1 review 1.0 star rating 1/10/2018 This was the worst experiences I have ever had with any insurance agency ever! I am already an existing State Farm member and I thought it would be easy to get a quote from them...I was very, very wrong. My only request was to get a quote for insurance. 4 days later and talking with 4 different agents at Kathy Scott's office. Many calls to office that were met by voice mail in the middle of the working day. Many broken promises. When they promised yesterday they would get this taken care of after 3 days of putting me off they called back and said they need more information and then they called the next day to continue the agonizing process. This was JUST TO GET A QUOTE!! I couldn't imagine if I had an actual claim where they already had my business how hard it would be to get them to do anything for me. This was very disappointing, frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I would highly suggest to use another company. I called another insurance company after getting off the phone with them and I got a very reasonable quote for my insurance in 5 minutes!! Kathy's office really needs to get things figured out, terrible customer service!

We called to switch over renters insurance and had the pleasure of speaking with Katie. She is delightful!!! She went out of her way to check what else we could be saving money on and has helped me save more money than I thought possible on my car insurance. Usually when I call places to get quotes they try to get me to spend the most money but Katie really took her time to figure out what was going to work best for me and fit within my budget. She understood I needed a little bit of time to think about it and make sure I was making the right decision and I am so glad I decided to switch! The process was extremely quick and easy and Katie took care of the whole thing for me. She took the time to explain everything to me in an email and over the phone because I had a lot of questions. I can't tell you how nice it is to call a company and speak with a person who actually has the time to make sure everything is squared away for me and answer all of my questions. Thank you Katie!!!!!

Kathy Scott's State Farm office, with whom I had done business for 14 years, screwed something up when I increased my renter's insurance policy with them last March - suddenly, payments which had gone through without incident (and without my notice, because automatic payment is what they want you to do) suddenly stopped being processed in June and my policy lapsed. After falling off as a customer since July of 2002, you'd think you'd get a call, right? An email? Some contact from your long time agent, right? Nope. I didn't discover that my policy had lapsed until I went to review my coverage right before the hurricane came through. And, of course, my "good neighbor," whom I had been paying steadily for 14 years, did nothing to help me. I mean honestly, why would I increase my policy in March, only to let it lapse in April, after 14 years? Find an agent who gives a rip what happens to you, or at least one who won't screw up and leave you without coverage.

I have been doing business with this office for years but my last few encounters have led me to no longer want to do business with them at all. When I initially started working with Kathy my experience was great. However, I have been assigned to numerous agents over the years, and the quality of service has gone down dramatically. In particular, Sal is the most incompetent individual I have EVER encountered at this office. He does not listen and does not read or follow through in a timely manner with customer inquiries or request. Once I called he made it appear as though he had been working on my request but seemed to be totally clueless and also (after numerous email) completed it incorrectly and not in a timely manner. This was not my first experience with his incompetence but it will be my last!! Based on other reviews (Yelp) this is a trend and obviously being ignored by office management. Very disappointed with the service received lately!!!

Carol and Ambre are crooks,they lie the entire time about premiums . And is very racist towards blacks. I overheard heard them saying blacks are easy to manipulate into getting higher insurance amounts. Please do not go here . U will regret it.im reporting them now to the better business bureau now. I called in looking to cancel my life and HI policies today due to financial reasons. I spoke with Katie and she was pleasant and very understanding. By the end of the day, she guided me into a better auto policy that will allow me to financially keep both of the other policies that I originally intended to cancel. She has been nothing short of amazing and I fully commend her for her knowledge and professionalism. UPDATE from a week later: Katie is still on top of everything I needed to complete my auto insurance transfer. She’s been prompt in getting any and all documents I have needed to complete. The whole process has been easy as can be due to her due diligence.

After reading reviews I decided this would be the company I would get my insurance with. Very professional in person and on the phone. This is one of the few locations opened on Saturday which is another plus. The rate received was in my budget. My other insurance went up almost 100 dollars. Not only appreciate Ms Scott with all her help, but they offer so many other products I did not know about. The other agents I spoke with were very professional and helpful. I love state farm and especially this office I have had so many things I needed sometimes and I always get the best response. Sal is my go to for any thing I need help with he always answers my questions and is there to give me the best advice and quotes on what we need for my family.
