My Rolex Yacht Master had stopped keeping time, it’s about 15 years old so I figured it was probably time for service. I called a few places, but Leo Hamels quick response in answering my questions over the phone sold me on going in. At the store I was met with Shane. He was real knowledgeable and gave me clear expectations on how long it would take to get an estimate and the time it would take to perform the proper service that it needed. He told me that it would look as good as new when I picked it up. I really didn’t expect to see much of a difference, but upon picking it up I was so surprised on how clean clean it looked! I highly recommend them. The gave me a detailed invoice of what was performed and it was all done in a timely manner.

Andrew at Leo Hamel Jewelry store in La Mesa hands down is my favorite new gemologist. I can honestly say the best experience I have had dealing with a gemologist. Excellent experience. I purchased my fiance's engagement ring here and Lisa helped me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but also didn't try to push anything on me. The process was very easy and painless and they had some great options with he ability to customize which was nice. I bought my first watch at Leo Hamil last month and had a great experience. Taylor Jones was very helpful while walking me through the different models and helping me land on the right choice. She even sent me a thank you card in the mail a few days later. Overall a great customer experience!
