I have been going to Kenyon Car Wash with my two vehicles for the past 2 years since I’ve moved North East Edmonton. I usually spend $4 to $6 depending on the quick rinse CASH. As I noticed you get more time and value per $1 if you use cash versus your credit card. And the minimum is $2. So every time I go I use CASH to get more value. Last few washes I have been using the change out of my piggy bank, highest denomination is quarters. I have been exchanging quarters for a toonie or two. Today the regular gentleman working said I do it too often and he’s not going to do it for me (No problem I’ll take my business somewhere else). He said I’ll do it for you last time. I turned around and drove up the street to the new Ultra Car Wash in Britnell. I spoke to the owner there and he has no problems exchanging any change for loonies and toonies as money is money and business is business! All bays open, full, hot water. Minimum there is $1. Take your business and money where it’s appreciated. Other reviews are true of not consistently having hot water and closing early with bays blocked off.

I went to this car wash the other week. I had to one full wash that costed $14. Then I have to use a spray on my car that takes 5 mins to sit. The guy working me told me that it's busy(which I get) that I should do that outside... I told him I still need to rewash my car. I spent another $16 on it. The thing that made me most mad! Was he watched me, the whole time on my second wash! Then when I went to back up, he stood in my way, with his arms crossed!!! So I couldn't full back up my car. Horrible customer service! You lost a customer! I'll go to the new one on 167th Ave.

This is a very nice carwash with spacious bays. Brought in a quad cab dual rear wheel pick up truck and had lots of room to work around it. I really liked that you could pre purchase with money or credit card at the automated machine and then just enter the code at your bay. You can start and stop it anytime and it keeps track with your code. Nice to get receipts too from the main machine. Has all the usual self serve car wash options. Good staff keeping it clean inside. Handy location, just enter behind the 7-11.

I have been going to this car wash location since 2018. But yesterday around 9pm, I got the worse experience. There was a guy who was doing a deed cleaning inside before the closing time. He came to the spot next to me for his next cleaning. He started pouring water on me from the next spot...I informed him and asked him to stop. He refused, said that he doesn't care and continued the same. I had to move the car to another spot to be able to wash it. Which customer service is this!!! I will never go back there.

I want to wash my car. Then I find this empty car wash with and say “hey I’ll give it a shot” but wonder why it’s empty. Then I try to use my debit card on the fancy machine. The machine does not work. Then I start to wash by using coins ...... and out comes COLD water. The soap smells nice but won’t rinse off my vehicle and does not clean vehicle well. Now have to drive up the road to wash my vehicle again at a different car wash. Nice clean new building but cold water.

My usual stop BUT lately the guy running it likes to shut you down early and close the car wash early so he can clean up and close sooner. Hours are 10 PM closing and be comes at 9 25 and tries to kick me out saying he needs to spray the bays down. Closing is 10 not 925 so you can close up and clean. Horrible service tonight

Fairly new car wash behind the 7 Eleven on 50th st and about 160 ave. Not sure when the busy times are but I've never had to wait for an open bay.( About 10 bays ). Takes coins ( $2.00 ), debit or credit cards. Bill changer available.Decent amount of time for your money right now. Clean and well run, attendant on duty.

Hey Everyone, place was shut down due to some maintenance issues as every place has. Cut these guys some slack. Credit card machines work like any machine just make sure to push cancel when you are done. Guys are super friendly when I call to check why they are not open...Great time, Nice place and friendly staff.

Came to clean my car and saw an elderly gentleman there. The pipe burst and covered him in soapy water. The staff there refused to provide any sort of compensation and told him to go use another one if he didn't like their services. So unprofessional and rude! Personally I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been here several times because it’s close to home. Today was my last time. The last few visits I’ve had there’s been no soap and the “triple shine” barely spits our anything at all. I’ve switch stalls, talked to management and staff. No changes. No resolutions. FAIL

Its a pretty nice car wash and it's definitely nice to use a powerful wand. Convenient credit card option in case you don't have coins. The person overseeing the facility is always there looking over but if you talk to him he a nice guy (at least the guy I spoke to).

It smells like sulphur, the soaps are all water downed, requires minimum $2 at any point in wash (if you put in $3, you will only get a $2 wash). Ended up spending a third more then any other place. A better car wash is just down the street.

Good car wash, but watch your credit cards because these machines love to charge you twice in one day! Brought up with the owner and he shrugged it off and said the total amount was worth what I got... something is fishy. Beware.

This place is never open. It’s 3pm on a Saturday and it’s closed. Ive been here 5 times. 3 of those times it was closed when it should have been open. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Only half of the bays are open at times. Time given is sufficient and bays are large and clean. However, going down to the car wash on fort road is definitely worth the drive.

It's convenient as in location but the guy that works there is always watching and makes it very uncomfortable every time . Better off at a automatic car wash down the street

Great car wash. Lots of pressure but the soap took a bit to start. Lots of features plus they have debit in the stalls and one change machine.

Great carwash. Usually less busy than the ones north of this location. Some matt wrack clips are broken in some of the stalls though.

Card swipe in each stall. Prewash works great. Waxes leave a great shine. Closed the last couple times I tried to go. ???

Not enough pressure from the sprayer, felt like my garden hose and spent way more to get the salt off my car.

Love this place, clean and never busy. They have a change machine and the machines also take credit card.

Used to be an awesome car wash, not so much anymore. seems like as time goes on more stuff doesn't work.

Quite expensive as compared to other self serve car wash.. too many unnecessary buttons on the machine.

The worst nothing works in there and cost me 21 dollars to wash my car because the machine kept going
