The best! We. have been living here since February and it has been nothing short of wonderful. The facilities are immaculately maintained, the staff members are friendly and responsive and the amenities are beyond what you'll find at most places. There is a pool, hot tub, fire pits, gym and a gorgeous lake with a walking trail around it. They also have fenced dog play areas, a dog wash area and tons of green space. They also have a very nice laundry facility that takes credit cards (big perk because I never have cash). This place might be a little more expensive than others, but there are so many reasons why it's worth it. We've never had any issues with vehicles being broken into or seen any random people wandering around. The gated access is secure and always works perfect. Even the restrooms and showers at the pool area have code access only. We also love that around the lake there are small pavilions with gas grills and refrigerators so that you can have small gatherings with a great view. The grills are always SPOTLESS as the staff is constantly cleaning. They also do an amazing job at mosquito control throughout the entire park, but specifically around the pool and amenities. I really cannot say enough great things about Lakeview RV/Quality RV parks for the experience we have had during our time here. The other residents are super friendly and happy to help if you need anything. There is also a shuttle to the Texas Medical Center for those needing treatment/care-which is a huge perk to avoid driving/parking. Remember-cheaper is NOT better when it comes to quality of life and peace of mind about where you're living. There is no other place in Houston that compares to this for long-term RV living.
I was going to be in Houston for a few days and wanted somewhere "decent" to stay with my RV. I had experienced the Quality RV chain in the past and was pleased with how their operation worked. So, based on where in Houston I was staying, I chose Lakeview. And I was glad that I did. For what I wanted the price was acceptable. Considering it was Houston, I knew that I wasn't going to get anything much cheaper and if I did I probably wouldn't have liked it. The manager at Lakeview, Shauna, is outstanding as a manager and as a person. She was incredibly easy to work with, professional, knowledgable, sincere and dedicated to doing the best job possible. You just can't ask for more. Her office helper, Robert (I believe was his name) was okay, he didn't know much, but was probably more "hand's on" in the park itself as opposed to being behind the desk. Nice guy though. Over the several days that I was there it was very enjoyable. They are expanding the park with laundry, showers, etc., in the back of the park and additional spaces going in. It looks as if there is longterm residences in the park as well. The place is clean, well kept, with a nice "woodsy" feel to it. It was everything that I expected from Quality. Very enjoyable. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Hats off to Quality for their ability in developing decent RV parks with the right amenities and their choices in managerial staff.

100% always a great stay whenever I come to lakeview rv resort, this is my second time lodging at this park. The staff and front desk is always helpful and takes care of everything needed, I left my tow hitch with the pin in it out next to my camper on the floor and for whatever reason whether it be someone lost their pin or they just stole the pin, on my last day park staff man Gill came by and I told him my pin is gone. He said he might have one in the shed, I left to run an errand and once I came back there was a brand new hitch pin in my tow hitch. 100% will recommend this park to anyone planning to stay in Houston for a trip or long term, the location is close to Houston city proper being just southwest of the medical center and the facilities are always kept in tip top shape. Love this park and love the staff will definitely be coming back whenever I pass through the big Hustle town city.

I have been meaning to write my 2 cents on my time here at lake view . Words are extremely important, being by standards today everything is a review Online. Summary: I am fortunate enough to be able to make decisions about where I stay, and have choices, as do we all. But this year one of the best decisions I have made was finding this particular property. I have read some reviews about Lakeview some good some bad, but I had to find a vector where anybody reading this would connect with what I’m writing. Everything one would need is here without question for a RV Park. There are some things that could be better yes, but it could be a whole lotta worse, as in some parks that I have heard of in the area. I have met some phenomenal people here in my stay. I have found no fault in the office staff or the way the SOP here is written. No one bothers you, if YOU choose to be left alone. THE MVP here on this property is Ms Shauna. She is the prize here and manages this property as it should be managed. WITHOUT prejudice. If there is any racism here I have not seen it. So that idea should be belayed immediately. Come try it out and you make the distinction for yourself, because this is only my review as I see it Stay safe & Keep your powder dry!! Lake view resident. (not a paid google pawn )
Avid tent camper new to the RV community. I picked up my camper in Florida only 5 days prior to my arrival at Lakeview Resort. I had never towed anything before in my life. I arrived terrified, anxious and full of nerves at the thought of backing into a site. I walked in the activity center and asked for help because the office had already closed. The ladies, chimed in and said Let's get Robert. They walked me over to Robert's camper and he said it would be a few minutes as he needed to change back into his work clothes. I felt so bad; he was off work. Robert came out, with a smile and walked over to my site and explained what I needed to do with my hitch and backed me in; helped me set up; set my drill so it would work better and gave me a hack to more easily drop my scissor jacks and helped me level my camper. He was so thoughtful and helpful. He went above and beyond! I really appreciate his assistance and mini lessons. I would also like to say I would definitely recommend Lakeview. The property is well managed and well kept. The activity center, bathrooms, laundry rooms are very clean and spacious. There is really a sense of community here and bunch of nice folks. You will enjoy your stay!

I can't believe there are no reviews about the gun fire. Almost every night, I hear gun fire. Sometimes a few pops, sometimes a lot of back and forth. Sirens, police helicopters. The property and amenities are great. Don't get site 21 unless you don't plan to go outside. The hissing and smell of the gas release value is constant. It went off for 2 days and I thought it was just a cold weather thing but for the rest of the 1.5 months I've been here, it's been hissing and smelling. The staff is nice. And location to Houston is why I came here in the first places but the gunshots and gas line are unbearable. The park was going to let me move spots but I would have had to pay more for "lakeview" or I would have been closer to the gunfire or annual people with lots of barking dogs. Jetstream RV is a little further south and might be a better option. It's really unfortunate because the place does a great job keeping things looking nice and they are helpful. Just can't deal with the location.

My family and I have had multiple stays at Lakeview. We discover improvements with each visit. The grounds are well kept and feature many amenities to enjoy. In all of our stays, we've found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and eager to ensure we had a great stay. There are a lot of monthly residents at this resort, but it is still a great place for nightly visitors. Most of our stays have been 2-3 nights for short family trips to explore Houston. This park is perfect for a Houston vacation, because it is located very close to the heart of the city. Our most recent stay was for just over a week. Unfortunately, this trip was not vacation, but to accommodate a major surgery for my son at Texas Children's. The resorts proximity to the medical district made it extremely convenient. While this park may not have the picturesque setting of a rural resort, it is great for a resort set in the middle of a major urban area. My family and I look forward to our next stay at Lakeview.
I cannot rave about this community enough. See how I said community there? That's because that's exactly what this place is. My husband was scheduled for 5 weeks of radiation at MD Anderson. From the first day we stepped onsite we were welcomed with open arms. The staff is AMAZING! We've made lifelong friends here that we never would have met staying in a hotel. The grounds and buildings are always kept clean and neat. The added bonus of the pool, hot tub, laundromat, and stocked fishing pond make it so that you rarely have to leave the property for anything. There's also outdoor grills available for residents to use. Overall, a definite 5 star experience. From the year round residents doing diamond paintings in the rec center, to the friendly staff who welcome you like family- everyone is so nice. Thank you lakeview RV resort for making one of the hardest times in our lives a little more bearable. We'll see you next time!
This RV park is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. The park is very clean and quiet. The laundry room is fresh and new. Dog bath and dog park on site. Free air. Convenience store with taqueria adjacent to the park. Easy access to the freeways. Lots of dining options nearby. Mosquito free lakefront (crazy huh?). Stocked lake. Pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, and gym equipment in the clubhouse. Amazon delivery area. Eight covered bbq areas with refrigerators, grills, hot plates, sinks, and fire pits. Pretty good wifi. It's really quite luxurious.

We use Lakeview RV Resort to dump our gray water, refill fresh water, air up our RV tires, and dump our trash.. The facilities are always clean and easily accessible. The location is right off the highway and has easy access in and out. The gate is locked, so only customers are allowed in and out. We feel safe there. We pay $21.65 to use the facilities and that is a good price. I do recommend this facility. They do have lots of spaces to hook up to and stay overnight.

My husband and I went down for the weekend to help his daughter move. She is graduating from the University of Houston for architecture and design, yeah. I looked up this place, Lake View RV Resort, and we haven't stayed here before, so I wanted to give it a try. It was really nice. We stayed right by the little lak, and we had a great view. The staff was very friendly. The people were a hit, miss some waved, and some didn't, but all in all was a great trip Really great space and to see all the different RVs that were there. Some of them were over a million dollars but a really beautiful place. If you ever get a chance to visit, tell them that Allen's sent you

We have stayed here before a couple of years ago. This time wasn't any less of an impression. We remembered it for many reasons. The customer service for us, is absolutely amazing and the way customer service should be everywhere. We experienced a simple human mistake by the front desk staff upon arriving and checking in today but the point of saying this is because they went above and beyond to fix it. All they did was give us the wrong spot to pull in but to them they cared about the inconvenience it caused us. That to us, matters more than the mistake. We thank you all at this resort for being so great. It is very clean, organized and spacious. There's a lot to offer for everyone and it actually looks the way it does on advertisements. Love that it's gated as well. Thank you.
We were here for two months while going to MD Anderson. Brian and Shauna are lovely people and do an excellent job maintaining the property and being friendly faces on a daily basis. The resort is a nice getaway from the rush of Houston. There’s plenty of space to walk around and the lake is beautiful in the sunrise and sunsets. We especially enjoyed the various birds and aquatic life in the lake. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Everywhere is well lit, the facilities are spacious and have a relaxed atmosphere. People are friendly and when walking around we made many friends who we still keep in contact with. Also, this place is a hot spot for rainbows and sundogs. Beautiful skies!

UPDATE: I understand we madeca mistake forgetting to lovk our door ONE night. What I don't understand is since it's clearly a problem why they dont warn guest checking in they will send an email about the hot tub being out but not about people breaking into cars??? I loved the park overall and the office staff but please read the reviews. We forgot ONE night to lock our truck doors and were robbed. The office said it didn't happen often but a few long term residents told us the opposite. They refuse to hire security or have cameras all over the park but have no issue having them in the dog walk area. I understand it's Houston and things happen. The fact that it happens often and they refuse to hire security when you pay so much a month is crazy.
We have been to tons of RV parks across the country and this one will spoil ya! From the managers putting in extra efforts to meet requests and accommodating short-notice changes, to clean and well maintained facilities, to friendly hard working housekeeping, to respectful grounds maintenance staff...we love this resort! The location was convenient for the work on our first visit and we were thrilled to find it convenient again on a return trip! My kids love it, my dogs love the off leash areas and bath station, my husband enjoyed the quality of the fitness equipment, our entire family enjoyed the pool and games in the clubhouse, and the outdoor kitchens are amazing! HIGHLY recommended!!!!!
WHATS NO TOO LIKE? From the best staff ever, all paved sites and roads, nice lake views, mostly treed sites....in the old section to a close proximity location to the med center and reliant center plus super nice clubhouse with amenities. Mixture of residents to full timers, medical personnel, a few retirees, a smattering of event participants plus a few full time transits using this as home base makes for an eclectic group. Some considerations; spotless bath facilities open 23 hrs; nice pool, 3 dog walks, wifi, 3 covered BBQ areas, stoves and fridge provided, outstanding grounds, well maintained. Free shutte to med center (not sure where) Great place too stop and rest
We have been coming to Lakeview for several years as my husband is under the care of MD Anderson. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the resort. We are always accommodated with a quiet site, always provided the medical rate, and always treated with kindness, understanding, and respect. I hate that we have to make these trips but cannot think of another place to stay which makes it so tolerable. Great job on keeping a beautiful, well maintained, clean facility. What one would expect with the title of resort and they never fail to provide. Thank you!

Great spot near the NRG Center. We were traveling to Houston to attend a function and were looking for a safe place near the NRG. Reviewed the comments by prior visitors which helped me to decode to stay there. The staff were great, location was clean, and each slot had full hookups. Picnic takes were set up next to each slot. We arrived after hours and the staff were great, providing us with a temporary gate code. Our visit packet was in an envelope taped to the office door, so we could quickly find our spot when we arrived. We got in at about 11:30pm and were up after the office opened to officially check in. Restaurants nearby as well s shopping.
I have only been here a week and I absolutely love it!! Out of all the RV parks we have stayed in, we travel for work, this is by far in my top 2 places across the country. The manager Shanua is awesome and I can't possibly begin to say enough about how nice and clean this place is. It's a home like atmosphere and everyone is friendly. The best part is feel so safe here. The amenities are our of this world!! Its definitely worth the price. I feel blessed that I found it. Give it a try guys you wont be disappointed, I will refer it to my friends and family. Hope to see you soon!!

The RV Resort is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff was nice and friendly except the manager Robert is another story, very rude. The anti Biden and anti Trump signs made the stay uncomfortable. I did not get pictures of the anti Trump ones. I wish they would implement a no politics policy, like other RV Parks, it would of made for a more relaxed stay. For example: "To maintain an atmosphere where guests of all cultures feel welcome, prominent displays of political or social affiliations are not permitted at the resort." Just a suggestion! I would definitely stay again, because the facility was that nice.
We recently spent 3 months at this Resort and could not have been happier with our stay! The staff were attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to create a family atmosphere. The grounds were very well kept, and facilities were always clean. We spent many an evening relaxing in the pool/Jacuzzi and cooked more than a few meals on one of the several outdoor kitchens available. Close proximity to the TMC, including a free shuttle that stopped at the park multiple times daily, was very convenient. Should we ever find ourselves in Houston again, we absolutely know where we will be staying!
A large RV park. The site we were on was narrow compared to other sites. It probably had to do with how much we paid as we were just passing through. Seems like a lot of seasonal units. We did not see any sites that were not a concrete pad. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to go in. There is a convenience store outside the gate at the gas station. Nice dog park. Person checking you in was very nice. Great lounge where they have a book exchange. They have a pond for catch and release and a path that goes around the pond. I would ask about pad size if we were to stop in again.
We have stayed at a number of Quality RV Resorts, Lakeview certainly upholds the "quality". The trees at many of the sites in the "old" section need some trimming. My full paint RV drug through the trees on both sides as I was pulling in. I read a post where someone referred to a medical rate. I don't recall this being mentioned as I was making reservation for our stay. I was in town for cancer radiation treatments. Any help on costs would be appreciated. We will continue to use the Quality RV Resort family for future stays.

If you have kids under 18 don't even take them there. They kick them out of the pool by 8pm and there's really nothing for the kids to do.There's also people who live there in their Rv's and this lady got mad because our kids were riding there scooter. She said that the people who live there are sick and had to go to treatments in the morning. In my opinion this place should put the people that are only staying several days in one side and the people who live there in another side so they don't complain. Never ever staying there again.
I have been here at Lakeview RV Resort for a little over a month now, due to my husband being in the hospital in the Med Center. I have to say that my stay has been amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Laundry room has been such a help, WiFi is great, dog wash is easy to use and the free popcorn in the rec room has been enjoyed. There is a free shuttle service to the med center if needed, in which I have used, but its also a short 10 to 15 minute drive down there too. I highly recommend staying here for your needs.

We have only been here a couple of days, and I have fallen in love with this RV park. Staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond on customer service. There are quite a few long term residents and they have also been very friendly. And an added convenience they have a shuttle service, that runs from from 6am until after 5 pm, that goes to the downtown medical facilities, Target, and Fiesta grocery store. The grounds are well kept and sites are generous in size.
Lakeview has a family atmosphere. I have lived here for the past 9 months and it has felt like home. I have great neighbors that watch out for me when I am not there and I do the same for them. Brian and Shauna are great managers. They are always available to assist and educate everyone who stays here. They are like family. Great grounds. Always clean and well maintained. I felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here short term or long term.
The facilities are very clean. The staff is visible and friendly. I stayed in a furnished , park owned 2 bedroom for 6 months. Maintenance was required twice and rectified promptly. The laundry facilities are clean. Bryan was prompt to open the clubhouse daily and coffee was always percolating. Shana and Rob as well as the other office attendants were always available managing the facility. I would highly recommend staying here and will patronize them again.
I am a patient at MD Anderson and my wife and I have stayed here multiple times during my procedures at the hospital. My parents also stayed here after my mother’s open heart surgery. Every time we stay at Lakeview RV park it is a great place to be. The grounds are always kept clean and neat. They are also expanding their park to include many more RV spots and an additional dog park from what I was told. We highly recommend staying here.
Top notch staff. Beautiful mature palm trees by a gorgeous swimming area and hot tub. The trail around the lake I will remember fondly. Grill areas set up by the lake...never used them but they were nice! Best location to the medical center...12 minutes. I would take off half a star for the junkyard fire that happened. It was on the next property, but it doesn't weigh down the overall experience. Again...top notch place to stay.
We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Lakeview RV Resort in Houston last week. Their facility is beautiful and the management team was helpful, knowledgeable and competent. This location is about 4 miles from MD Anderson and its enormous surrounding medical complex. Our neighbors at Lakeview RV in Houston were friendly, and many of them had lived there for years. I would highly recommend the Lakeview RV Resort in Houston.
This is a beautifully kept rv resort. Their sites are level and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a good mix of long term renters and short term. A lot of people stay here while receiving medical treatments. The only draw back for us was there wasn’t a lot of kids during our stay. The pool and rec room were our favorite amenities. I would definitely recommend this rv resort
We enjoyed our stay here. Some of the spaces upfront by the gate are tight, like the ones around 57 but there is something about that area. Internet was reliable for Zoom and Teams calls, when it was working. Internet went out a couple of the days when we stayed there so we relied on Verizon Hotspot which worked fine. Walking path around the pond was nice. I will return here when in Houston.
We have been here 1 month and will be here another happily. We like Shondra and wish she would work at our resort we usually live in she gets thing done no pussyfootin’ around. The place is clean landscaping is very pretty. It’s so close to everything Houston! So many amenities to have fun. They have several bbq kitchens outdoors swimming pool hot tub walking trail billiards etc.
We have stayed here numerous time while going to M D Anderson Cancer facilities. Gated and feels secure. Close to medical center with free shuttle service on week days.. Pool is great but can get a bit crowded at times. Big rig access. The new added area is nice wide streets. Restrooms and showers are always very clean. I just wish they would have added another pool in the new area.
We stayed here for 6 months and had a wonderful experience!! The park is extremely safe, they have a great recreation room with shuffle board, ping pong ball. Fishing lake is an added advantage! We appreciate both Jim and Shauna (Park Managers) for taking care of the park and always being super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Prices are very reasonable.
Super easy access, even with big rigs and a tow. Very clean and neat resort. Sights were concrete level pads with full hook-ups and enough distance from your neighbor. Beautiful pond in the middle of the resort with a walking path. Friendly and accommodating manager and staff. An incredible location and go-to place for those having an RV and needing to "visit" MD Anderson.
Very nice RV park. The restrooms are very nice and the recreation room is very nice and the people are very nice. They have three dog walk park areas and it is very animal friendly. It is a gated/fenced RV park which makes you feel secure. Conveniently located to downtown and MD Anderson Medical Center as well as University of Texas Medical facilities and rice university.
The manager at Lakeview and her great crew are top notch! Customer Service and security are their priority. Shower houses are beautiful!! Super clean. Laundry facilities are great! Grounds are well kept. A great dog park. Two big lakes. We’ve stayed for several months and short stays too for medical reasons and it’s great to come back to a peaceful serene setting.
We have been guests of the resort for 4 months. Resort is very well managed. Communication between management and guests has been excellent. The resort is very secure and in a great location. All rules regarding guest behavior are strictly enforced to insure guests safety and positive experience. I highly recommend this resort and will be returning in the future.
We enjoy staying at Lakeview; it’s close to MDA. They need to trim the trees; the limbs are hanging down low and out in the Rv pads. No matter how slow I pull in my Rv seems to get scratched from the tree limbs.

They are always there and get things done quickly. Need a tree trimmed...1 hour later, it was done. Needed a notary, they were there. Even when they were busy. I can not say how much this has meant to us. This is the only place we would stay. Excellent manage to team, and the facility is clean and has anything you could want. Shauna and Robert are the best.
Lakeview RV resort has been an excellent place to stay while my father received treatment in the area. They are very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. The grounds are clean and everything is well organized. Although, our reason to be in the area isn’t ideal it has been a nice comfortable place away from home. Highly recommend the resort to anyone.
Had a little issue with parking ( someone parked in the roadway) while trying to park our trailer. However office was very quick to rectify the situation and moved us to another spot. (Greatly appreciated after a 5 hour drive) the facilities are very nice and clean. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. First night here and we are very pleased.
Only place to stay in Houston!!! Beautiful, peaceful, so many benefits, like package delivery and mail. There's a pool table, work out area, lake and fishing. Pets allowed. There's a pool and hot tub and grills and free coffee and popcorn. WIFI and Cable everything you need. Safe place to stay.. But still lock your car doors! It's still Houston
I stayed about 7 weeks visiting my son. It is a very well ran RV park. Competent help that can help you. Pleasant to deal with. A lot of folks here in Houston for medical care. I felt the park was secure. They have a couple of long stay folks who they are working on cleaning up. I’d stay here again.

Just booked our second stay. Another MDA visit which is just a few miles down Alt 90. The office staff is so considerate and accommodating. The place is kept in immaculate condition. Some have noted the noise from the highway however we never really noticed it. We also liked the security of it being fenced in and gated.
Amazing peaceful and secure facility given its location but they allow many people to park vehicles in the roadway which makes navigating a bus difficult. In fact we paid for a pull through site but had to back out due to this

Best Houston area rv location. We've been here off and on for the last month due to my father-in-law's cancer treatment at nearby MD Anderson. The staff has been so kind and accommodating, finding lots for us even in the middle of a very

We stayed here from January 3, 2018 to April 6, 2018, during my husband’s cancer treatment at MD Anderson. Our stay was great, and very beneficial to my husbands recovery, and my mental state as his caregiver. The lake was an awesome

Lived here for about 6 months while working in the area, plus stop in here from time to time whilst in Houston. My wife and I enjoy the park immensely, it's close to everything and the amenities in the park are top notch also.
Great place to go when needing to be around the medical center. The park is well kept with all the amenities available. The staff are observant and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times from a few days to a month.
We love it here! Clean, safe, friendly, and lots of amenities for the price. Great rec center and pool. They keep the grounds maintenanced well and spray for mosquitoes. You can also fish in the lake. …
I would say that this was a place I referred my nephew to because he has an RV. It was his first choice while in Houston and I believe he's found other places

Very well kept, friendly staff, and good walking! The only downfall is dogs can't go in the water or on the walking path. But the park is large enough to get a good walk in.
Nice place to stay when visiting Houston. Comfortable and clean. Big load washer and dryer in the spotless laundry room. Not so many options to walk the dog...
The tiny home trailers are nasty. Rotten wood, water damage, peeling laminate. The office changed terms on us days after paying deposit and checking in. More
Greatest employer I were in my life plus greatest resort I ever live at Thomas Aquino
