeks,s now and I'm still too embarrassed to go out. Go back to hair cutting school Connie.

I have been going to Justcuts Port Adelaide for the last 6 months or so and Connie and the staff are great. When you’re feeling a bit down a nice fresh cut and a chat is just what you need to feel brand new. Their products and product knowledge wirh colours is also fantastic! Thanks all

Went into Just Cuts Port Adelaide today for the first time. I must say the service was amazing. Staff were friendly. Connie cut my hair and she was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and showed great care with cutting my hair. Thank you Connie will definitely be back.

Excellent service, haircut was super quick and the hairdressers attention to detail was excellent. They don't do appointments. Only walk-in service but it was super quick to check in and get served in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be returning.

Really lucky I get Tanya, to do my hair. She's really amazing at her job. Her head massage is to die for. Not just that the way she communicate on the way you like your hair cut. Plus the Port Adelaide store always looks clean and tidy. Cheers Wendi.

Have not been back since the hairdresser I had 2mths ago totally messed my haircut. She says she knows what cut I want, then do the opposite. I now go Just Cuts West Lakes SA where they know what I want.

My boys haircut looked ok in the shop but later that day we realised that parts were still way too long. Will need to cut a bit ourselves! Feel a bit disappointed that they didn‘t check better
