The station itself does the job. Has one electronic passenger information display (PIDs) per platform for any passengers who want information on the next train and the train behind it. A major issue would be the lack of shelter along both platforms (there's only a shelter at the platform entrance and at the ends for both platforms). Lack of facilities, such as toilets, is also a big issue. Seating is quite minimal but is spread across both platforms. Additionally, some trains operating on limited express services skip this station. Plus, there aren't many major bus services nearby meaning customers would have to rely on trains for public transport, which are typically infrequent (15 mins). I would give this station a 2.5 out of 5 if I could, but 3 stars is very generous in my opinion.

I don't know why this station is here, it may just act as a break between Blackburn and Box Hill, but I think it makes the train services bunched up more? It certainly makes me a bit confused, because some services stop and some skip, and

sometimes called golden chain or golden rain. Laburnum station a hidden gem, well hidden certainly but a gem? I'm not sure of that. Good for those that live nearby.

Often affected by cancellations or turning the Blackburn all stations around at Box Hill to catch up time. Quiet and safe though.

Not a reliable station . They just cancel the trains without any update . Not an organised way of public transportation.

Basic station missing some facilities. Some trains are express passing through this station. Very handy though.

The shop the queen it's a pleasant village in very Shady lovely tree-lined streets

there is nice geocache inside pole with magnet, i licked it all over
