Wish I would have checked their reviews before I turned in my engagement ring and wedding band to them. The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Broke my hand and the ER cut my rings off. Turned the rings in to them to get repaired, went back to get it sized not once but twice, was told the rings would be ready on a certain date, went to get rings and they were not ready and Armando and Cisco (the office manager) didn't even have the courtsey to call and let me know, another two weeks went by before they advised me where my rings were. I contacted the repair shop and had my rings back early the following week. I will never go to that store again or refer anyone to them.

The piece I bought was nice but the lady tried to get me to sign ul for a "rewards card" to save me a few dollars. She seemed really anxious for me to get this and I thought what the heck, I asked if if was like a Safeway card. She said it was and then upon doing form asked for my social security. That was a huge turn off. I declined the option to save a few dollars and paid full price. I am happy with the. Necklace I bought my fiancée. The way the lady had gone about it was just a sense of shiftiness and I didn't like it too much. I would return because they have nice jewelry. I wouldn't get the rewards card.

Emily Quesada, Customer service was so great at Oakridge Mall San Jose Kay Jewelers. After searching all around at other jewelers for an engagement ring for my girlfriend after 18yrs, I finally was able to purchase a beautiful ring. The experience of Emily showing me lots of rings to make the moment right and not just trying to make a sale like the other jewelers I have been to all week. I was very pleased with the customer service & of Emily. I will definitely be going back to Kay Jewelers in Oakridge to purchase more jewelry for my fiancée.

07-11-2011, late in the afternoon, I needed help adjusting my watch band. Walking by Kay Jewelers, a nice sales guy named Armondo Mejia asked "how can I help you?" I was impressed with his openess and approachable demeanor. He willingly helped me with my " somewhat difficult " watchband. He earned my business interest at Kay Jewelers, Oakridge Mall.

Not a very good experience. At 1000 it was not opened like it supposed to. Associate said, 15 more min. Why?!Then she could not find my purchase/plan protection by tel.#, insisted it is not there. It took awhile to do so. Not sure if I will come back

My husband I bought my engagement and wedding rings here. The staff has always gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed and there has never been any pressure to buy something neither wanted.
