Disgusting behaviour by the myki/ticket inspectors today at the station at around 5pm. Upon asking for identity verification someone had made a minor mistake with age and they started threatening with “false identity claims” and getting aggressive. Their tone was very rude when the person was complying and the one inspector was using a greatly condescending tone when they were SIMPLY misheard. It was only a school student stopped who was obviously new to the situation and scared, and they were being very aggressive with their tone and behaviour. An action should be taken on this behaviour.

It's keilor. It's a standard station and serves the area well. Sadly no vending machines or anything so you can't get a snack or a drink. It's usually not busy I've seen maybe like 10-20 people here in the afternoon can be more in peak hours. Good bus access too if you wanna get to the nearby shopping center or taylors lakes suburb.

Keilor plain station is a nice looking station however there are no facilities, no toilets, no cafes or anything else. The station recently underwent level crossing works because some absolute emus decided to walk through the pedestrian crossing whilst the alarms were on signifying a train was coming. The station looks semi-modern.

Pretty average station, no facilities and only provides the bare minimum. Trains are always on time, it isn't as crowded as the other two St Albans stations and there are a couple of bus services that stop here, connecting with Watergardens, St Albans and the nearby Keilor Central shopping centre

It's a decent station overall, it has enough parking space and you can reach here by bus if you want, it's easy to access and leave. It's just really missing more facilities like a bike cage or a bathroom to make it a better station.

Really nice and charming station just like Watergardens. Shows history of the 2000s rail operator M>Train! And it might not be much of a building but feels charming!

Not much to say about it. People keep to themselves, the station ain't special, and there always litter in the surrounding area of the station (standard really).

I had to wait here for 2 hours for a train, pretty bad station but at least I had food for the wait

Sunbury service delayed cause metro did not control the afl crowd and nor provide an extra service

Have to leave 30 minutes earlier as car park is limited and by 6:30 am half way full.
