This is by far the most unprofessional and laziest estate agent we came accross, we are late by 4 minutes because made wrong turn on busy traffics for the viewing and we found out from the tenant there he left few minutes ago so that means just by 2 minutes late from agreed schedule he left?no conscience at least to call before leave in that very short time span? And the siliest answer we got from the agent for this is because they have enough viewing at that day? why agreeing making arrangement of viewing? The arrogancy and ignorance is baffling, For us arranging time between working hours since that is the only available time and date given we have no choice and tried our best. Also their listing is very very misleading, this also sign of laziness because it's a very hot market the slackiness is just showing off, none of the description is accurate, photo provided are not accurate, there is no description written there are tenant for long term, they are lucky with this hot market having upper hand all this unprofessional attitude is masked, when it's back again to regular state with this attitude I am not sure, people should think twice to make business with them

I am a landlord that lives in Spain and was looking for a Estate agent to manage my properties as my current agent was letting me down time and time again, I came across keybanks by searching the web, I of course contacted them and liked what they had to say so i thought i would give them a try, I started by giving them one property and the service was great from start to finish! so gave them another and another and another, They now manage 56 properties for me and i am extremely happy with there service, this is the reason for this review, as we all now if you have a bad agent it can make your life hell but with Keybanks they make the whole thing feel easy and we all know its not.! I would recommend keybanks to every landlord their communication and dedication is second to none. Since being with Keybanks i have bought three more properties, which with my last agent i said i wouldn't any more because it was just becoming a pain in stead of a enjoyment. Keybanks found me a property then they refurbished it and let it out all from a phone call / email and of course they now manage it. GIVE THEM A GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

My wife and I have only moved twice in 25 years before this and we are true novices. However, all the anxieties and stresses with moving were eased with the help of the team at Keybanks. Any questions we had from the viewing with Ashley was dealt with in a friendly manner and she was really engaging which helped create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing pushy or overexagerated and presented the property with a real appreciation of it. Pam who dealt with us through the process of renting the property was amazing. She answered every question I had and I never felt like it was too much bother. She responded promptly and clearly which really helps, especially with people who haven't done this very often. Tenancy agreements are complicated and need time to go through them. Pam allowed us more than enough time and again was quick to help with any queries. You felt at the end of going through them you had a clear understand it. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough and if needed to in the future, they would be the first place I would start in looking to find a new home. We cant thank them enough.

I would honestly not recommend using this company to manage your rental properties. Communication is very poor, the accounts seem to be all over the place and the staff just don't seem to care. Unfortunately I live abroad now and so it has not been easy to switch lettings agents. KeyBanks were undercharging my tenants for over 6 months with out notifying me. When I notified them they said they would look into it. It have now been a year and I'm still chasing my missing rent payments. The inspections they were meant to carry out yearly and they charged me for never happen. The last inspection near covid came back saying the tenants were not looking after the property, it was dirty, smelly and uncared for. As you can imagine this upset me and i needed advice. KeyBanks didn't go back into the property to check for almost two years after, despite my concerns and chasing. I am now still trying to chase a missed rent payment. No one is replying to my emails or answering the phone. For peace of mind do not use this company!

I recently bought my first property through Keybanks Estate Agents and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Keybanks make a mockery of the long standing reputation suffered by estate agents historically as they were without exception, attentive to my requirements providing excellent and impartial customer service where no question or request from me was too complicated. Keybanks did their utmost to ensure that the often tricky process of purchasing a house went through with the minimum of fuss especially in dealing with and recommending quality third parties such as solicitors and they also have a superb in house financial advice service. Cordelia’s efficient management of the branch right through to the rest of her team would make me recommend Keybanks to any prospective buyer, renter or vendor in a heartbeat. If I could award 10 stars and not the 5 maximum on here I would do so.

TENANT REVIEW Recently left my rental of 4 years with Keybanks and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Staff are friendly, polite and quick to help, reported issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and the move out process was the smoothest I have ever experienced with my full deposit being returned in less than a week after handing back the keys. Very welcome just before Christmas! Anyone who has rented will have heard or experienced their share of horror stories with various landlords or letting agents and I'm so pleased and grateful that there are agents like Keybanks going against this grain and providing excellent service to tenants. My partner and I recently purchased a house via Ashley at Keybanks, West Derby. Ashley could not be more helpful with the purchase of our new home, from fitting us in for viewings last minute to contacting me back at any time of day. She did everything she could to reassure us and chase our solicitors to get the best result for both the seller and ourselves. On top of all that she was very friendly, polite and confident in everything that she told us.

We recently used Keybanks to sell a property in West Derby. The service provided by their representative was excellent, from suggesting a realistic initial selling price at our first meeting through to providing regular feedback as the sale progressed. Living a long distance from the property meant it wasn't all plain sailing, but the helpful Keybanks staff were very understanding and made the sale as smooth as possible.
