Last Monday I purchased FEN CHIEW 30 YRS 500ML for 169.99, but I accidentally found that it is being sold for 123.70 at Hawkwood location, so I asked if the refund of the price gap or exchange. The owner of the Crowfoot rejected the refund or the exchange even though it's just purchased five days ago and I offered the exchange for the more expensive one. Actually in fact, they don't have proper return policy and have different prices among their locations plus web site price. Really ridiculous!!! The customers had better ask the price to all the locations in advance before purchase to avoid the rip-off. Viewing from the owner's attitude, the owner must be greedy just for money not for customers and a just poor merchant who don't know the importance of trust. Avoid this place if you can. (They insisted the owners of the locations are different each other. If so, please use the different store name and web site.)

Stopped quick to pick up a bottle of wine and some vodka because I was close. The guy running the store was yapping on his cell phone the entire time. Didn't care I was there for the most part. Then when i was leaving, he was standing looking out the exit door on his cell phone. Didn't care I was trying to leave as he was blocking the door. Had to politely ask him to move so I could leave. Extremely rude service. Wouldn't recommend and I won't be back.

Yup, agree with the other recent reviews. These guys are conveniently located for us but have absolutely the poorest customer service attitude I have seen in a long time. I actually have now started to going to other liquor stores like the one in Spyhill, who know about customer service, although it is not convenient, simply to show appreciation for good service versus the poor responsiveness you get here.

Exceptionally rude service. The cashier was having a personal conversation with her mobile on speakerphone - when I first stepped into the store I thought there was an argument between customers it was so loud. She continued the conversation during my entire transaction, only pausing once to say "ID". Needless to say I won't be back.

Staff didn't bother to greet me when I walked in, could barely be bothered to stand up and ring my beer through, and seemed pathologically unable to say please or thanks for anything. Rude and indifferent. That's the third time I have been treated this way here. I'll be shopping elsewhere, not that you care.

Decent prices, but the staff barely talk to you, and often talk on the phone while ringing through purchases. I find this VERY rude. As someone who has worked many years in customer service (and still does) I would never do this, and also don't respect people that respect the counter while on their phone.

There was one Indian staff. I asked for carry bag and he just thrown that to me also he doesn't even know about customer service tho. Store is great and have nice quality but i don't understand why they hired such a stuff like him. Shameful....

Just avoid this place. The staff will follow you around like your going to steal something. Meanwhile there's boxes laying around all over the place with empty shelves everywhere.and it's over priced. Just badly managed and badly staffed.

Staff doesn't seem to know how to smile. Their interaction with customers is so lack lustre, like they could care less. They don't seem concerned about providing a good customer service experience. I've stopped going to this location.

Changed closing times to 12am and cant even keep their doors open then, came to solos at 11:40 knowing this to figure out they've closed earlier can't even keep up to schedule, clearly they are loosing business and don't care

Was just there to pick up boxes for moving, but the staff was very friendly and helpful as I was doing that. Liquor boxes are the best for moving when you have a lot of heavy items like books to pack.

Great place to visit for alcoholic drinks. Vaste variety of alcohol beverages to choose from. Close to major highways easy to access. Recommend everyone to take a look and try their great produce.

Prices are very good, the store has a big selection of Asia wines. Found my favorite Korean rice wine with grapes favor, which I tried years ago, couldn't find anywhere else in Calgary.

The man at the counter could not figure out how to ring in the four single can's of Clamato I was getting and had to puzzle over each can even though they were all the same one!

Sign said was on bathroom break - back in 5. Waiting 10 minutes nobody came to open the door then I look inside and buddy is on his phone behind the counter.

Prices aren't that great compared to other stores in the area. The owner is not a nice person, he has a quick temper and doesn't play well with others.

Convenient location with free parking in front. Occasionally some good promotions. Large enough to offer plenty of choice of wine, beer and liquor.

Cooler is very warm, unfriendly staff, prices way higher than even Safeway which is already high. Poor value
