Our first experience w/ Justin the Plumber was fantastic! From the first phone call to schedule a visit, to Alex coming out to diagnose the issue, it was pleasant all the way through. We had new plumbing work done in our kitchen, and the sink water was draining very slowly. Alex and his partner came out, unclogged what he could (which wasn’t much since it was all new), and tested the drain afterwards. The water drained quicker than before, but it was still lagging after ~30secs of running the water. Alex suggested it might be the vent pipe, so he recommended we reach out to his Supervisor to get a better diagnosis for a more permanent fix, but I didn’t get a chance to get around to it. Well, it’s been a few days since Alex’s visit and I’m happy to report the water is draining properly now. As a bonus, I also appreciated the value-add service of getting a text msg before the visit, with Alex’s bio and picture. Super neat! Finally, last add for transparency of pricing: The overall cost of the visit was $170 (150 for labor + 20 for materials used). We haven’t dealt with plumbing issues for a few years, so not sure if this is high/low compared to other companies.

2 guys showed up on the day of the service, 1 is the helper and 1 is the main guy. tried snaking my kitchen sink from under the sink and on the roof and failed. the helper is the one that went to the roof and im not sure if he was experienced enough to even do it. they didn't solve the issue and they just made it worst as water came up on my sink and never went down again, i showed the guy how it was going down slowly so its not like im just blowing up smoke here! charged me $190.00 to actually worsen the issue and after i was charged , i was told that a estimator will be scheduled to come. i get the business should be paid but they should have a rate when the issue is not resolved and the actual service guy saw that the issue gotten worst after they tried snaking it.

Had a sewage grinder pump and basin installed when switching over from a septic tank to the County sewer line. They had a few delays due to the weather, but they made sure it was done right. Great people to deal with, and very trustworthy. I am very pleased with the work they did, and I highly recommend them! Used them once again, 2 years after my previous review. Called them due to a clogged drain, and once again, they did a fantastic job! Spoke with Jenna and she said that the earliest appointment was the next day, but she called me back in a few hours to let me know there was a truck on its way. Dalton and Caleb showed up right on time, and got the job done. This is a great company to do business with, and I could not be more pleased.

I am a Realtor and I was working on a very difficult contract. The property needed a full re-pipe done in time for our closing in six days. If I couldn’t find a plumber to do the re-pipe w/in a reasonable time snd with good quality, the contract was finished and my buyer would lose the house and her binder deposit. Justin the Plumber came highly recommended and saved the day. They were able to expedite our job to the top of their list and finish it in two days. They were EXTREMELY professional. When we had the property re-inspected, the inspector was shocked at how good the quality of the work was! I highly recommend Justin the Plumber.

Stay away at all costs. We hired them to install a new water heater. They did not install it correctly, leading to water damage through our walls from leaking that we thankfully caught before too much damage was done. On top of the water damage, they broke a pipe in our wall and have refused to fix it. Thus, we have damage to our drywall, a broken pipe, and no refund for any of the incredibly poor work done. I would not recommend them and will not be using their services again.

I hired Justin the Plumber twice. The guys he sent were professional, efficient and got the job done. I feel his prices are fair and the work was well done. They suggested a repair that was a more cost effective solution than what I thought I needed. Over both visits they fixed leaky hose bibs, fixed a leaking shower, replaced faucets and installed a new cut-off valve for my house. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Wonderful job! I have an old house that had some questionable repairs done by a previous owner and these guys came out and completely re-piped the house and installed a new water softener system (not the average salt water softener). There were some challenges along the way (like the small space they had access under my house) but they got it done and were punctual, tidy, and very respectful. I would highly recommend!

Had a plumbing emergency at my office recently and our usual plumber was not being very responsive/helpful so I reached out to Justin The Plumber. They answered right away, were extremely helpful and had a crew out inside of 45 minutes. The crew did a great job and really bailed us out of a mess. They were very professional and did amazing work. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I contacted them very first thing in the morning with water over flowing and they sent a tech out right away. I had just purchased the house a week before and they found collapsed piping in the front yard. Did a complete pipe in the front yard the same day. I will always use Justin The Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Late in the afternoon both of my toilets decided to stop draining. From the start the whole team was helpful and prompt! Lonnie and Brandon did the work and are AMAZING! You don't find people that do a good job and don't have an attitude anymore..... I did with these 2! They were very nice, professional, thorough and even seem to have fun. I will definitely call again (I hope not soon)!

Justin the Plumber LLC installed a new Kitchen Sink & Faucet for us. The office answered the phone, quoted and scheduled the job perfectly, technicians showed up on time, did an amazing job and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly plumbing company! Lonnie came out on time as scheduled for an on site estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although he usually gives quotes the next day, he knew I was in a rush and I received a quote within the hour. 5 stars and would definitely recommend!

Had what I thought was a major plumbing problem call Justin and they came very promptly and fixed my what they said was a simple fix. Had it fixed in less than a hour. The best employees and very knowledgeable company. Will never use anyone else.
