I called because I locked my FOB in my car while it was running and needed a locksmith. I was told on the phone that there was a service charge of 29.00 and no other fees were mentioned. I was also told it would take 25-30 minutes to get here. An hour and a half later, he arrived and got the door open. He then said the total was charge was 279.00!! THIS type of charge was never discussed nor was I told that there was a fee beyond the service charge. Especially a fee of 250.00! Website claims that there are no hidden fees and all fees are disclosed upfront... This is not true and is false advertising.

The machine was easy to use, I liked that I could customize the key from a variety of designs, like animals, sports, cartoons (hope my landlord is into unicorns!). The only thing is that the machine doesn't cut the copy, it's delivered by mail. So the machine was great, but you have to be okay waiting for the copy to be delivered by mail.

Locked out of apartment, scheduled service and assured locksmith would be there in 45 mins to 1 hour. Expressed having baby with so urgent, assured no issue. After ETA came and went, received text message saying no locksmith available. Would never recommend with such poor customer service.

Fast, easy and economical. Lost my keys and was able to duplicate them while on lunch at a nearby location. The keys are made exactly alike. I had 3 keys done with in 20 min. The machine maker is pretty easy to use, very self explanatory. Satisfied!

Why *wouldn't* you store the image of your keys with keyme? It's the easiest and most convenient way to get copies. This service has come in handy more times than I care to admit.

Slight confusion in that getting 3 keys in the buy two get one means you have to buy the 2 at full price at $10 a key. With a discount, I'd rather just get two keys.

Wonderful key but a little expensive. Last year I bought mail box and it was only $7:00 and it was a unique key.
