Came from the uk to quarantine for 7 days which I am and will comply happily but the covid test is done on the 8th day and results are back late evening on the 9th at our cost which I wasn’t aware of or mentally prepared for. This is a tactic set up by the management and not the government to add extra costs from our behalf so the hotel gets some income under the so called government rules.They have house keeping staff that are over worked and can’t provide the best service which is unfortunate for the hotel which is not their fault as it’s a management error as they are saving costs of not recruiting enough people and losing the hotel reputation because of this. The room service is unacceptable as we call in the morning but no response after several hrs of waiting rooms are not cleaned to a average standard and is over looked by management.The restaurant is ok but food is limited for choices but have noticed a few hygiene issues such as hair being in food and crockery and utensils not clean properly.I’d advise you to do your research throughly and ask all aspects of questions and view the rooms before you physically check in.

বাজে সার্ভিস! সারাদিন ইলেক্ট্রিসিটি ছিল না, তাদের ব্যাক আপ প্লান ও নাই। জেনারেটর কাজ করেনা। আমাদের রুম ছিল ৬ তলায়, দুই তিনবার করে নীচে আধঘন্টা অপেক্ষা করে সিঁড়ি বেয়ে উপরে উঠতে নামতে হয়েছে। তারা শুধু এসে বলছে স্যার ৫ মিনিটের মধ্যে সব ঠিক করে দিচ্ছি, কিন্তু এভাবে পুরা ১০/১২ ঘন্টা পার হইছে । হোটেল রুমের দরজার লুকিং গ্লাস ছিলো উলটা লাগানো। ফলে বাইরে থেকে রুমের ভিতরে দেখা যায় কিন্তু ভিতর থেকে বাইরে দেখা যায় না (রুম নংঃ ৬০৭)। বাথরুম টাওয়েল গুলোর কালার দেখে বুঝা যায় তারা এগুলা ওয়াশ করেনা শুধু রোদে শুকায় । কোন রুমের সাথেই বারান্দা নেই। সিংগেল আর কাপল রুমের মধ্যে কোন পার্থক্য নেই বেশি ভাড়া ছাড়া। আমি একটা সিংগেল আর আরেকটা কাপল রুম নিয়েছিলাম। সকালে ব্রেকফাস্ট কমপ্লিমেন্টারি কিন্তু আগে তাদের সাথে কথা বলে যাবেন, কারণ রেস্টুরেন্টে সার্ভিস দেয় মাত্র দুজন। মানুষ বেশি হয়ে গেলে খাবার এর জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হয় ।

I stayed at his hotel 2 times. The first experience was good. But the last time I went there with my colleagues and became too much frustrated. We booked 5 rooms. It was too hot outside. But there ac were not working. Even the fans were not working as well. They fixed the ac and explained something like ‘someone changed the ac mood at his/her own room, and all the ac s were stopped working. Requesting us not to touch ac remotes’!! Again at 2 am ac’s were stopped working! :( It cannot be explained how horrible the situation were. I would never visit the hotel again. Even suggesting everyone not to stay there.

This Hotel room space and beds are good enough. But i faced bitter experience using toilet. Hot water supply was unavailable. Perhaps this is my bad luck. In addition, i found very inadequate lighting both room and toilet. During peak time, they may not be able to serve properly. So one should take this issue under his consideration. Note that, there are more hotels who are comparatively more proffessional to manage rush time impact. Overall not satisfactory on this hotel management .

রুম গুলো সুন্দর কিন্ত অধিকাংশ রুমেই অনেক সমস্যা পাইছি। অন্যান্য কাস্টমার + আমরা অনেক রুম নিয়ে থাকছি, তাই সব রুম নিয়েই কমবেশি অভিযোগ ছিল। কোনো কোনো রুমে গ্রিজার নষ্ট, কিংবা এসি ঠান্ডা হয়না আবার বাথরুম লিক করে পানি দিয়ে ভরে যায় সহ অনেক সমস্যা। কিন্তু হোটেলের লোকেশন ভালো, তাদের ব্যবহার ভালো। রুম সার্ভিসটা এভারেজ। রুফটপে একটা রেস্টুরেন্ট যেটা আমার মতে সেরা। আর জিম সুবিধা আছে যেটা ভালো লেগেছে।

Stayed here during Covid on Quarantine. Forcefully made to stay extra 4 days because the covid test didn’t come out as negative/positive. The food was horrible, they refused to allow me to go Doctors to get medicine after I had food poisoning. Staff were very rude, they started arguing with those who were doing quarantine. Verbal abuse from staff and neglect. Poor hygiene not even one hand sanitiser or soap in hotel/rooms. Rip off prices at 2000tk a night.

If you’re thinking about staying here for isolation after flying in from a foreign country. DONT!!!!!!! This hotel and the people running it will take every penny they can from your pocket via various methods. Especially if you use them for isolating. Government stated 7 days isolation. We are now on our 11th night as we had “INCONCLUSIVE” tests which meant PAYING for multiple tests but also PAYING extra nights stay when we originally booked for 7. They will not let you do ANYTHING unless it involves spending money at the hotel

কম দামে হোটেল ভালো,কিন্তু ওয়াশ্রুম এর দরজা একেবারে বাজে, লক হয়ে যায়,খোলা যায় না।ব্যবহার ভালো, কিন্তু ব্যবহার ধুয়ে তো আর জল খাবো না। রোমের কয়েকটি খারাপ দিক- ১)কাপড় শুকানোর জায়গা নেই,২)দরজা ভালো না,৩)ac ভালো না,৪) টিভি ভালোভাবে চলে না,৫)পুরান রোম,৬) ওয়াশ্রুম এর সামনের দরজায় পানি জমে, ঘর পানিতে ভেসে যায় ইত্যাদি। ২ দিন থেকে মনে হচ্ছে পালিয়ে জাই। বাজে অবস্থা, সিলেটে আসলে আর এই হোটেলে আসবো না।

I stay in this hotel 3 nights but did not get make up service even telling at reception. paid advance for one night but during final payment, they forgot about advancement Booked for 6 rooms but they mismatch about room category. double delux room but slippers was one pairs not slipper found in bath room. for prayer there is no Jaynamz (payer mat) manager imvole with argument without expressing sorrowness

I was stay two night in this hotel. I really loved there service. Very well management team, room service & restaurant services. Complementary breakfast is good, food test delicious but price is little bit high. There is nice place to time pass at rooftop restaurant. Room decoration is nice and clean. And yes there are no balcony attached with room. I recommend to add a microwave oven in room. Fan and bed light switch adjacent with the bed.

This hotel is located near Darga Gate, Sylhet. Good for night stay though no spa or bar facilities there. They provide complementary breakfast in geneal and with basic brakfast items only. Number items of complementary breakfast menu is 3-4 but considering price of the room, it is not unsatisfactory. Hotel has 24 hour room service, free WiFi. Behaviour of the hotel is very good and welcoming. They accept VISA or AMEX Credit or Debit cards.

Poorly maintained equipments. Toilet tap was too weak that it broke just on few use and the management charged for the tap costs. Strange! I mean anything could get damaged and no one does so intentionally, I had to pay for something that I never used and someone else will use instead. If I had to pay at all before checking-out, they should have rather charged me during my stay or could have given me another room to stay.

I went there with my family. The place was very luxurious. We had no problem except the bathroom. They said that you can't splash water there except the place where you actually bath. I just wished that there space for the water to go out. Well, otherwise, the food and the place was great ❤

Hotel is well located. Rooms was big enough and clean. Roof top restaurant is very presentable. Gives you a fantastic view of Sylhet city. Complementary breakfast is very ordinary.A good place for staying at Sylhet. The Good Services such as regular room make up and complimentary breakfast quality should be upgraded. Otherwise a good hotel within your budget. Liked it., facilities are good.

The hotel is nice. It is located at the heart of Sylhet city near the holy shrine of Hazrat Shah Jalal (R). Though it is near to the shrine but very calm and quaite place. Convenient to roam around Sylhet from this place. Room is good with A.C. It has a nice rooftop restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is good. Food is very expensive. Overall the hotel is good to live.

The staff is not at all cooperative, especially front desk. They would try to take money from you with the laziest excuses. Stay away from this place. Check in at your own risk!

An excellent place to live in sylhet. And this #Larose #Hotel is really good place to live with family with moderate cost. This is not cheap nor expensive and their service superb. If I get a second chance to go there then definetly I will choose to live there. Also this Hotel is only 5 mins distance from #Shahjalal dorga Sharif. #Great #BANGLADESH. :-)

Room is spacious but no veranda. Rooftop environment is superb, having an open area and the restaurant. Receptionist behaviour isn't good enough but other staffs are superb. We found water leakage problem at attached bath! Don't expect 5 star luxury. A quite relax environment, just 10min walking from Darga. Overall satisfactory...

Everything is okay..but their room service is totally disappointing. There wifi are too slow to browse. I asked an extra pillow but they sent it 1 day later after i ask them again. And their breakfast items are very poor and not so tasty. But the rooftop restaurant is good. The food is tasty and not so expensive.

It is too much costly. Their service was too much bad. For double bed they serve only one tooth brush and only a tooth paste.. Their buffet's items are not as qualitative and quantitative other hotel.

It's a good place to live with. The price is little bit higher and it also has nice rooftop restaurants. The food quality is good. And you can get rooms anytime here. The nice option is you can get 4 people's room in reasonable prices.

Too bad behaviour. They said they have buffet breakfast facilities but when we went for breakfast they said the dont have food. Very unprofessional.

Hotel is not value for money, you can choose Noorjahan or many other hotel with low price from them, and there is no Restaurant facility only for show a restaurant is available you can't have anything from this restaurant.

The hotel has severe problem with it's lighting system inside room. Geyser performance was poor. Not worthy of room rent. I stayed once for it's location was convenient for me and they serves good complimentary breakfast.

Their attitude is always negative. Stuff is not co operative. It's really strange- no room cleaning service after 6pm!! Food menu and taste are disgusting. Food service is horrible and not family friendly.

Overall the experience was good. Staffs were helpful and environment was satisfying. Rooftop restaurant was really good.

It was a good experience but i have only one complain that is about the lift . For some reason I had walk up to 2nd floor to get on it which was annoying . But overall it was a good experience.

Got some really cool skyview.. room is well decored.. Rooftop restaurant has got some nice views of the city.staffs are well behaved. Need to improve the breakfast service though .

Having a roof top restaurant, complementary breakfast, decent service, walking distance from Dargah, La Rose is a good choice though the cost per night is little bit higher.

Everything is good except bathroom/toilet. I hope, they will take this review positively and also take necessary steps to recover this problem for their wonderful customers.

A unique place to stay close with Sylhet central. Close to Sylhet Stadium and Police line. A wonderful rooftop place for your dinner and lunch, gives you a sweet memory...
