I wish I could give this place more then five starts. I don’t go by other people’s reviews about places, but this place right here is the amazing. I love the fact that the attendant that is at the front desk she stayed busy cleaning, and making sure the place stayed clean the whole time we was there. I have been a housekeeper for at the University of Notre Dame for 18 years, being here today washing clothes it made me feel like I had to stop the lady that was working and let her know how much I appreciated how much she kept the building clean. Please forgive for not asking her name ma’am please forgive me. My son even told me mom you got that look in your eye. I asked him what do you mean? He said: I know how you get when you go to a place and it is really clean you get really excited. I live close to 2 other laundromats but this one is about 7 minutes from my home. I choose to go here because the employees are always cleaning and it’s always clean in there. I love doing my laundry in a clean environment since I can’t do it at home. It gets busy which is why I always go when they open. They have fresh coffee in the mornings when I go which is free. They have vending machines for snacks and pop, also a game for children. Employees are nice when you talk to them and they work very hard. I love this laundromat and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Walked in to see if they had extra large washers for King size comforter. Stood at the employee desk for about 5 minutes while scanning the room for anyone who looked like they might work there. Finally called out to the room, "does anyone work here?" A customer pointed out the employee who was finishing taking a drag off someone else's vape. They had no interest in helping me and gave a vague "there are $5 machines" to my question about the machine sizes. I left. I don't know and don't care if they have extra large capacity washers.

Absolutely disgusting the smell makes you wanna vomit from the moment you walk in the door and when you open up the washer's you find where the smell is coming from there's no way this place get your clothes clean it makes them worse I cannot believe this place has not been shut down by the board of health there is literally Brown ship water in several of the washer's not one employee here the machines steal your money and nobody is here to make up for it and they have a fake phone number posted online

1 of the better laundry places I've been too! It is nice and clean and Sheryl 1 of the employees there is always cleaning she goes above and beyond for the customer and obviously her employer! Give that lady a raise, a plaque for employee of the past 10 months, a covid bonus because she was there every time I had to do laundry! so I would like to say thank you Sheryl we need more Sheryl in the world

The laundry attendant was super honest and helpful. I dropped $10 and she gave it back to me. She helped me even get my clothes out of the dryer. She offered me a bag for my blankets. The bathroom was clean and well attended the facility was clean and I felt comfortable enough to stay and fold my clothes inside. All of the machines worked and I got my clothes washed in 30 mins and dry in 30 mins.

I've been coming since 1997. Never really had a problem until tonight. Just heads up that they shut down many of the washers at 7 PM. The lady working tonight told me she had already cleaned the top loaders on the northwest side and did not want to clean them again. Just heads up to owners\management that 7 PM seems a bit early to close machines down since your open hours are until 10 PM. Thanks

Bathrooms are dirty,smells like blood very strongly and the trashcan is full of newly spattered blood as well as near the toilet and on the floor. Trashcan is overflowing with tampons Staff was not helpful The washing machine worked very well and the dryer worked quickly. Outside of the building is dilapidated and needs attention

I almost did not want to leave a comment simply because I rather this place be my secret. Overall this is a cozy place. The staff are friendly. They always clean the machines. They are well maintained. For the most part it's never overly crowded. Good place to get the job done. This will always be my go to.

Their dryer melted my mothers sweat shirt and melted my new comforter. The attendant working took pictures of everything and wrote down my information 2 weeks later i finall get in touch with the manager to be told they arent going to do anything about it. Will never go there again

The ladies that work here are ALWAYS working hard. I come here regularly and they are always busy cleaning and making the store look nice. Their work ethic is so impressive. They deserve a raise for sure. I’d highly recommend this laundromat to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frequented here from 2014-2018, was the cleanest, most pleasant experience then. Returned now here in 2022: even better! Everything is updated and always so spotless. Find yourself an off peak time and enjoy complimentary coffee.

This is a great laundromat. I come there every weekend I'm an over the road driver and I can Bob tail my rig in there . The washers and dryers work Great way better than the ones at the truck stops

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The machines work great and the place is super clean! It's hard to find an establishment that meets our standard of clean but this place does.

I REALLY LIKED HOW I WAS RUNNING LATE AND GOT TO THERE ABOUT A HOUR AND HALF BEFORE CLOSING AND I WAS LET IN TREATED NICELY AND WAS NOT RUSHED VERY CLEAN AND WASHERS WAS AFFORDABLE

I love Laundry and Tan they are always clean and reliable. I normally do go to the Laundry unless I have issues with my washer and dryer but they would be the first I would choose

I'm not a regular laundromat person, but went to wash some sleeping bags. Machines were clean, the attendant was pleasant and helpful. What more can you expect.

I always go here to do my bedding and things that need an extra large washer and dryer. The place is always clean and everything works. I highly recommend it!

Plenty of washers and dryers here. I can wash and dry mine and my family's clothes (using 3 washers and 2 dryers) for $12. Not too bad in my opinion
