This LA fitness has a hot tub and sauna that is nice and the morning staff has been friendly. I have to say, I have been going to a different LA Fitness location for two years now, and just moved over to this one after moving homes. The equipment is not nearly as nice, is definitely rundown, and rusty in some places. The quality of equipment just isn’t as good as my last gym either. Unfortunately, this location is not nearly as clean as the other one. There are dust bunnies on the floor and bits of debris scattered around. People at this gym also don’t re-rack their weights or put things in the proper place. It’s a big gym that has nice amenities, but is not very well kept.

Clean, Friendly, Excellent Equipment! Equipment Layout is Awesome, Nice Juice Bar, Clean Bathrooms and so much more! I mean even the Pool, Hot Tub, Showers, Sauna, & Locker Rooms are Clean and in good working order! But what I really like are the Friendly & Respectful Members who clean up before and after each use of the machines & wearing masks when walking around! I Love This Location!! Employees are Friendly, Caring, & Always Respectful... Do you need help finding a machine or class? Do you need help understanding how a machine works? ASK! They are more than willing to help you!!

I've been a loyal LA Fitness member for more than a decade, and when I attempted to update my account with the assistance of one of the managers, Kase, the experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my credit card on file had expired, resulting in a late fee. When I asked Kase if he could waive it, his response was less than helpful; he simply declined, which I found unprofessional. A more considerate response would have been appreciated.

This particular gym seems to attract some of the meanest clients in the planet who can't even properly explain their rudeness. Staff are weaker than they should in their problem-solving abilities, enforce their rules to be fair to everyone, and can't really manage their front desk all the time on weekends which is bad. Not everyone has the proper knowledge how properly operate the front desk. They need to hire more staff to work weekends.

Love the cleanliness of pool and locker rooms, my only suggestion would be with the showers. Only one shower in the woman’s pool area has safety bars. I suggest a hand safety bar added to some of the showers for more security, say when taking off suit and washing hair when eyes are closed, especially if you are a senior citizen. I have suggested to mgmt several times. Love the staff, helpful and smiling.

After going to management and staff no less than 20 times to report unsafe conditions in their sauna I am finally posting online. The manager Cam should be written up and/or fired for not taking members health and safety in account. The current heat in the sauna is 205-210. They post 180. They have had a member get heat stroke. What does it take people? Someone dying?

Would not even give this 1 star. Naked old men walking near the pool. Reeked of chlorine. Wanted a tour but was rejected after getting a 3 day pass to judge it. The bathrooms were disgusting and un-maintained. After paying 20$ I witnessed the front desk lady change her attitude towards the WHITE MALES behind me… racist, dirty and mean is all I have to say.

I don't usually write reviews but I had the most wonderful experience. As a gym rat and lifter I was in HEAVEN. So much equipment and ample space for everyone. Even the locker rooms were gorgeous! I had a 3 day trial and the staff members were so kind and helpful. Will definitely become a member once it becomes affordable to my lifestyle!

It was nice but has gone down hill. All the equipment is cramped together. Several machines have been broken since last year. Signs that say scheduled maintenance are slapped on them and then never touched again. Making an already crowded gym even more crowded as people camp on non broken machines.

I don’t need to write a Long angry paragraph, just look at the photos from inside the Hot Tub. Clumps of skin and dirt lining the walls, got out immediately once I saw it . This place is/was disgusting. LA fitness should just shut down atp the Quality/Cleanliness is no longer there.

One of the best I have been to as I travel for work and have been to many LA Fitness locations. I live in Tampa and not many locations there have all the amenities this facility has. If you live in the Jacksonville area this is the gym to go to. Ask for Katie.

So I've been going to this LA Fitness for about 2 years. It has pretty much what you would want a hot tub Asana a swimming pool some heavy bags. You can use the cycling class area if you want to hop on a cycling bike and get some cardio.

This gym is disgusting. Very dirty ! Roaches in the women's locker room. They do not fix any of their machines...the same machines have been broken for months. Worst of all the gym stinks! Whatever they cook in the "cafe" stinks up the

The staff isn’t attentive and loves to play with basketballs at the desk. Kinda hazardous don't you think. Many of the machines are in poor condition and have out of order signs on them and one big black guy with dreads is never doing

The gym is awesome been member there for years but the employees are so awesome and nice you can't find better employees anywhere so nice and helpful one young lady especially she goes by lady boss love the people and the place

First time member and I was pleasantly surprised by all this location has to offer! Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, showers, lockers, several racket ball courts, full basketball court and TONS of equipment! Staff was super friendly too.

Nice open gym with standard equipment you’d expect. Racquetball, basketball, and pool/hot tub (although why put it up front with see-through glass so everyone coming and going can peep on swimmers? Kind of sketchy)

Solid functional gym layout with the sled, ropes, etc. I visited in the morning, but I noticed there were signs that mentioned it’s only for personal training. If that’s true, I’d give this gym a one star.

Gym overall was a good experience. However, they would not let me cancel my membership unless I came into the store. I moved and my nearest La fitness was over 3 hours away. This should not be the case.

The locker room and spa/wet area need to be better maintained. Especially the hot tub! Black stain/ mold under and along the rim. A pool brush, bleach and a little work would clean it right up.

First time going to LA Fitness. They have a lot of equipment, space was big. I didn't like the fact they don't have wifi though, not sure why. Otherwise, great gym

I just joined LA Fitness after visiting and touring Crunch, Bailey’s and Planet Fitness. I liked the atmosphere and all of the amenities most at LA.

My favorite gym. how ever some equipment is always broken. Very friendly staff and 90% clean male locker room. Very rare in gyms. Lol

I love this gym! It's one of the only places in town with both a pool and a sauna. It's also always clean.
