Grabbed the wrong set of keys when I left in the morning, and couldnt get back in my place after work. Took a quick drive to the Jewel and logged into the KeyMe kiosk with my fingerprint and was able to print out a set of keys for under 10 bucks and 10 minutes. Total life saver.

Zero stars is what is correct. I had the worst experience with a tech. This is the worst company to deal. Highly disappointed I went with them. The tech was rude stated it would be $150 and we ended up paying $260 and were treated like

They did an excellent job replacing my apartment key but unfortunately, my mailbox key was not copied exactly. I plan on going back in soon to get the mailbox key fixed up but their service was absolutely fantastic regardless.

Copied my FOB at a kiosk inside a Jewel food store. The machine easily copied tye FOB and it was delivered to my home in less than 5 days. Great service and the FOBS worked perfectly.

It's inside Jewel Osco. Quick and easy. I bought two keys and they automatically added a discount for a third key free, but I had a different code instead for 25% off (SAVE25).

Keys were not cut properly and one of my doors did not turn and lock completely, and that was with the update purchase of 3 dollars to make sure is finely cut

These keys didn't work in my door when I got home. I got three copies and none of them function for any of the doors. I'd like a refund please!

I ordered 3 keys. Only 2 came out of the kiosk and when I attempted to use the new keys, they did not open the locks. Very disappointing

Key immediately wouldn't work and clearly shows sharp points instead of grooves. Need to return and now have to call the company.

Absolutely do not use this. In fact, vandalize the machine if you can. Colossal ripoff. Look at the pic. $14 for this.

I did 2 sets of 2keys each. Only one worked per set, the other key didn't work once I got it home

Not actually a locksmith. Just a key copying machine in a Jewel. The images are not what it is.

It ate one of my keys and the people at Jewel said I have to call the 1-800 number

Prices far different than quoted on the phone, poor quality metal for the keys.
