This is the crack the plumber dismissed after opening that much ceiling. This picture was taken by the dry wall guy after the repair by Larratt brothers He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.” The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN. Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free??? I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak. This is his last e mail We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. Once again the good folks at Larratt Brothers Plumbing exceeded my expectations - this time to address a faulty water heater they had installed 13 months ago when my old unit ruptured. Aaron walked me through a quick telephone diagnostic, and when we concluded the ignition was defective he told me he’d send one of his plumbers out first thing the next morning. Brian arrived at 7 am sharp the next day and could not have been more pleasant or professional. As the manufacturer - American Standard - was refusing to honor the warranty because the unit was more than 12 months old, Larratt took the high road and chose to replace the unit with a brand new (and better) unit from another manufacturer - at no cost to us! Brian was in and out in about an hour, and apart from the new tank he’d installed there wasn’t a sign he’d been there. It was a delightful experience all around. Needless to say, I’d recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing enthusiastically and without reservation for plumbing service - particularly water heaters!

Of course, the hot water heater decided to leak all over the garage floor on a Friday night about 7pm! Emergency plumbing services were hard to find so I was lucky I had seen Larrat brothers plumbing trucks driving around my neighborhood and decided to look them up. Sure enough - emergency services offered!! What a gift. My call was promptly answered, they asked a few questions to see if solutions over the phone could fix the problem but, sadly, we needed a replacement. When I sent pictures we came up with a plan and Saturday morning within an hour we had hot water again!!! Larratt was prompt, professional, did great work and even followed up later in the day to be sure everything was working correctly! I am so happy to have found Larratt and will be using them for all my future (hopefully not too many emergent) plumbing needs!

We had a plumbing emergency with our shower on a Sunday morning, the worst time to reach a plumber! After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and coached me on the tools and products I needed, if I ever want to DIY a similar issue in the future. Thank you, Aaron!

Aaron (the owner) was very prompt about getting plumbers out to repipe my house when I had no water pressure due to galvanized pipes. All of his plumbers (Brandon, Brian and Alturo) were WONDERFUL! THEY WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I'm a disabled Senior, and they could not have been more accommodating to my needs. The price was more than fair. They even were able to avoid retiling in the bathrooms! The job looks beautiful! I couldn't recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing more highly, and will tell all my friends how happy I was with them! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Larratt Brothers Plumbing installed Heat Pump Water Heater on 10/18/2023. A week later I tried to change the temperature on my google nest because of cold weather lately and I found out that there was no light on my google nest. I called Aaron and he responded my call right away and fixed it. Aaron (the owner) is very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and professional. I will recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing to all my friends and will tell all my friends how happy I was with them!

These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. Have been using Larratt Brothers since 2017 and cannot say enough positive things about the company and their employees. Recently had bathroom faucets replaced which I purchased at Home Depot.After installation, one faucet kept leaking. Larratt Brothers went out of their way to get to the root of the problem and diagnosed a defective faucet. Aaron and Aaron B. were excellent. Highly recommend Larratt for all of my plumbing issues.

There was a drain line stoppage causing my kitchen sink to back up, so bad that if not cleared it would have flooded my kitchen wooden floors and cabinets. Brandon cleared the stoppage in a professional manner. Extremely neat and careful as well as knowledgeable.
