The individual handling your KeyExpress Locksmiths' vans is honestly the poorest driver I've ever encountered. This person was navigating in between two lanes, moving at a mere 5 mph in a 35 mph zone, and inexplicably halting in the middle of a crossroads... Truly a hazard on the roadways. Earl, or whoever it was, needs to be taken off the roads.
