A big thanks to Michael, Kakadu Caravans and Adelaide City Caravans. We seriously could not be any happier with the build and quality of our Sanctuary III full off road caravan. We had the van built through the most challenging time to have a van built, due to Covid and massive demands on the caravan industry. However, the van we received is second to none. We feel this is due to Michael being an owner operator as the buck stops with him. It is impossible to keep everyone happy operating a business however the personal service and Michael's passion really makes a difference. Michael got to know our family and is now considered a friend. This is very rare in this day and age of big companies and production line type businesses. We personally watched Michael's business grow and expand as you would expect with the build quality and pricing. Michael will genuinely try and work through any issues and get a result everyone is happy with. Michael is a busy man and can be a little hard to get hold of. During the build process he put on an assistant called Tayla who is fantastic. Tayla is very professional and highly efficient. Robin who works along side Michael is a wealth of knowledge and a can do man. After sales help has been amazing. Micheal had personally helped us with a holiday issue which was totally unrelated to the van. He helped us big time. To sum up, we have a van that has been a game changer for our family and lifestyle. We can't speak highly enough of Kakadu Caravans and happily recommend them. Simunsen Family

Lead false delivery times over 13 months. Was told chassis ordered, it was being built and the interior selections were double checked with us and van was due for end of November. 19 days out from apparent delivery we were asked to pay another $5000 if we wanted the caravan built still? Hang on I thought it was nearly built? Unable to provide any new delivery dates just to pay up if we want it. The Tax Invoice already had a price increase built into it, no mention on the invoice of possible increases in price before delivery. Had to ask for deposit back which was refunded.

Very proud to be Kakadu's first SA van! Michael went above & beyond to deliver us our Kakadu Tracker. We have had it for 9 months now & had many trips away without any issues. We love it!! Highly reconmend Michael & his team at Adelaide City Caravans!

We were fed false delivery times from our time of order. Once 18 months of waiting was over we were told they could no longer build our caravan and gave our deposit back.

Very good for customer service. A guy met us when we walked in. He informed us on all our questions. Would recommend
