I have been at Medical Center RV Resort since April 2023 and will stay until November. I am helping to care for a friend going to MD Anderson for treatment. Allowing her husband to stay in Dallas and work. In June a person ran a red light and struck my vehicle. My husband came down from Dallas on July 1 to pick my vehicle up from the body shop after repairs had been made. Since we haven’t seen each other in weeks due to me caring for my friend with cancer he ask the manager on duty if he could park the truck and trailer on one of the empty sites. The stay would be less than 18 hours. The manager on duty said it would cost 60.00 dollars. When my husband explained the situation to Bobby the manger on duty he would not budge off the 60.00 fee. Which we paid for site F109. But we felt very disappointed with the type of response and arrogance shown by the manager since there had been over 20 sites available and there would not be water or electric used. My husband retires in August and he planned to come and stay at this resort so we could be at the same location and would stay until November or when ever the patient was cleared to move back to the Dallas area. We completely understand that having a business is to make a profit. But we also feel that a little compassion would also considered.

Really love this RV Park!! Beware: due to road construction, it's tricky to find (and delivery people may have a hard time). The staff has been great, very pleasant and helpful. The office will contact you if there's a package/delivery (super helpful). The lots are all new concrete and wider than I've seen at a rv park. There are no shady spots but are several lots that back-up to tree line The trash is near entry but they offer pickup services (on certain days) which is very helpful! The facilities are all (new) really nice: the laundry accepts quarters and you can use an app to pay electronically (nice as it gives you status). The bath house has large showers with great water pressure. There's also a nice workout room and lounge area. There is wifi but the signal isn't strong enough to reach all over the park (same in all places I've stayed). Added bonus: There's a night guard on duty,.. makes regular rounds on golf cart, ect. Nice to know someone is keeping watch! Also, the park has (accent) lights strung across the park which I really appreciate. Easy commute to Medical City yet far enough that it's quiet,...except for a little traffic on an overpass.

This RV park is nice. Very clean and well maintained. The major issue is they do not have what they advertise. Have been here for about a month and still no pool. They advertise cable TV and when went to hook up our cable the outlet just fell out and no wiring attached. Don't know about wifi since I always use my own but they do have wifi. Staff very friendly and are always checking out the park. Location just outside of Houston on the medical side which is why we choose this park. Fitness area so so only have a few pieces of equipment. Laundry and break area kept immaculate but have a strong sewer stench do not know what is up with that. Noises in area are minimal except for the train that comes by about every 4 hours. I like that they pick up your trash and everyone is neat about it. Dog park kept clean and great walking trail around Lake. Golf course on the outside of park but have had no issues with bad golfers LOL no balls hitting our camper. Staying here for my husband awaiting surgery at Baylor.

Edited to a 1 star from 2. The current golf cart guy is bad news. He has followed my truck around the park before like a cop would. Waited until we were gone to go snooping through our site. He told me it was “against the law” to do minor maintenance on vehicle exterior. And then proceeded to defend a parody of the American flag for a right wing political group. Rules do not seem to be evenly applied. They seem to be targeting only certain folks. My partner and I no longer feel safe or welcome in this environment and will be sure to let other folks in our community that this place is unsafe depending on who is working. These people come to the most diverse city in America to work, but have little exposure to cultural diversity or sensitivity. The bias is evident. Way to support the worst of RV culture. Original post: Was hopeful to see this new park in the area. Loved that they didn’t allow political flags, but there’s now a politically affiliated, disrespectful flag being flown. I hope they enforce their own rules.

This place is very inexpensive and very nice! I got a cheaper lot and was happy with it. We woke to the construction noises, but it didn't bother me much. I liked how safe I felt there. They have a nice laundry facility there and it isn't crowded this time of year. I had several spots around me empty. The lady that runs it is very nice and easy to work with. I stayed for 7 days and loved it. They had a dog run in the front, trash areas hidden from view and a lake front lots if you want to pay more. Each site has full 30, 50, hook up, water and sewer. I will definitely stay here again. It is more of an adult park. Dogs are allowed. I loved my stay, as did my guest. Also, this place is in town! Houston is so big. It only took me 20 minutes to go where I needed to go! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my one night at Medical City RV park. This park appears to be new and the design reflects that. The concrete pads are nice and wide, electric/water work well and are conveniently located. The streets are very wide and easy to navigate. The park is basically treeless, but there are grass patches between sites. The bathrooms/showers were spotless and this place even has a small gym. It was a little hard to find the entrance due to some construction on Holmes St, but once you're in, this place is great. Obviously, this is not the most scenic location in the world, but if you need to be in Houston, this place is a great option and the prices are very reasonable.

We came here because of the close proximity to the cancer hospitals! And it is but ,doctors said that after the cancer surgery we would have to stay in the hospital for 6 to 7 days and after that get released, but stay close for another week,just in case of problems. The surgery went really good and he released us after 4 days. I reserved online for 10 days.Talked to the office about leaving early and I got told NO REFUNDS SORRY!! I said you know I have to come back every 3 months for follow ups. WHY WOULD YOU DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT. DAMM CERTAIN NOT COMING BACK HERE.NAMING THE PLACE LIKE THEY DID AND-BEING JUST ON THE TAKE

I stayed at this resort for 7 months and my experience was excellent. The entire team works together to provide the best accommodations possible. Despite the unfortunate construction outside the gate the facility is kept exceptionally clean. They provide security on site as well as private gated entrance. The resort often has monthly specials and the resort is near to many local attractions as well as great shopping centers. I highly recommend this resort, and many thanks to the awesome staff for the amazing care and service. JR

The Medical Center RV Resort was a good find. We loved the hookups; water, electricity, and sawyer. Concrete pads. The park was well populated. Security gate entrance. Very well lite with decorative lights on the electrical lines above. Side note: There is construction on Holmes Road; to get to the front gate requires you to drive on the one way side of the road. I am hopeful this will be a short lived problem. We would visit the park again.

The rates are cheap. So is the park. Maybe new understanding no shade trees but none planted. The laundry room is inadequate for the number of sites and the putrid smell of sewage. Promise 2-3 weeks for pool never seen probably smells like sewage also. Coyotes yipping in the night not really a problem but the gunshots are. Try it out it’s cheap for now but this park will never compare to other parks around it. Definitely don’t recommend

Beware this place is poorly ran by the Mgr Bobby. I also believe they are very racist. I have a cargo trailer and they said it was not allowed to be there , but yet they had five other trailers on property. The Mgr gave me the excuse that they don't allow extra trailers on Sight. But yet they had 5 on property the day I tried to move in. They also do a back ground check I think the Mgr is putting in his pocket......

Perfect place to stay!! Very well kept, nice community, completely gated, amazing staff, clean bath houses,laundry area, gym, & front office. Owner is very generous & considerate. Perfect place if you are visiting for the medical center only 12 minutes away, easy access to town, medical center, & interstate. Highly recommended.

This place super nice and very clean. Our stay there was awesome and very inexpensive. My son lost his gold chain that my dad gave to my son that has sentimental valve and while we were staying there and it was turned in. I was able to pick it and gave back to my son and that doesn’t happen very often. This place is very trustworthy. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and will be going back when we stay in Houston.

It’s a new property, the road to get in is a little confusing, there is still noise from surrounding construction, and of course the usual railroad track in the distance that seems to be the norm of RV Parks. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future. They are very accommodating!

Enjoyed my stay here for a few months! Park staff were friendly accommodating during my stay. The park is well lit at night by the string lights all over. Showers / bathrooms were kept really clean. Location is nice, just south of the city and tucked away in a growing area. WiFi wasn't amazing, but was strong enough for me to work and host Zoom meetings.

Park is nice but lots of road noise. Bathrooms weren’t working and staff was not very helpful. The amenities are non-existent and look like portable buildings. I would recommend other parks close by with better amenities and nicer staff.

We needed to stay for medical reasons and the RV park is close to the medical center. The park is very clean, the spaces are large and well kept. We met some very nice people while we were there. And our dogs liked the dog runs and the walk around the pond. I highly recommend this RV park.

This place is located in the woods and looks very unsafe to stay especially for children. The Mgr is there is very unfair to the guest of color. Beware! Do not stay here you will most likely regret it.

This place is nice and clean. I love the fact that they have a Separate spot for your vehicle. The strung up lights makes it look beautiful. I would definitely come back!

Close to everything, quiet, spacious concrete sites. The night time lighting was really neat. Excellent helpful staff. They gave us excellent directions to the RV Park.

This is a nice park that is not suitable for us due to the restrictions on dogs. We were not able to stay there.
