I came in on sunday may 5th at 1130 the lady working just sat there syore was trashed employees parked in fire lane. Had homeless ciuple putting carts away becuz they r to lazy walking around dancing to music me and 2 other people had been waiting for 2 hours on machines and the lady still wouldnt help us my daughter works for the one on 10th street and girl school and u best believe they never treated there customers as rudly as the ladies here. They cussed my husbanf out for pullin up by door becuase im on difibulatet and cant walk far. But yet theres 10 cars in fire lane they didnt say anything to. We asked ladys if they would emtpy the washers that have been sitting for hours and hours but they refused and started saying i dont care call shonka he cant say anything. So no i wont go back to 38th ill still with the other laundry and tans where at least customer matters

Every time I come to this location there is this couple who look disheveled and dirty and unkempt .They come up to your cart and physically touch your stuff & ask to help you in return for money. The employees inside the laundry and tan see everything going on they never stop these people .Never make them leave as they hang out on the inside of the laundry & tan foyer. I just watched the one man of the couple follow a woman to a washer and harass her talking to her, hitting on her & the whole time she looks very uncomfortable. But it's my only day off and I want to relax today so I'm going to let it go and make sure not to come back here.

Got band from doing my laundry here cause the employee was a spraying inside my machine with the lid up and I asked her nicely to wait until I got my clothes out and she still was spraying so I took the spray bottle and threw it, so she called the cops and I was put out. She wasn’t even social distancing and let me add they was all white. Racial profiling yes. All the money I spent washing here. Never again.

Poor service. One of the staff brought their daughter to work and her daughter is literally running around terrorizing other kids. The staff that brought her kid, I don't know her name but she has a fade(short hair cut) and she stiid and watched her daughter tear the laundromat up and bang on washers and sit on top of washers. I use to love this place up until now smh.

This is the best location in Indy depending on who is working while you're there. Today is Sunday May 20th and it's 2:50pm and it's packed in here and a woman has taken up a table with newspapers clipping coupons and the staff are refusing to make her move them. People are waiting for space to fold clothes and this lady is taking up space with newspapers!

We went here for the first time thinking it was going to be packed. There were a lot of people, but there were still plenty of machines left open. The machines were very clean and in working order. The laundromat itself was very clean with lots of seating and vending machines. This is one of the nicer laundromats we have used, and we will be back.

I'm a trucker. Take it from me, this laundromat is really great. I updated my Garmin while washing on the free fast WiFi.. Grab some grub from the chicken and seafood place three doors down. But, the biggest amenities include huge washers and dryers, flat screen tv's and a ATM machine. Yes, in the laundromat.

Says they close at midnight. I get here at 10:30 and the lady says I can’t come in, they’re not taking anymore. Like what? Is this a laundry mat or a club? I literally would have been done in a hour or less. Just one load. I mainly needed to wash the clothes I have a dryer at home.

Leudi is a great worker! He takes pride in making sure every machine absolutely clean... He has the machines shiny and superbly clean! This is the cleanest laudromat I have ever beeen to in INDY! The dryers are hot the floors and tables you can easily sit down and relax..

Staff is ghetto and rude. Poor phone ettiques. Lack of professionalism. Broken and over priced laundry machines. Constant spills on the floor and backed up toilets with no soap or toilet paper. Kids constantly running around in the facility like a daycare.

I left somethings in the dryer last Sunday, didnt think about it till I wanted to wear them. I called, went in n yes they was in a bag n the back. Lol silly me! Thank ya so much.

Very good place to wash at and washers clean your clothes good with free coffee all day game room for kids ice machine and vending machine prices are nice …

Huge Laundry matt I enjoyed going there There are a lot of people there on the weekends and holidays so be sure to go in the morning time to get in and out

Clean, quiet, good WIFI. Staff cleaned floors and tables while I was here. At least 10 power outlets at tables for your gadgets while you wait.

Very Clean and Quiet. However I visited a week ago and the female attendant had a very nasty and hateful attitude when I needed assistance.

Doing laundry made easy. I had a bad experience 2 times after using one of d machine that just wasted my 36mins without doing d cleaning

Clean, good machines (especially the silver ones, avoid the white ones at all cost), spacious and well taken care of.

If you need a cart, grab one from the parking lot, I guess. Since everyone seems to park them outside like cars.
