Tremendous efforts are made by the staff of this establishment. I am amazed at the efficiency and well as the expertise of the staff when it comes to their job. I can always ask a question about any item, and they will actually seek out the appropriate person with the most experience to help guide you in picking the PERFECT beverage, whether it is for cooking, or something for sipping upon, I have NEVER been given false or incorrect information. The employees give you exactly what you are seeking. If they said something I was going to choose had a mild but noticable aftertaste of black licorice, or that something had a bitter onset and a crisp sweetness lingers long after you have swallowed the beverage, it is EXACTLY how it turns out to be! It is quite amazing how they retain this information. Nonetheless, I truly am grateful that "dedicated" and "hard-working" comes to mind when I think about these employees! And since COVID-19 has been in play, the now FREQUENTLY (especially around the cash areas) use a fogger which essentially cleanses your area with a liquid concentrate which turns into a fog like cloud and, from my research, is a great way of controlling viruses and bacteria, rendering all surfaces sanitized! The staff are the bread and butter of this store. I hope they enjoy their work, because these individuals make my experience pleasant, yet unique each and every time! I hope to see the continued hard work!

Spend $500 here tonight for tonight’s party, and it was late considering they’re closing at 9 so me and my friends (who came a long way to Ottawa to visit) just wanted to take a quick picture together in store and leave 20mins before they’re closing. One of the staff there was very friendly and he was happy to help, but then an old lady suddenly showed up (looked like the manager) interrupted us and told us they shall not doing that and they’re closing soon. She was very mean and rejected us like we were just there for the photos without buying anything. My friend was upset and we felt not welcomed. There are so many locations in Ottawa and if we knew we were going to be treated like this we wouldn’t even spend our money here. Will never return to this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. And not sure if it's worth complaining about since it's obviously a cost cutting measure, most likely across Canada but, what happened to the disposable wine skins the cashier would pack your goods in when you purchased multiple bottles (to reduce the risk of your bottles clanging together too hard)? And the quality of the paper bags is very sub par. Tears before I get out of the store and halfway home I'm having to hug my purchases to myself. I know it's not trendy to say so these days but, bring back your plastic bags. They were strong and reliable.

This is an excellent place to browse around for things. Especially at the Holidays you can sort through many different gift options that they already have packaged. Some come with additions like glasses to drink from etc.... Great Vintage section also. Customer Service experience was excellent and I frequent this location often and have never noticed a negative visit. The special times of year like Christmas or New Years or even Summer holiday weekends can be long lines but if you go in knowing you'll have to stand in line for a little longer you'll be fine.

I had been to 2 other LCBO locations on the same day that I visited this store as I was looking for a specific product. Compared to the other two, this store is not doing a great job of managing COVID-19 protocols. There was no one wiping the carts at the entrance. There were no arrows on the floor to indicate direction in the aisles. People were walking wherever they wanted without any regard for social distancing. The store was cleaned and well stocked, but I would expect a better job with the previously mentioned items.

Great selection of products. Easy to shop in with well identified aisles/sections. Craft beer section was full of options from all over Ontario, as well as domestic and international options. VQA wine section was incredible; so many options. Throughout the store, some of the bintags/labels had written in notes, like "Great Sour!" and the like, which gave a personal touch. Checkout was a great experience, the cashier was very personable and friendly. Overall a 10/10 experience!

Good amount of parking, decent selection and nice staff. The entrance is narrow as hell though and a car just froze as I was going out of the parking lot completely unsure if there was enough room. I passed through fine and they did too. I had the same reaction going in. That passage is enough but way too narrow with people turning in and out. it's way too tight to be an entrance and an exit.

There is no issue with the store, nor their selection. However, the quality of personelle at the customer service desk is rather atrocious. I delt with a shorter Asian man (unfortunately I did not catch his name) who was rude and unhelpful when I tried to pick up an order. Regardless of “store policy” the way he conducted himself is not what one would expect from a customer service worker.

During my recent visit to this store, I had the pleasure of encountering Cory, one of the cashiers, who truly stood out. Cory's exceptional level of assistance, friendliness, and politeness created an incredibly positive atmosphere for customers. I genuinely appreciated the outstanding service delivered by Cory, making my overall experience truly enjoyable.

Just had the worst LCBO customer service experience in my life. A staffer named Huy yelled (raised voice) at me for putting two cans on the counter before the people in front of me were done paying. Anger and intimidation are not good customer service qualities. I did share my experience with the manager on duty but I'm not sure what good that did.

Love this LCBO. It's a big store, lots of selection in a areas, especially wine from all over! Well laid out, clean and the store is very nice. It is close to my father's where I visit from Montreal often and it is one of the best ones! I never have a problem finding what I need and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Good overall selection. Has a decent sized vintage wine selection. Also usually have a few good scotch/whiskey bottles in locked cabinet. This location has a kitchen area as well where they sometimes hold events such as food and wine tasting. Even on busy days parking usually isn't an issue as there are plenty of spaces.

Good selection. All the liquor cost the same here,only différents location close to your place. high taxes. You can find whatever you like. Canada doesn't allow you to buy alcohol, in the gas station. So the only place for liquor. They have other place to buy all kinds of beers …

Great selection of liquors, wines, coolers, you name it. Staff are helpful in helping you find things or even giving suggestions on what to buy for a gift. Lots of parking and easy to get to, although the entrance to the parking lot is a little tight.

Awesome staff and great select of vintages. Although I am not a wine connoisseur, I see why some locations chose to have a walk-in cooler, while others prefer to focus on the vintages and higher-end wines and liquors. Either way, friendly

Was happy to find what I wanted in stock because not LCBO's had it. I like the one line at checkout. Not sure if it's only because of covid but I hope they keep it like that. Check out goes so much quicker. All stores should be doing that.
