I have to say today I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I decided to dine in . My order was was practically $40.00!!!!! For 2 sandwiches a bagel and 2 coffees. I always come into this place for their lavender lattes but today I didn’t understand at to why and how it was that we got our food but not our drinks until we were done eating and ended up still having to wait to have our drinks made. I literally sat at my table watching person after person come in order their drinks then leave. Even after I would make eye contact with girl behind the counter she kept telling me she was going to make my drinks and still nothing! It is upsetting when you are a customer that is physically there dining in and you disregard them and pay more attention to everyone else who just comes and goes. Literally I counted … 9 people ordered and got their drinks before we did as we sat there waiting for ours. And once we had to wait for our drinks 3 more people for their drinks . Had it not been that I paid $40 for that I would have walked out!!!! Ohhh and one last thing .. when she made my drink wrong I told her it was supposed to be hot not iced the other girl with her had the nerve to ROLL HER EYES!!!! Like WTFFFF?!??? So not only did you make us wait 12 people later for our drinks then make it wrong but then you have the nerve to roll your eyes about it AND EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT IT!!! It’s so unfortunate bc this place is actually really good. And I was a consistent customer but this right here just lost me.

Before I even made it inside I absolutely loved this place. My barista was sitting outside and chatted me up on the way in; she was extremely sweet and friendly. The coffee? DELICIOUS. I had a dirty chai and highly recommend it. I haven’t even gotten my sandwich/salad yet but I’m sure those will be fire also. I’m sad you guys are about 25 minutes away from where I live, but I will gladly make the trip here and again because it’s definitely worth it on those days I’m craving a good cup and don’t want to make it myself. Thanks for such a wonderful experience She brought my sandwich just as I was about to post….I got the breakfast one and it’s tasty . Definitely more of an actual breakfast than some other shops closer to home. LOVE this place. Thanks again! Also, just spotted the porch in the corner! Perfect little nook to enjoy your coffee/food. I want to start by saying the staff is amazing. They're very polite and very informative and personable. The food was great and tasty! The Ciabatta bread was really good with the sandwiches we ordered for sure! The salad was fresh. Lastly the coffee; as a coffee enthusiast I will say this coffee is definitely in my top 5 of favorites! If you are one that likes tasting their coffee and tasting the notes. Their Turkish coffee taste nutty and fruity clearly with some bitterness which is welcomed. The coffee is strong but with these tasting notes makes it so good! I would definitely go back!

I had an Iced white mocha with honey and lavender, the peaches and cream macaroons and a roast beef Sandwich which with egg. The kitchen closes at 2 pm on the weekends and then it’s just bakery items for actual food. Everything tasted really good. The macaroons could use a little more cream but otherwise it was definitely worth a second and third visit. The Coffee was light refreshing and not overly sweet. The customer service was superb. A great chill spot to just have a catch up with some friends. My brothers girlfriend got the red velvet cheesecake I think it was and that was really good too. I’m going back today probably to get a coffee and sandwich. I wish they had a location near southside or regency area.

TLDR; Everything we tried was refreshing and the staff was really personable. Absolutely phenomenal! Tried the Sucuk (turkey bacon/Gouda) and the Kavurma (Lamb/Beef) and both were perfect. You can taste so many flavors in both sandwiches. Tried the Turkish coffee (small and powerful!) as well as a flavored iced latte. Again, both delivered really well. The sandwiches come with a side salad, and I opted for their strawberry salad which comes with a balsamic dressing. A must try for anyone who likes fruity salads! Lastly we tried the homemade banana pudding. Just as good as everything else we tried

The front workers were very nice and the coffee was made quickly and it was delicious. No complaints there. Unfortunately, further training in the food department is needed at this location as we waited almost 20 min for 3 pastries to be heated up (for a to go order). It was not very busy in the shop. They then forgot one item and when we asked for it and received it they forgot the one topping (butter....) we asked to be added. Maybe they were having an off day but this location was lacking attention to detail and efficiency today. I still recommend this place but make sure you are not short on time and double check your order.

The interior design throughout the entire shop is lovely. It's eclectic and modern yet cozy. I was wowed by the attention to detail. My iced Matcha w/Lavender was Scrumptious! I also ordered the Mediterranean sandwich on a croissant. It was light on the Feta for my taste(if you're a cheese lover like me, ask if they can do extra cheese) but overall delicious and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great menu, amazing ambiance, excellent experience. I have already told several friends about it and plan to return to try their Turkish Coffee!

I won’t completely give up on this place. They are new and I see potential. However my tea lacked flavor and the boba pearls were not cooked completely and so they were still fairly hard in the middle. Hard enough I couldn’t eat them. The tiramisu was overly moist with espresso and was so mushy it did not even hold its shape. So unfortunately I neither drank the tea nor ate the tiramisu. The barista was a sweet heart and the ambiance of the restaurant is great! I’ll return, give them another try and hopefully update this to 5 stars.

If you’re looking for a place to go sit down and talk with your friends, this is the place. Food is top notch quality, not even talking about the Turkish Coffee that they serve with the Turkish Delight. Staff are always helpful and smiling. The atmosphere is beautiful. If I had time I would spend my whole there. Only negative thing I would say is that they are far from Beach Blvd. I hope you guys open another location there!

Messed up orders, missing ingredients, and lack of quality in the food/ coffee have left me not wanting to come back. I used to come regularly on the weekend but that is no longer the case. Excellent customer service. The interior of the space is exceptionally clean and the decor is unique. The coffee is excellent and the menu is varied with oatmeal, waffles and other unique plates. We had the avocado toast, which was delicious and topped with a perfectly cooked egg and pickled red onion. We also had a berry waffle with well balanced sweetness and was loaded with fresh fruit and walnuts. I highly recommend skipping the chain coffee store and trying this local merchant.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Everything about our first trip here was absolutely awful. They were out of all produce so they could not make 3/4 of their menu. I ordered a waffle for my child. It took 30 minutes to get. It came out as half a pancake that was not even close to cook on the inside. I do not think they have hired a chef that has any idea what they’re doing or what is going on here, but they need to reassess and start over. It’s absolutely awful

I’ve only bought a few items here but this cafe is so beautiful, cozy, and comfy. Their coffee has a richness in flavor that is so much better and stronger than other cafes I’ve gone to and their food is made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

First engagement on late Sunday a.m.= excellent! Recently discovered this new eatery offering myriad of coffees, sweets, and sandwiches. Went straight for a cold Caramel Macchiato and the Ultimate Crisp! Tasty and not disappointed. A great complement to the existing eateries there in the South Ortega Plaza. Kahve is highly recommended for a Turkish experience while enjoying coffee/teas, pastries, and….waffles! That has potential for my next visit.

I came here for breakfast on the first day of a weeklong business trip. I came back every day. The service is excellent. The drinks are excellent. The food is excellent. On my first visit I got the sujuc platter (turkish sausage) to eat and the turkish coffee, both were wonderful. The interior design is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere for sticking around and doing some work. I'm definitely going to come back on my next trip to Jacksonville.

Truth, we were looking for a good place to have breakfast. Employees greet us very nice, we order 2 coffees and 2 breakfast plates. $34 total. 30 minutes later waiting, coffee was cold, eggs were cold, hashbrowns were frozen and 2 grapes with blueberries as fruits. Nice people, really BAD food. I wouldn't waste my money on a place like this. Forgot to take pictures of the "breakfast platter", they would talk better than me.

Cute little place. Perfect to grab a quick bite. I ordered the cream cheese stuffed blueberry French toast which wasnt stuffed in the traditional sense-it was topped with cream cheese and whipped cream with blueberries. No syrup necessary! I also ordered an ice chai with oat milk. It was very sweet and only tasted like cinnamon. Still okay, and I drank it without complaints, but I probably won't order it again.

What a charming place for coffee and dessert! We were kindly greeted, and it smells like ice cream and espresso when you walk in.☕️ Our drinks were delicious. The menu is laid out nicely, the decor is tasteful, the playlist was lovely, lots of natural lighting. Can’t wait to come back and try something else! Hope they get lots of business so they don’t go anywhere! Definitely a hidden gem.

I will give another chance but not thrilled with first experience. It was $30 for one coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. The turkey bacon was very tough. They were out of the hash browns that come with the sandwich but 15 minuets later another patron was served hash browns. For what I ordered, I would have been happier at the breakfast chain drive-thru down the street at less than half the cost.

Such cute place!!! The coffee was delicious! We had the Sultan, very strong!! The food was amazing! Everything is fresh to order made! No matter what side of town you are on, it definitely worth the drive!!!

Today was my last day working here so I can finally be honest.... This is the best place I've ever worked. I looked forward to shifts for the food and drinks alone, but the employees here are incredible. They make everything with care and I promise you'll notice, just like I did. If you have the chance to check this place out, try the white mocha latte iced. You will forsholy be a return customer. The employees are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The seating space both indoor and outdoor are a nice vibe. I’m a regular customer and they never disappoint.

Came to check out this newly opened coffee shop and I was stunned by the beautiful ambience and the kind employees that greeted me. I got the blueberry French toast and it was beyond my expectations, it was amazing. Definitely need to come check this place out if you haven’t already!

Went in looking for a new coffee spot and found it. Customer service was great and the coffee was outstanding. I’m very picky when it comes to a dirty chai and I can say as a Starbucks aficionado this is better. Absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to visit again.
