Karmen, Filipe and the whole team at King St Vets care passionately about pets and their owners and this shines through in their professional, friendly manner and exceptional quality of treatment. We joined King St Vets when we were struggling to get Sugarplum's illness properly diagnosed. All her diagnostic tests were undertaken on-site as, not only is the clinic very well-equipped (they have an x-ray, MRI machine etc) but Karmen and Filipe are highly trained and knowledgeable. Filipe from the outset has gone above and beyond in his level of care and attention to Sugarplum and in supporting us during a very difficult time. He has always explained in great detail and in layman's terms what her health issues are, and what our options are in terms of diagnosis, treatment and costs. We feel very re-assured that when we leave Sugarplum at the clinic, she is in the very best hands. Judging from the number of dogs we have seen dragging their owners through the clinic door for a quick "weigh-in" and doggy treat (a random visit that is encouraged so dogs will have a positive association with vet visits!) we are not alone in thinking that they are the best vets in the area. I highly recommend Karmen and her team at King Street Vets. The entire practice excels in every aspect. We have an exotic pet, a Musk Turtle, and Karmen's expertise, guidance, and her caring nature towards my girls, who are very attached, are truly remarkable. The warm and friendly welcome from Karen, Lisa, and Louise, who appear to be best friends with every animal that comes in, adds to the positive experience. The nursing team takes excellent care of him after his antibiotics, providing heat mats, and more, while consistently offering updates on his condition throughout his stay. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and fresh. Additionally, Karmen's willingness to allow work experience students to observe during certain visits shows her dedication to nurturing the next generation of veterinarians. Everything about the practice is outstanding.

Visited King Street Vet’s this morning with my labradoodle. Karmen made us feel super welcome and told us all about the fantastic amenities the new clinic has to offer. Our labradoodle loves Karmen and is always very happy to see her when we arrive - testament to a pet loving going to the vets!! Karmen is extremely knowledgable and helps with your every need. She talks you through all your options so you can make an informed choice - rare that vets take extra time to make you feel comfortable than focusing on getting you out so you can attend to the next customer waiting! We are due to travel in the summer and we have already scheduled advanced appointments that suited our timeframes so that the process is sorted & stress free! I cannot recommend Karmen enough.

Carmen and the team at king street vets are beyond incredible. I would highly recommend them, particularly if your pet is nervous at the vets. I took a very scared rescue cat in to see carmen. Despite the fact Betty (the cat) was terrified carmen managed to calm her down and gently examine her. I’d previously been to another vet in twickenham and they had had to sedate her to examine her: I was so pleased she managed to calm Betty without needing to resort to this. I also took three 8 week old kittens (mum and babies were abandoned by previous owners) and carmen and the team were also amazing with those. Can’t rate them highly enough! Well done and Happy New Year 2024 to the wonderful team at King Street Vets. This is an overdue review (and thank you) from me. My nearly 12 year old rescue cat Freddie could not be better looked after at King Street. Karmen, Filpe, Carmel and the team always take time to explain and are very patient and caring. The reception team are helpful and friendly. Freddie is always on his best behaviour at King Street Vets - he must know the team are super. He even spent time in the Cat Ward which did not seem to faze him!

King Street Vets is a truly unique practice. Karmen Webbe alongside the whole team are fantastic! They take great care with your animals and the facilities are first class. I recently completed work placement with them, and it has inspired me to apply to veterinary school this year. Karmen is a fantastic teacher and explains everything in detail to the clients in consults. If you have a chance don't hesitate to visit!

I took my sons pet ratties to visit King street vets and the vet Karmen is an absolute gem. She is so professional, kind and considerate especially with my nerves as I wasn’t sure how well I was doing with supporting the care of my sons rats but she was so informative as well as reassuring and I’ve been doing well and we have healthy pets which is the good news of course so thank you and thanks to your team ❤️

King Street Vets have been fantastic! My sensitive Vizsla had a bad experience at another vet (the previous vet was great, but lockdown meant we couldn’t go in with her when she needed to get her ear infection treated so she found it traumatic, and ever since hated even walking past) so King Street Vets suggested we come in each time we pass by and she gets fussed and treats. Now I get pulled into the vet!

Can’t rate Karmen and all the staff highly enough. Our cockapoo Lola got a grass seed in her paw and they have looked after her so well from the initial consultation to recommending a CT scan which finally spotted it (it was just 1-2mm but bothering her so much) to then removing it and the after care. Thank you. Hoping not to see you again soon (!) but if we do I know Lola will be well looked after

I've had a great experience with King Street Vets since getting my Cairn pup two months ago. The staff are really friendly plus Karmen is incredible knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to answering questions/anxieties. This Saturday I attended a talk on puppies by trainer Niki French. I left with some really practical tips and a new appreciation for my lovely dog. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A wonderful veterinary surgery with a team who puts kindness at the centre of everything they do. I recently had an exceptional experience at KSV. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. Karmen was knowledgeable, provided a thorough examination, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. The level of care and attention my kitty received was exceptional. I highly recommend KSV to all.

Both myself and Westie puppy Harris were made to feel very welcome. We both felt very reassured (he's my first dog so I was really grateful for extra guidance etc) and know if there's ever a problem they are there to help. I really appreciate the support from all the team, and of course Karmen, a lovely vet who is clearly very skilled, but above all very kind and clearly loves her job

Great new vets in Twickenham, my puppy always leaves happy, he gets lots of fuss when we arrive. Karmen is a great vet , he’s always happy to see her and she makes him feel at ease. Great amenities and services, we attended the puppy party and got so much great advice and he loved socialising with the other puppies. Highly recommend joining this practice!

Excellent vet practice. They've been so thorough with our dog and there's a genuine love for animals that's immediately apparent. They always give our dog so much care and attention that he loves going. We've never felt rushed and they really seem to value their clients. So far, we're really happy with the care received here!

I was given clear information on having my dachshund spayed. The different options offered , the costs involved and after.care. My dog was operated on successfully and returned home to convalesce. The staff are very helpful and the whole atmosphere is calming at what for most pet owners find a stressful time.

This is our local vet..m and what a great bunch they are. There are also well priced. Super friendly bunch who love animals. It is very well designed and the waiting area is actually very comfy for owners and animals alike .. which is actually quite important as waits can understandably be long sometimes.

Karmen and the team at King Street Vets were and have been amazing. Indie our dog is much better now and we had some brilliant advice from them and could not be happier with their service and support. And all done with a smile too! Lovely professionals, who care about your pets. We’ve been very pleased with the care our young dog and cat have received. From having their wellness shots, micro chips, to a couple dewclaws broken. Both animals have been well cared at this clinic. Helping us give them a healthy and happy life.

Karmen was my vet in Wandsworth before she set up her own practice in Twickenham. She is a brilliant vet and has looked after my 18 year old cat for many years, keeping her active, healthy and happy, and always with great care. I will miss Karmen and wish her every success in Twickenham.
