Do not recommend. Just had our leased terminated. Was told owner no longer renting property now is available for nearly 100 more a week. We left the house cleaner than we rented it and they are trying to take out whole bond for cleaning. The agents when we first moved in were great. Now they are just up themselves and Lewis bad mouth tenants to anyone. Is not professional at all.. would necer rent with them again and in talks as to take this complaint higher.

Suz Wiltshire promoted current knowledge of prices and the different variations of the property market within the area. Suz answered all contact instantly, regardless of the time and her organisational skills are next level. Suz just gets it done right then and there in front of you. Suz bent over backwards for me and I've never had a similar experience from any other agent. Her electric personality just shines through.

Simons dedication and professionalism overall was astounding. Simon went above and beyond our expectations, his ability to get a top price during COVID blew us away . Simon is top bloke and made the whole process enjoyable, stress free and he worked so hard to get a record result for our area. I could not recommend Simon highly enough and we would definitely go with him when selling in the future.

Don’t recommend LJH at all, have 4 years experience! always try to exploit and ljh glenorchy deliberately put expenses for an old house which was already broken and ready for renovation to deduct our bond! they gave us dirty house, they disturbed us sending painter while we were in house, gardening wasn’t done but they put all expenses on us. I’d give them -5 if we have an option!

Do not use this agency - rude, bullying tactics from the sales agent that is still happening today even though I terminated my sales listing with them back in May 2023. Unprofessional during the time that my property was listed for sale, poor communication, unsolicited financial advise etc, the list goes on. If I could give them minus stars I would.

Simon was honest, fair, straight and has the patience of a saint. Can not recommend him enough - the quintessential star agent who guided us through a very challenging sale. Felt we were working symbiotically the whole way and his knowledge of the market and determination to work for the best interests of the seller was clear. Thanks for your help
