SHORT STORY: Took waiting an hour for them to suddenly decide they can't show up to complete job that they already took payment for. DETAILED STORY: Called at 523pm after last locksmith company bailed - provide info, they confirm they can handle the job and have technician available, provide credit card information to hold the spot, tell them I am LITERALLY WAITING AT THE BUILDING AN HOUR AWAY FROM HOME JUST FOR IT TO GET RE-KEYED. They reassure me they are on it and I will get a call and text from technician..... 601pm - no call or text so I call again, they see my order in system and are going to call me "right back" after they check to see how far away technician is.... 616pm - call again, they don't see my order in system, oh wait there's your order, meanwhile during call the company texts that oopsies they can't come (not even the courtesy to call). Naturally, I'm livid and they apologize up and down and are going to make sure I get transferred to the specialist team to set a time so I am priority... Which I guess was code for a cold transfer to that Department who is NOW CLOSED so it just hangs up on me. Great.

First question they asked when i called was - ARE YOU SOMEWHERE SAFE? .. they had my money from there, but that was really just the standard of service they gave through the entire ordeal. Noone likes being locked out of their car but the guy showed up within about 20 minutes, i opened the door (i locked myself out of the car while i was at home) and told him where the keys were and then said i needed to log out of my work and i would be out in just a moment.. it took me mayyyybe 2 minutes to do so and by the time i went back outside, my car was unlocked and the doors were open. It was fast, professional and i dont feel like i was taken advantage of price-wise. I hope i dont ever need them again but ive saved the number in my phone just in case :) .

I was shopping around for prices and got in contact with a gentleman (I believe his name was Marion) who was refreshingly so polite and helpful from the moment he answered the phone. A friendly voice and willingness to help definitely goes a long way! He explained the process, answered all my questions (even the repetitive ones) and helped get me all setup with an email link for an easy and secured payment option. I was contacted quickly for confirmation and was provided an ETA. The guy met us at the location and within 15mins we were on our way! Very professional and I felt comfortable each step of the way. THANKS SO MUCH!

The locksmith that came to my rescue Mr Davis was through and precise with his installation and made sure everything was done perfectly. He did not rush through the job! He was friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Before he departed he made sure his work was satisfactory and asked if any corrections were needed. I was able to get extra keys made if I needed as well. He showed experience, patience and was very personable. I would definitely use Mr Davis services again!

Had a key locked in a vehicle at a car wash on Xmas in a town I was visiting. Had no idea where is was and no address or good directions. They figured out where I was, sent a tech who was professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. 10 stars if I could. Saved the number and would be my absolute first and only call in the future. Key Me was there for the whole process and the value of having someone there for the whole process was great.

Called to get a quote for a key fob for my vehicle. The guy who called was completely unprofessional and refused to give me a quote over the phone. He said he would charge me $20 to come out and look at it for me but he couldn't give me a quote over the phone. The sales lady called back and was also very rude. Will definitely NOT be doing business with them now or in the future.

Locked out of my car, but unsure if my keys were inside. John was calm and reassuring on the phone, and took all my info. The dispatch tracking app was great and Yosef the service man tried to make a bad situation better. The keys were not inside the car, and he made a key right there in his van in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to someone else in need.

Two words.....Life Saver. I lost my keys to my sanctuary so I called around and ran across KeyMe Locksmiths. And I have to say that I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. The whole process took less than an hour from the time I called them until the time I was able to get into my house again. 5 stars well deserved.

The contact was good and professional, the service was delivered relatively fast for a Saturday, very comparable price and the locksmith was courteous, very professional and had several options to offer. All in all, the visit was done in 15 minutes. Hope not to need them again but will highly recommend them if you do need one.

I called 3 different lock smiths they either never called me back or said it would be hours. Key Me was responsive they sent me an app that tracked where the Locksmith was and what his ETA would be. He arrived and was very courteous and quick. Had the lock drilled and was gone in 15 min. I will always call Key Me first !!!!

It took him a while to unlock my door (which I guess is a good thing because it would be hard for anyone to break in). Easy to schedule with them and got someone to come right away. It’s not cheap to get your door unlocked after hours but I would definitely recommend them! Very professional and nice.

Don’t ever call them for help I waited almost two hrs for them so I finally called and they told sorry we cannot get to you till the morning time no one ever thought to call me So Unprofessional if you ever do Need help call extra locksmith they will help you and they are super nice

Was moving and got the uhaul all pack and ready to go and the uhaul key was no where to be found. Called KeyMe and they came when they said they would and the service was quick and cheaper than i was quoted from uhaul roadside. Definitely recommend THEY CAN MAKE UHAUL KEYS! …

The locksmith who helped me this afternoon was polite, professional and very competent. He communicated with me twice by phone to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, I was back in my car in just a few minutes. I am so thankful for his help today.

I work nights and locked my keys in my car when I got to work. The Locksmith arrived when he said he would and had my car unlocked in under 15 minutes. He even reset the alarm for me. It was cold and windy and he was definitely my hero that night.

Service was prompt and efficient. Usually in Texas, it's a waiting game to get things done, this company gave me a pause on that thought. The job was completed in less than 45 mins after I made contact with the company. Kudos.

The technician was verry knowledgeable but the prices that keyme wanted to charge was about 50% markup. So now we have to get 3 estimates and this could of been fixed in hours. Thanks for wasting my time keyme

Fast, convenient, and a little pricey. Could do a better job ad cleaning the key of burs... BUT the convenience and availability and the option to save profiles is great. Keys worked great BTW!

They were very responsive. In less than 30 minutes from my call the problem was already solved. Both the representative on the phone and the locksmith were very polite and helpful.
