On may 18th I made a purchase through the credit plan that they finance with. I got approved, I was told my dresser would be delivered in 14 business days. It's almost a month later. I called for the first time to kimbrell where I was put on hold seven times. Then they answered to say, I called and canceled, when that was my first time calling. I let them know I never called to cancel. I was put back on hold another 4 times. So I called corporate headquarters and was put on hold. 3 time. And when they answered they told me that the manager will call me back. I called the store again, put back on hold 4 times, they tried again to tell me I canceled, and I told them again, no I did not. I told the why would I call and cancel when I still need a dresser. So I was asked my name again and put back on hold, then after being on hold I was told the manager would call me back. I haven't heard from them. On top of that my bank account is being drafted for their finance company for furniture I don't have yet. Call me.

This Kimbrells is actually a really nice store with nice employees which is being hurt by it's location. The outside of this property needs to be redone ASAP, but that's not really Kimrbell's responsibility, it's just a result of irresponsible land owners. The Kimbrell's store itself is a really nice store with great associates. I got a really nice finance lady named Ana who was really sweet and gave me amazing service. She was helping me figure out how to make payments for furniture I bought recently and she made the process really easy and simple for me. Really great service. This is a sweet furniture store with nice people and it is seriously being brought down by it's location and land owner upkeep. Whoever owns this piece of land needs to do something with the other abandoned stores next to Kimbrell's and the parking lot cause it's not only hurting this Kimbrells, but it's devaluing the community around it.

i have been a longtime customer with kimbrells and i have even bragged about them to others brought people to their store to get beds and furniture as well.so i been needing a bed and i came back to them just to recieve a bed thats too small for my husband and when i complained about it they gave me the run around. not only they gave me the bed off the show room floor during this time when covid 19 is going around. they gave me a small matteress . when i complained about it i had to call the home office and still no help. i even asked can i exchange the bed size they said yes but was not taking back the mattress.back i think they getting the mattress off the show room floor and thats why its small.i have 2 other queen beds in my house and they all bigger than this one. never again ..

Shame on me for dealing with this store for so long. I have been buying from this location for 5 years. The customer service is great. The people are super friendly. This is NOT a complaint on the sales or the people working insdie the store. This is about management and the warehouse. The last two purchases I made was delivered damaged. Both times I called and was promised to send someone out but no one has come to look at the items. They dont want to make right. I promise this is my very last time dealing with this place.

When I went into the store I was served in a timely matter. I was very disappointed when my items was delivered. Before my purchase I made it clear I would need the old appliances taken away. I was told that will be handled. The delivers said it was against policy. I could have gone with a business that would have handled that part or made arrangements for the items to be moved before the new items arrived. Be honest when dealing with customers; it will determine if the customer decides to do business with you again.

Very rude over the phone after my 3rd time calling because they kept hanging up without saying a word. Went in store a few days ago and found a sectional couch I liked and got pricing on it. The actual saleslady was very pleasant but the finance lady was a complete witch. They told me what my down payment would be and I was not prepared to pay that much and also it would take a week and a half for it to be delivered. I decided to shop elsewhere. Not a very good experience for a first time Kimbrells shopper.

February 2years ago I purchased a refrigerator from Kimbrell's now the refrigerator is not making crush ice and sometimes I can't get the ice out. Last year purchased a stove , its falling apart , contact Kimbrell's about the matter they lied and said they will call the company that suppose to handle Warranty they said that they don't cover the issue concerning my problems they suppose to check on it haven't heard from them in 2 days there appliances no good .The sale person is a great .

Bought a couch on Monday was supposed to be delivered Tuesday driver called said windows on truck busted out would be a delay and would call me back I've called store 5x's no answer called drivers phone 3 or 4 times just rings busy no call from anyone and its Wednesday at 1pm I understand issues but not answering phone or calling to explain anything is very poor customer relations and service i dont want couch now just refund my money

The sales representative was very nice and the rest of the staff as well. I bought a 3 piece end table set and some other items from them. The end tables was glass with wheels. I was pushing one of the tables across the wood floor and it collapsed! The screws came out and one of the legs broke! However they was very nice and prompt to get me a replacement.

One of the best referrals I ever received!! A friend and my neighbor told me about Kimbrell and I absolutely loved it! From the time I work in the building I felt welcome.. Found exactly what I wanted. Complete my application on Monday and my new living room set was delivered today Thursday. Fast and easy extremely pleasant and professional

I went to Kimbrell's because they always have just what I need.I hate going to the furniture store that has the exact same boring furniture.I love the variety and great furniture, because you can pass it on to someone else and it still looks great and sturdy. When I rode up on the place on Eastway it kind of look like it was abandoned even when you pulled in front. Once we went inside it is full of furniture. Kimbrells has in store financing and leasing. Good credit bad credit they will work with you to see what you'll qualify for in store credit or financing. ..

The customer service is terrible. Everytime i call to make a payment and ask any questions about my account they have the nastiest attitude and they hang up on you before you are done speaking. Last time i ever purchase ay this furniture store.. kimbrells at south blvd have a nicer staff and service..

They actually tried to get my address, email, Social Security Number and. Phone number to give me a quote on furniture. Pushy sales tactics will get you NOWHERE! Then they were dumb enough to let me walk out of the door without saving the sale. SMH. Sales is what I do, that was done incorrectly.

All I have to say is the service was great from the start even thoe there was a mishap they took care of it asasp like I still got my bed the same day and a upgrade the manager himself came out to deliver my mattress and base all I can say is I recommend this location to everyone I know

My experience at kimbrells was excellent, everyone was very nice and pleasant, and they had answers for my question, i hate going to a place of business and ask questions and recieve from them the "I DON'T KNOW" so my visit was pleasant and i did purchase some furniture.

Not very friendly, you can tell they don’t like black people. And they talk about you in their language. I was told not to go there for that reason but I thought I would give it a try. Good CUSTOMER Service is rare these days! They want your business but they hate you.

I've been a customer with Kimbrell's furniture for so many years that I'm so happy they treat me like family I will give them more than 10 plus percent but for me it's a hundred plus percent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Parking lot is terrible and the store exterior has a hood like appearance...but don't let that deter you. Great service. Descent selection. And they work with you, especially if your credit is less than perfect.

This place is an eyesore and needs upgrading. The front entrance has leaking water and exposed ceiling. It smells of mold and mildew and I didn't make a purchase here.
