Shocked by the lack of professionalism; when the mortgage valuation came back lower than the original offer, a particular ‘partner’ lost his polite persona and started blaming us for the price discrepancy. He even threatened us via email with lies. My understanding is that estate agents should have developed skills in negotiation. The ‘partner’ did not allow any until we were contemplating walking away from the table. Due to our recent experience we will not be selling or purchasing through this company again and won’t be recommending it to any of our friends, family or colleagues.

We purchased our house in Cotham from Knight Frank in 2017 and were impressed overall. When we came to sell in 2022 we went back to KF and were very well advised by Robin Engley through a very tumultuous market.
