Been in there a few times. It was okay they are a bit over prices in a few of their products are over priced. Today was the most worst experience I have had yet. I go in there with my mom, sister and two kids. Everything seems okay we check out. Go to our car then the cashier who checked us out comes wobbling to my car. She said if took rice. I was thinking we accidentally took another person bag or something. So I checked our bag and didn't see any rice. So she walked into the store. Puzzled I went in for more answer. I asked her what going on she said someone told her I stole rice. I said what we'll who was a customer or employee. She and an employee. I said okay show me. She looked behind a the cashier behind her. I said okay why is you think I took rice she said well I saw bags underneath your cart. I said yes after she scanned and I paid for my groceries. I put then underneath because my son was in the basket in his car seat. I said everything I have I paid for I have no reason to steal NY husband has 2jobs and I'm a caregiver. I said I think it was the color of my skin which lead to your allegations. No ma'am Sue said it just looked like that was underneath you basket. She then got sassy in her face and to e so I asked your the manager. I asked him to step outside told him the story he said it was an honest mistake and I was being discriminated against. I said it funny because of all the customers I seen leave none got stopped. I said I am Mexican and black and you don't see me as Mexican. Of course the cashier who said she saw me have rice changed her story once manager got there.Anywaysi got the number to cooperate and it was racial profiling at it's best. So if your dark skinned or can't speak Spanish don't go to this store

Although I go often because it's convenient I don't love it. Prices are about $2-$3 higher than HEB depending on the product. For example the kool-aid pouches in a box are $5, when at heb they're $2.50. Don't trust the expiration date on refrigerated items. I've bought cheese on multiple occasions that already taste expired, their milk goes bad fast too. My guess is somwhere along the shipping and handling, someone isn't keeping the items at the right temperature or are letting the items sit out in room temperature too long. Their bakery section upfront is fresh. Not daily but if I had to guess they get fresh pastries every 3 days. I went in for bread today. February 7th and found old bread... makes me wonder how often they are checking their items. Workers including managers are friendly. Nor had problems with the people working there.

THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR ITS BECAUSE. I'M WHITEThe lady at this store said she gave us all our bags when but yet I had to tell her like 5 times to give me my cokes ok when we got home we had everything but the veg. Lunch meat and2 ice creams when I went back to tell them one manager said to get what I didn't have when I did he said hold on called another manager he called the cashier she said she did and one of the manager said it sound off for you to be missing all that and I think its a scam lie because of them not giving me what I paid for my kids now don't have dinner I will never go back .and if you shop there look out and I wounded if its because I'm white and that's why they didn't want to

A hidden gem. An inexpensive, no-nonsense grocery store. Great for getting incredible deals on meat, poultry, all produce, Mexican cheeses & certain dry goods, i.e., dried beans, lentils, pasta & spices. Good sales on domestic & Mexican beer. The staff is fully bilingual, which is convenient if your Spanish is somewhat lacking, (like mine). Their meat is fresh, well stocked & cut. I love HEB, however La Fiesta has its important place in the community; it prevents surrounding neighborhoods from becoming food deserts, while providing basic food items at an exceptional cost.

I'd never been inside a La Fiesta before and I will absolutely go back to this one again. It was clean and well laid-out, but the gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for was awesome. In a lot of places these days customer service is dead (look out HEB and Wal-Mart), but this dude saw me looking and came over to me and asked what I was looking for. He even told me a short story about his childhood regarding the dulce de leche I was looking for. Fantastic customer service. Thanks so much!!!

I just love to go to this store, everyone that works there is always polite and helpful. I like that they let me use the shopping cart home with me, and they pick it up in a couple of days. I am not the only one in my apartment complex that does this, we all walk to the store to do our shopping. We can pay our bills there, when we are shopping. This a big help for us, and all the area around the store. You can talk to the employees, and you feel like you have known them forever.

Like their produce and they have lots of great little items. Went their middle of the day for a meat special and they only had one left work all their meat cutters gone for the day so this was very disappointing. Even more so for everyone after me that day to be sure. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and nice. This store had crowded aisles but was merchandised well, floors were swept, and everything looked orderly withing the crowding of items. Lots of great little specials too.

  • Zida Fernandez

Man I am totally committed to coming to buy meat here at La Fiesta. Man for $20, you cam buy a lot of meat for a family of 4. Even for a fast BBQ other grocery stores charge more than a meal cost already prepared for you. As for the folks who wish to spend money on"FRESH MEAT," it's not fresh if it's been chilling out in the freezer for 10 days prior to your purchases from the major retailers..JS FRESH is killed and BBQ In front of you.

  • Azalea Z71813

The store is VERY clean, the produce looks great, good quality meat @ a fare price, employees are kind and helpful and the manager, Tino, was working hard and stopped what he was doing to help me. I wasn't given a receipt and I was overcharged. OVERALL.....GREAT JOB LA FIESTA!!!!!! ✝️ Just spoke with Tino, he said he would refund my overcharged items immediately....Thanks!

  • Sandra Arispe

It's not all that great of a supermarket...kind dingy, needs to be upgraded badly. The only reason I go is its in the neighborhood where I grew up & I know the meat, poultry and produce is pretty cheap than HEB. U can also use store & manufacture coupons together there but I think there's a limit (read there policy). If the store was upgraded, would give it higher stars.

  • DELORIS STEEN

La Fiesta always have great sales. The personnel express an eagerness to assist you no matter what help is needed. The cashiers always give a warm welcome and do not make you feel rushed or act impatient. I enjoy every shopping experience and I don't live in the area, I travel from Kirby, Tx by local bus service every weekend. Viva La Fiesta

  • Patrick Star

Not to sure what is wrong with the pork in different colors … some of the beef cuts were expired. I tried to address it to a manager and suddenly no one is available. I also attempted to call but all phone listings for this chain are not in working order. Cheap meat prices BUT at what cost? I’ll shop elsewhere, thank you.

  • Narezza G

Always clean, stocked and organized. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and the meats are choice. Prices are more expensive than HEB and Walmart and the selection is not as great as these bigger grocery stores but for the neighborhood convenience it is a fast and pleasant hookup when utilized.

  • Annette Dominguez

Gross the meat look brown and sometimes green looking the mix brown ground meat with red ground meat and when you put it in the pan and break it up u can tell the chicken hell no bought chicken wing and they are spoiled smell gross I will never shop there!!!! …

  • Robert Cantu

It's so much better than HEB, in food and prices. Talking about $3 dollar difference in 12 Chix wings, $8 at HEB and 3.5 at La Fiesta. The produce here is more culture friendly than HEB. I'll tell you I'll be doing 90% of my grocery shopping here. So happy there's one near my home. Price. 9/10. Groceries 9/10.

  • Lisa Lindemann

Great prices on meat and produce. Not so much on stuff in the aisles. And you have to be careful because you can buy rotten food there. But if you are observant, you can get some great deals! Bone in Ribeyes for $4.34 lb, in this economy! A huge pork roast, already cut in half $12. Just be careful.

  • Lee Nix

A great place to buy a lot of ingredients you can't find anywhere else. There are also often amazing deals on meats and produce, with the overall quality and value rivaling the best other grocery options in the city. It might not have the selection of a huge HEB, but it definitely has the value!

  • Ms. AA

I shop there for the weekly sale items. Mostly great deals. Disappointed that some items are not available for the entire Wednesday to Tuesday timeframe. And when ad states 'All Varieties' in-store you will find a sign that states a 'specific variety type'. Not a great business practice. …

  • Norma Gharbi

Building needs work done on it. One isle was blocked due to water leak. Staff in meat department was kinda rude but did help with what was needed. Cashier did not greet us nor did she say thank you. Just rang us out and handed receipt to me. Over all not a favorable experience!

  • Hilda Pompa (Goddess)

Get rid of that rude and sarcastic Security Guard that just talks to every cashier n doesn't strive to see who steals or is stealing right in front of his eyes!!! He has been there forever n getting paid to stand there n talk to cashiers!!!! PlZzzz get rid of this lazy man!!!

  • Gabriel F.K.

For what it is, it's a great place to shop for your Mexican and Latino food items. Vegetables and fruits don't seems as shiny and don't have individual stickers, which seems so much natural. That gives the place a farmers market look. And prices are very very reasonable.

  • Heartless Redd Angel

Always friendly employees here..But under new management so their meat is not as inexpensive as before. They stopped emailing their flyers and stopped doing coupons. I don't live anywhere near them so I'm not going to make a trip when I have no idea what's on special.

  • Benjamin Guajardo

La Fiesta is like a party.... get it. Good service clean place. There was a guy outside selling windshield wipers installed them too. Thre are some smart, nice, hardworking Latina women working and helping you out if you have any questions.

  • Ruben

La Fiesta has been around for quite a while, and never seems to change or upgrade. Same building, sign, flooring and old wood smell w/a faint scent of Pine Sol. (If only prices were the same as they were when we were young). They say that

  • Karlo Salinas

Its always open on any holiday clean great produce great prices. growing up my family shoppes there when I was young I shop there with my children now. There's always a butcher to help you with any questions or selection your looking for.

  • Rowland Estrada

This store has been around since I was a kid. My family and I go to this store to find fresh produce and other items that you would not find in a common store. Prices are reasonable and they always have sales on some pretty good stuff.

  • Rachel Renteria

It's a little run down store but the meat specials are good and sometimes the veggies and fruit but you gotta be careful cuz alot of their products are bruised. Basically it's good when you're shopping for the advertised specials only

  • Ana Kehler

Normally they have what I go to the store for but they haven't had the items for 3 days now. But I will continue to shop there because some items are cheaper there than anywhere else. Staff is always nice and very helpful.

  • Paul Maxfield

I always love shopping in La Fiesta. That only do they have good meats and other good products, they are very friendly and courteous. I stopped by for some more great deals today. Even got two 10" pies for $3.50.

  • Esmeralda Araiza

Place smells every time I go in there, which is once in a great while. Things are overpriced and cashiers are not very friendly, oh and meat market area looks pretty gross. Only go in to the store if I have to

  • Jesse Benavidez

The people here are very helpful and very friendly. I do go there for little items that I might need but they don't have a great selection.. But I will support them and be back again when I need groceries.

  • G.O Fishing

  • Michael Aguirre
