There was a older lady I believe a manager who treated me like I was a interruption to her day to look in back for something specific I was looking for in the Halloween department. I worked as a retail manager, customer service and sales most of my 35 plus years of employment and never would I talk to or treat someone that way. She actually wasn't going to go back and get what I was asking for until I asked her what her name was only then did her attitude shifted but not enough to be honest...then when she made me wait a unrealistic amount of time I knew it was on purpose. It was the morning of Sept 7th the amount of my transaction was $86.60 transaction number on file with my bank shows 00022392 if you go back to that day on your cameras you will see both who the employee was and how long I was waiting. This lady was very unapproachable and spoke to me in a tone that made me feel both unwelcome and a burden. This is EXACTLY why I prefer to shop online and not in the stores this will ultimately cause all the big box stores to close. It's called customer service and she doesn't have it. It's already bad enough prices for products are out of control and unfortunately Targets prices have always been higher than most to start with but to deal with rude employees is something that sends me into orbit.

Horrible customer service. Avoid buying from this location. Price error from website was honored by other locations but not by this location. When a customer is charged for an order that they believe is legitimate but a particular store manager decides to save his bottom line and not the business of a loyal customer that is bad business. No regard for a customer leaving work early to pick up the item or the gas spent on the commute or even the disappointment that they have to deal with from an error on their part. Have some accountability. Buy from other locations because at least there’s a chance they value the customers experience over their own bottom line. I never write reviews but this experience has been bad enough to warrant it. Avoid shopping at this target if you want to avoid being given the runaround.

I usually have a decent experience at this location but yesterday I went in specifically for the new Willow breast pump (it’s the only location that showed any in stock but stated you had to go into the store to purchase). I couldn’t find it so I asked an associate where I could find it, she promptly told me they wouldn’t get put out until 05/01. When I noted that every other store in town had put theirs out for the release this weekend she shrugged & said “we’ll they’re not getting put out until next month”. I left annoyed but accepted that & decided to just wait it out until another store got more in stock. I happened to be in the app this morning & it gave me the option to order it online for pickup so I ordered it. They fulfilled my order so I’m not sure what changed in less than 18 hours.

Used to always get good service here, seems lately there have been changes in management and the employees are all rude. Even the new manager is completely rude. The cashiers forget to place items inside my bag and when I go and file a complaint, they tell me that I am a liar and treat me very impolitely. I spent hundreds and they got all rude because I was claiming that they did not place three small value items in my bag. "Supposedly" reviewed the cameras, which I doubt they did....whichever it may be, they handle their issues with very little education and ignorance. I'd rather go to another location from now on.

Management doesn’t care about their customers or employees health. There have been over 25 COVID cases but I wouldn’t be writing this unless I didn’t learn that a another employee DIED last month. My granddaughter works here and says that they can’t do anything there was an incident at another store not in their area and now they aren’t even allowed to ask people to put them on after they enter or else they will get in trouble. If me or my husband go in there one more time and see someone without a mask I’m going to confront them and get management involved or else I’ll take care of it myself. DO NOT GO HERE.

I did an online order for a Keurig K-Elite Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker with Iced Coffee Setting. I stopped by to pick up the coffee maker and as I drove off I started smelling something rancid. When I arrived home and opened the box I quickly realized they had sold me a used coffee maker and it was leaking all over the box. The fact that no one checked the machine prior to it being sold is unacceptable. My car still smells like garbage a day later and I am not happy. I will need a professional cleaning. I have never experienced anything like this and I can not believe this happened.

Returned a gift, and bought the same item, just one size larger...the price had gone up on the item (a toddlers dress) and I was prepared to pay the difference when the cashier stopped me, and changed the price to match the original so I was not out of pocket any additional money. KUDOS for showing flawless customer service ! I thank you from the bottom of my heart...I know it was a small increase, but the dress was a gift for my Granddaughter, and it was very nice to make the prices match. Will definitely return to this particular store if I need anything I'm the foreseeable future.

This is a very spacious, very clean store with a friendly and helpful staff! The grocery side and food here is better than any other Target I've been to. My only criticism about this store would be that household items aren't fully stocked or missing, and after several days aren't restocked when the stuff on the shelves or pegs has been sold. This could be due to staff shortages or the supply chain because of covid, I'm not sure, but some thing aren't getting replenished or re-ordered and I'm not sure why. I do love this store though, and I hope it continues to get better with time!

My kids and I usually enjoy going there to grab a snack at Starbucks or the cafe. Came in today. Starbucks was randomly closed...ok. That's fine. Decided to go to the cafe instead. The cafe wasn't accepting credit cards at all and the employee had MAJOR sassy attitude. Went to get cash and come back...after we got our food we realized the cafe was SO dirty there wasn't even anywhere to sit. 3 different groups of people mentioned how disgusting it was. Spilled drinks, popcorn, trash EVERYWHERE. Meanwhile the guy working there would walk around and just look and walk away.

This store is always so clean and organized. The staff greets you with a smile and always around if you have a question. The self-checkout stands allows you to use cash. I have shopped at their competitors stores and they only have Credit card self- checkouts. Additional this Store has a Great Coffee Shop inside. We love Starbucks. The food was well stocked with plenty of Food and Merchandise needed. For the Elderly and High risk, they provide early morning shoping for only them, on certain days. During these times, that can bring GREAT COMFORT.

Every time I shop there I have to argue about the price of their items. The label shows one price, but at the register it’s usually another and way more expensive. Customer service is horrible, I usually get accused of lying or switching the price tag and they don’t care that they are supposed to sell for the price they marked themselves. Seems like all their associates are taught to hate their customers and piss them off as much as possible, for me every trip there ends up with a headache .

It was hard to get to the entrance closest to Target due to ongoing construction, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store. I couldn't find anyone to help me find what I was looking for, but the cashier was sweet. I'll go back once the construction gets further along. Otherwise it's easier to enter from the back. If you don't know the area you could easily get lost. But the store itself seemed to be very clean and ppl were wearing masks that day. Thank you

I used to love this store. Ever since coronavirus started, I have been left disappointed almost everytime I shop here. There are consistently a lot of empty shelves in multiple departments. Plus, I really don't like the remodel. The flow of the store isn't as nice as it used to be. Shopping at Target used to be one of my favorite things, but I avoid it as much as possible these days. The good things about this store include the kind employees and that it's clean.

I do 90% of my grocery shopping at this Target along with my seasonal, home, clothing, and toy needs. The store is immaculate and the the people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. If I can't find a product, they help me find it on line. If the price on the shelf doesn't match what was rung up, they correct it. And if there's a coupon on the Target Circle app for the products I am buying, they help me find it. Refunds and exchanges are super easy, too.

It's a good Target. I am not giving a full write-up on a Target, though. This one is your average Target, which is to say it is a bit overpriced compared to Wal-Mart for the same cheap foreign made junk. But people think that it is more upscale, so they pay extra for that delusion. Sorry Target, I still shop at Target enough, though, but selling quality American products would be better. I know you sell what people buy, shame on me and the rest of us, I guess.

Worst customer experience ever. My mom placed an order online as a gift. Their website stated it would be ready on August 5th, 4 days later. They canceled the order within 48 hours and instead of doing what they can to correct the issue their answer was "that's just the way the system works". When speaking to the manager, she would not acknowledge the issue. When I asked for a different manager, he was dismissive and extremely rude.

Target's grocery tends to be a bit pricier and have a more limited selection than other places I could go. That said, the baked goods they have are pretty great, the ability to just breeze in and grab a bag with a half dozen Impossible burgers from the freezer and a bag of mini croissants from the bread aisle plus some fancy butter and decent chocolate to go with it in a place that's also got a great makeup selection makes me happy.

The item was in a damaged box and there were others in the store. A quick 10 minute trip turned it to almost an hour. The first associate I encountered was no help and bordered on rude when I would not accept a discount for the item in the damaged box. I went onto the app and could see there were others in the store. This was not the first time I received poor customer service in this location.

I was able to find organic meat, toilet paper, clorox wipes, and other household essentials! The recent remodel makes the store look wonderful. However, the floor plan is a bit confusing and dissimilar to other targets in the area (minor inconvenience). I would give it 4.5 stars, but there isn't a half star option. IF YOU'RE OUT OF TOILETRIES AND CLEANING ITEMS, this is the place to go.

I was able to find the perfect stuff for my picnic, but I would recommend not getting the Buffalo Wing Wrap if you dont like blue cheese. It just taste like Blue cheese. Not a good taste for me. But other than that everything was easy to find and service was quick. :) I'd recommend going here for a quick in and out shopping spree for things like pool supplies or party games or food.

I have been coming to this Target location for years, and have always had pleasant experiences until today. There is SO MUCH merchandise on the floor that you can barely walk down the aisles much less push a cart. I was shocked at how messy and unorganized everything was all over the store. It was a very unpleasant experience - so much so that I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

I'm continuously profiled here by some of the employees. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable shopping here, but when employees are looking over your shoulder during a transaction, reaching in your basket to check if you scanned an item or takes their focus off the others just to focus on you is very disheartening. This has been an issue by 5 different employees on the regular.

Very happy with the covid mitigations at this store. I appreciate not having to deal with argumentative people debating on mask wearing and I’m thankful to the employees who are at the front lines to keep our economy going. It has been getting busier inside, not sure where we are with capacity restrictions but I still love shopping here I’m just more selective with my hours.

A little difficult to get an employee’s attention in the electronics dept. When I found the button to call for help at a price check station the same guy that passed by me twice earlier, while I was standing by a glass case (looking around for help), came to help. Guessing Target has employees working on other duties that make it hard to change context and help customers.

Always enjoy coming to Target. I appreciate how they are keeping up with modern design of their store as well as there products. They had what I needed for this trip and almost always have what I’m looking for. The cafe is neat, but people seem to steal a lot from it (please don’t be that kind of person). The restrooms were clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful.

Lily in the children’s clothing section was an absolutely phenomenal example of excellent customer service today. I asked her where the school supplies were and without hesitation she walked me all the way over there and pointed to exactly what I was looking for. It’s a busy week but you wouldn’t know it by her service and sunny disposition. Many thanks to her!

The self checkouts are absolutely awful. They're WORSE than Walmart, and that's pretty bad. There was only one check out open and it had a line, so everyone is forced to use self check out. Which turns out to take much longer as it's constantly locking and saying to wait for help. I'm going to stop shopping at the target stores. That's how bad it is.

Made 2 hassle-free returns. Bathrooms were clean and water for washing hands was great. Sinks were lowered so that kids can also wash hands. The store was well stocked. Polite employees that answered my questions. They had it all with the bonus of being able to grab a bag of produce. Lots of great stuff. Will come here again! And again. And again.

Between Cartwheel, mobile coupons, regular coupons and iBotta rebates I get some fantastic deals at Target. The store is always clean. Lines are rately long. And there are plenty of price scanners around to check prices. I always walk through the meat department because they often have markdowns that offer a great deal to fill my freezer.

Just like the Walmart at 281N and 46, it's a nice clean store but they seem to want to make money before customer safety. They aren't enforcing mask rules. I want to feel safe when I go in but they don't care if someone walks in without a mask. I'll be supporting businesses that promote customer safety and health. This isn't one of them.

Target is still hanging in there. We were able to find pretty much everything that we were looking for. This location had plenty of check out lanes available and they went fast. It appeared that the store shelves were pretty well stocked and the store looked to be clean. Many people there using the online ordering system as well.

On multiple trips I have purchased items advertised to be on sale or with a gift card. I keep getting cheated out of the gift cards when purchasing items pictured in the ad as well as advertised in store!!! I should have about $45 in gift cards but don't have any because they keep messing up. Don't know if I will ever go again!

Staff is helpful! Whenever I go it’s never crazy or busy. The store always has a good selection. Sometimes when the makeup is discounted everything is gone so gotta get it fast. My fav NYX eyeliner is always out of stock tho but that’s probably due to people buying it so I have to go to another store to get it.

Not too thrilled with the customer service when doing order pickup, the young girl who was helping my husband out was very obviously flirting with him. He felt very uncomfortable and the guy working with her was very obviously getting agitated. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism this young lady showed.

I love this store on a weekly basis, but was very impressed with the employees and cleanliness when I went Thursday. It's a wild time out there right now and Target on TPC has done an excellent job keeping up and making things a little lest stressful while navigating outages and crowds. Thanks y'all!

It’s gone downhill past year or two. Every time I come in there’s groups of coworkers huddled around gossiping loudly, instead of working. Very unprofessional. Probably why the store is always messy lately. Still not as messy as the Rim location though, that one is always a complete disaster.

What a mess! The woman’s section was a complete mess with clothes on the floor and items thrown all around! Coming from a pretty nice area, it was shocking to see how these locals treat their Target. So sad! I’m sure the employees try hard, but there’s just not enough workers. VERY sad!

Target is Target they rebranded the inside trying to make it look more high-end it's kind of like shopping in a Macy's grocery store. They don't carry near the amount of items or selections that they used to in the past especially on women's clothing. I like the old Target much better.

Target’s grocery areas do not have the basic same layout as their sister stores making it always feel like you’re on a scavenger hunt. They are out of several items I’m shopping for most of the time. The grocery area still feels like Target’s afterthought and not a priority.

It's on par with any big Target we have visited. On this day we were looking for a tv stand and didn't find anything we liked. Their furniture selection is very small but it's there. The quality is about the same as Ikea and price is some what comparable with them as well.

Target is great in almost all location. This Target located on the hill. The store and it’s restroom are clean. It’s always convenience shopping at Target. The price is a bit more than at other store but it’s comfortable. Self check out is quick and never have any problem.

One of my favorite stores! Always clean, employees walking around helping and restocking, and very nice cashiers. Currently switching all of my products to environmentally cleaner and safer products, and found everything I needed here, even along with glass spray bottles!

This specific Target is usually not that crowded besides the weekends. Their grocery selection isn't bad. Although the produce section isn't that big for people who like a variety of produce. I give this Target 5 stars due to accessibility of goods and helpful employees.

I have never been in a target that is sooo messy, a lot of stuff on the floors, the area of clothing is very messy, the people working in there are friendly and they’re working, but I think the problem is the customers that don’t have an inch of respect for them. Sad

They have more clothes that most targets I have been too and it's always organised. Its good for a quick trip or large trip. They always have enough cashiers and are pretty good about opening registers when a line forms. They customer service counter is ok too.

The grocery section is awesome. It was clean and well stocked. People friendly. The produce was fresh. Lots of selections. I gave it 5 stars because it was clean, well organized and easy cash out. People friendly. If anything changes i will deduct a star!

This is a much better Target than the one at the Rim or even Alamo Ranch, this one is laid out so much better (even though I thought they were all laid out the same)...the staff is friendly and helpful and it's not a big mess in the clothing sections.

I cannot rave enough about this place. This is my favorite Target of all time. I always find everything I need and every things I don’t need. Their inventory is amazing in all departments. And their employees are always so friendly and ready to help.

The Target on TPC Parkway (by CTJ High Scool) has phenomenal cashiers! While at checkout, a cashier informed me that if I open the Target App, I could have additional savings on two of my purchases! Nowadays, every little bit of savings counts!

I bought tropical flavored peeps here! I actually came in for tabletop Easter decor and Easter candy. Target always has a huge selection so I don’t have to run all over town for what I want. It’s always clean and well stocked too.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they always have clean carts ready and hand sanitizer ready. Word of caution... don’t buy their fresh meats. Have had bad luck with meat choices, but for everything else, you can’t go wrong.

This is my neighborhood Target and I love it so much. It has everything that I need and more. The atmosphere is good I never had any problems here I just love shopping taking my time and enjoying my Target.

This was the easiest online pickup order I have ever placed. I could barely click that I had arrived and a friendly target associate was already at my car and putting my order in my trunk. Thank you Target!

Got what I wanted and left. I'm not sure what more you can ask for from a store. Doing your job shouldn't warrant 5 stars. Sorry. However, I didn't like that the milk section was almost in the next county.

Easily the best target in a 30 mile radius. Has everything you need is always clean and the employees are very courteous. Ample parking in a brand new shopping complex is also a plus.

Super friendly staff and good atmosphere, much more so than walmarts and HEBs I've been to. Always appreciate the carts they have because they don't rattle and make a bunch of noise.

Place is always clean. Their carts roll smoothly and don't pull to one side. Customer service is always good. Vegetables always look fresh, along with their meat selection.

My experiences are usually good at my Target but in this latest case the pick up process left a lot to be desired. Not an efficient process at all.

Good target. They have a huge toy selection. Clean restrooms. Everyone's friendly. They also have a pretty big women's clothes collection as well.

Place is clean, shelves stocked nicely, the door greeters are super nice. Other employees walking around with radios are NOT so nice or helpful.
