This was my first time trying KeyMe. I extremely skeptical about using this kiosk but I needed an extra key for my son so I gave it a try. My key was not a key that they usually stock so it had to be mailed to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the key was sent to me and it worked perfectly. I will be using KeyMe for all my key needs.

They use a partner called 24hr locksmith which is horrible. Terrible customer service and after waiting 4 hrs for the locksmith no one ever showed up. Extremely unprofessional way to do business! One of the techs Chen Smith was lying to me the whole time telling me he was 10min away within a 2 hr window! Stay away from this business!

Keys work just fine a little pricey but I like the convenience and the buy 2 get 1 free deal was a plus!! I will use it in the future

Made 3 regular hours key copies and all 3 worked. Simple, quick, and easier to get to than home depot or lowes

Very convenient however charged $20.00 for a key to be make but didn't work big disappointment
