Cant recommend the staff here enough!!! I have been going to see them for nearly 15 years. They used to see my mini foxie and now they see my two staffys. In the past they also helped my rabbit. They are friendly and actually care about your pets. The staff always remember the names of our doggies. My Staffy was bitten by a red belly black snake in our backyard at Stanhope Gardens and we took him to see dr Sheeba. He was in a very bad way, almost on deaths door (it was horrible) my partner found him just in time and rushed him to dr Sheeba whom had just left to go to a family emergency but when the nurse told her what happened she came back to give him anti venom. If doctor Sheeba did not act so quickly our boy would have died. We had to leave him there and they kept us informed regularly with his progress. They are just a great bunch of people, Dr Sheeba especially. My dog gets abit stressed when we go back there from all the bad memories so he can get abit angry and Dr Sheeba is always accommodating with him. No better place to take your pets :)

Dr Sheeba Thomas & Staff at Kellyville Ridge Vet Hospital are absolutely the best! Our dog Bluey broke his leg about 4 months ago & required bone surgery. The care & love shown to Bluey was amazing. Dr Thomas is a most caring person I know let alone as a vet. She's passionate about her work and animals. Not only did we get the answers to our questions, we also received a whole lot more information eg: other options and also what we can expect if treatment did not go as well as we hoped. We felt that we had enough information to make a decision should Bluey's surgery & treatment did not go well. Bluey has recovered very well & is now back to his normal self! Dr Thomas is a confident & passionate vet who is very professional in her work. We totally recommend Kellyville Ridge Vet Hospital to anyone who requires a Vet. Thank you Sheeba for all that you done for Bluey.

I just wanted to say Thank you, we have found our new Vet. It’s hard to take that extra time sometimes to say Thank you but I really wanted to thank you and the lovely lady behind your desk tonight for seeing our boy Busta on such short notice when you could of been closing! All the vets we have been to have never taken the time to befriend him, when I tell them he’s not good with other dogs and can be funny around new people. I understand Staffy’s can be intimidating but it was a breath of fresh air coming to see you tonight and you taking the time to be his friend and not wanting to muzzle him. We put off taking him to the vet etc as it’s never a great experience. Thank you again really just wanted you to know the quality of your Vet didn’t go unnoticed. Would recommend you to everyone! I used Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital for the first time when my dog Mishca became very sick. I had no car and could not get her to the vets.My normal vet, when I rang them twice, would not come to my home. When I rang Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital, they came and saw Mishca. She was admitted to the hospital and I was kept up to date with what was going on with Mishca. Unfortunately Mishca passed away and the vet and staff where so understanding and caring. They even arranged for her Cremation and the return of her remains to me. If I ever have another dog, I will definately go back to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that loves their pets. The staff truly do care about you and your pet and not about making money.

Hello Dr Sheeba and all the amazing team at Kellyville Ridge Vet. I just wanted to send a big thanks of appreciation for the love that you all gave me when I was in your care. Even though I was a little scared and I didn’t see my mum and dad for 2 days, you looked after me and comforted me with such affection and tenderness. I also really appreciate you cutting my nails too. You rang my mum and dad everyday to update them on my progress which they greatly appreciated. I am all better thanks to you and your team, and I am doing great. I will see you in August for my annual injections. I have been taking my dog Oreo (Labrador) here for nine years, and have always been completely satisfied. Dr Thomas goes above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of the animals in her care. In consultation, she has always been incredibly helpful/reassuring, and the dogs genuinely love her back. Earlier this year, Oreo's stitches became infected post-surgery-- but within 12 hours I had obtained advice, antibiotics, and a strategy. Thank you! I have been consistently happy with the other vets and all the nurses that have attended us over the years; as a team, Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital is a credit to the industry. The facilities are great, the hours are plentiful, and I trust them completely with my family.

Our usual vet was closed being NYE. We called this vet and they fit our cat in as an emergency. The receptionist was friendly and helpful on the phone and when we arrived she made sure that we were okay. The vet (Dr Sheeba) was knowledgable and caring. She took tests and called us on New Years Day to give us the results. That's real commitment and service. We won't be going back to our old vet after our experience here. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Sheeba. The team all displayed compassion and knowledge combined with outstanding service and were very reasonably priced.

Helpful, professional and service above and beyond the expected. Called one vet about the need for an M1 Form to register our dog with council (WA microchip doesn't work in NSW). They informed me I would need to book a $118 consult for the privilege of scanning the current chip and writing a few numbers on a form. Kellyville Ridge vet hunted for a physical form as the website was down, and did not charge me to visit and verify the existing microchip. The staff really care and were super helpful with other info I would need when I visit council. Will definitely be going back!

Kellyville Ridge Vets have been amazing. I started going here when my fur baby was really sick. They were compassionate and really lovely. My fur baby passed away from kidney failure too young. I have recently got a new fur baby and they go above and beyond. They understand my anxiety for my new baby and always reassure me. Today I took my fur baby in for a lump I'd found on her tummy. They looked at her and treated her. Luckily it wasn't anything serious. There costs are low and you receive really good care for your fur kiddies.

I like this place and so does my pup. This vet is reasonably priced and they are all professional. The vets and nurses actually care about your pup and will take time to answer all your questions and point you in the right way. Everytime I have gone I get a good feeling they are there to help not make money like some vets I have seen. I will be making this vet my regular vet for all my pup and future pups.

The doctors here are the most honest and earnest people which gives our family the confidence to send our pup there for check ups. Update : our dog swallowed an airtag, the vets gave advice and walked me through their options. Lucky for us they were able to get him to vomit it up. The whole time I really feel like they care about you and your companion. I'm glad to I live so close to such a caring clinic

We have been taking our two dogs to Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital for more than 8 years and throughout this time we have received excellent service. Recently, one of our dogs has been seriously ill and the care and support he received has been exemplary - Dr Thomas and Dr Ivovic are both such caring and compassionate vets. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here. I was panicked calling around so many different vets on a Sunday trying to look for an urgent appt for my cat. When I called this vet, despite the last minute request they empathised with me and fit me in for an urgent appointment immediately. I felt cared for and didn’t feel like I was being overcharged!

We were previously taking our dog to another local vet, for obvious reason we gave Kellyville Ridge Veterinary Hospital a go. Best decision ever! Amazing friendly staff. Cannot speak highly enough of this clinic. They have looked after my dog for the past 8 years. Recently had the unfortunate time of my dog being diagnosed with Lymphoma to which ended recently. The care and support that was received by all the staff was outstanding. So understanding and helpful, thank you.

First time here with our 17mth old pup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable fees. They are open til 7pm also during the week which is convenient when you work til late afternoon. Will be using this vet as our go to in the future.

Beautiful staff that know what they are talking about. My dog is very anxious and cries with every needle but for some reason he hasn't cried once here and loves getting cuddles from the vet.
