Tech was a nice guy but company is overall extremely unprofessional. I called because I locked my brothers keys in his truck. I was told 30 minutes. 40 minutes later I was able to unlock the truck myself after talking to my brother. I called and cancelled needing a locksmith before the guy even got there. Received a call 30 mins later from whatever dispatch they have, where some guy sounded like he was trying to pursued me to pay $29 for a service fee. I asked if the money went to the tech, as it’s obvious they are using an app similar to thumbtack to get jobs. They said yes so I gave them my card info over the phone. I felt uncomfortable with it though. They then called me back 2 hours later to tell me that they needed my full name. At this point I’m aggravated. I finally got them to send me an email to pay online. I wouldn’t use this service. Use someone small and local.
AVOID!!!! Confirming John R’s review. I was out of town and they told my wife $30 to let her in and any additional charges would be declared upon arrival. They proceeded to attempt to collect multiple hundreds of dollars. She was able to talk them down a little, but still an exorbitant price for using a blood pressure cuff on a door knob (non-deadbolt). THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I have been in a similar situation and only been charged $50. During a time where everyone is struggling, I think this is absolutely ridiculous.
Avoid this service. I was out of town and my wife was locked out her vehicle. They would not provide a price on the phone. After the locksmith arrived and opened my wife's vehicle, the lock smith the locksmith proceeded to quote a fee that would have probably covered the cost to break the window. He claimed they are competitive, but it is a lie. Avoid!!
I made 4 key copies but not a single one works in the locks. They don’t even look anything like the original keys. They just all basic straight lines and none of the ridges are there. I‘m going to have to pay all over again at Home Depot to copy the same keys. Nice idea for convenience. Just not great execution.
No complaints about the service. Showed up in a timely fashion and provided me my options. Got our car open no problem. Professional. Would use again if in trouble.
Great job, broke into my garage for me, very fast response time, super quick with the work, no fuss, no mess. Highly recommend.
Got here quickly when locked out of room. Very kind and polite. A little expensive but it is an emergency service.
I was happy to learn of this kiosk, so much easier than trying to find a locksmith to make a single key.
Key works. Expensive though. Would go somewhere else if I had the time.
Cant say it is a bad key, but the cheapest option they offer is $8
Pricey but fast but will charge more for paying with card
NONE OF THE KEYS WORK!!! Can I get my money back
I was Leary at first, but my keys work perfectly
Hit or miss if the keys actually work
Very easy to do I was in and out
VERY GOOD JOB
