I did not have a good experience with this store, My first clue is how messy and neglected the showroom is. This women who sits at a messy desk with a barking dog yelled at me not to put my backpack on table that was full of fabric samples instead of offering me place to put it down ( her face full of filler is clouding her judgement). It took us 8 months to receive our order when we were told if we placed the order right away it would take 4 months and we would have it for Christmas. What they don't tell you is if they don't have enough orders to fill a container , your order is on limbo for months till this happens. The salesperson who helped me tried his best but that woman's face still haunts me.

My first encounter with Le Belle Arti was when I lived in Atlanta and in preparation for moving to Calgary wanted to source a particular item. Barry was warm and knowledgeable, and quick to explain the process. I have since bought several pieces on Barry's recommendation. He knows his product and is happy to work within price range. The owners have been equally helpful, coming to my home when I couldn't figure out how to re-assemble a table that I moved. I like that I am able to look around at my own pace and take as long as I need making decisions. Now I wouldn't consult anyone else for my design needs.
