"Zero if I could! This is a scam company"
"after spending many $$ over the last 2 years trying to have my garage door key copied at Home Depot, Lowes and other key-making kiosks to no avail, KeyMe finally proved successful! I am very happy because the next option was having the entire garage door lock replaced! A++++"
"Waited over the time that was told to me"
"I paid for two keys and got the third one free"
"Very friendly and quick service, hopefully won't have to use them again"
Zero if I could! This is a scam company. My neighbor got locked out of his house. I made a call to Keyme Locksmith because it was closest to our house thinking it would be quicker for them to come. They said it would take 20 to 60 minutes. My neighbor have to pay by credit card before they can even call a locksmith to come. Neighbor explain all his card and money was locked inside his house and will pay as soon as they open the house door. No avail they won't sent anybody so I offer to give my credit card. One and half hour later I call them to see if anybody was coming. She passed me to another lady that pass me to a guy and said everybody was busy, they didn't even bother to call me to say nobody couldn't come, but he can call another locksmith. Since my neighbor was desperate he agree and this "locksmith", they call, want triple the money for the same service. First he said he wants only cash for service. Them he need to receive $50 in credit card by phone for him to head to the location and $200 - $250 for service. I could smell it is a scam and cancelled. Now a have to keep looking if no unaltorized charge will be made on my credit car for at least an year because so many people had passed my credit card number around and nobody came for service. Stay away from this "Keyme Locksmiths" it is a scam! I don't no why it has high rate. I called another company and they came as they said 30 minutes, unlocked door and payment was $95 in cash. Too bad my neighbor and I have to lose 2 hour with these scammers before calling a real locksmith.

Waited over the time that was told to me. Then I was charged and they couldn’t even get my lock open, as they would have to drill it off. Total waste of my time and had to pay $30 just for them to tell me that. This company should be ashamed.
I paid for two keys and got the third one free. I checked the keys when I got to my location and they all worked like a charm. I'd highly recommend the KeyMe locksmith key kiosk.
Very friendly and quick service, hopefully won't have to use them again. But if I'm in need of a lock smith will definitely being calling them.
I used a kiosk and the keys were mailed out to me within a few days. Keys work, no issues.
They are not a locksmith just a key kiosk that charges a lot for a house key.
I had a key made at the kiosk and it was a seamless process.
My key did not fit in the lock. I was very disappointed
