Dr. Noble was so wonderful with my kitty, Lucy. Lucy had had a traumatic vet experience at another clinic the last time I took her in, so I was afraid to bring her to the vet again, but I knew I needed to for her health. It had been three years and her vaccines were due. Dr. Noble turned it into such a positive experience for Lucy that I am no longer afraid to bring her in for her checkups. Dr. Noble was so good that Lucy didn't even realize that she had been given a vaccination and within seconds of getting home, she was back to her normal self, running around the house like nothing happened. The last time we got home from the other vet, she had to hide for a while to recover. Thank you so so much, Dr. Noble and to the Lessard Callingwood staff. I was probably as stressed as Lucy was when I first arrived, but we are both calm and happy now. I am so relieved to have found such a great vet clinic so close to home.

We have been bringing our feline companions here for more than 10 years and the staff of this clinic are pretty much family by now. They know and love our cats as we do, some of whom are frequent visitors due to chronic conditions. They have helped our kitties through everything from torn claws to Diabetes to chronic rhinitis, comforted us during final moments with our beloved friends, and gladly answer all of our quirky cat-mom questions. The doctors are both knowledgeable and willing to research when they don't think they know what is going on - there is no doctor ego here, just genuine love for animal wellness. The front desk and tech staff are also amazingly helpful and always call to check up on our kitties after a visit. Highly recommend this wonderful clinic.

I would definitely recommend this vet clinic to everyone I know. I have an dog and a cat and have been taking them to this clinic for many years. The staff are very caring and treat both of my little critters like family. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and they accommodated to get him in immediately, which was greatly appreciated. They called and checked in with me every time they said they would, and gave me lots of information about his progress and what they felt needed to be done. I felt confident that he was being well taken care of, and that I was making informed decisions about his healthcare. I can't say enough good things about this clinic or the staff.

We just took our American Bully in to deal with some ear infections. Despite not being existing clients, and despite them being booked into the following week, they shoehorned us in the next morning. Our dog is not the easiest to deal with. He loves the staff before they touch his ears, and he loves them after, but during—due to many ear infections—he is terrified. Regardless, they got his checkup and treatment done and he came out in a good mood (despite his anxiety). They were professional throughout and led us to believe that our dog was obedient and that they liked him overall (the truth is their business ). Would definitely recommend.

I have 4 dogs and have dealt with my fair share of vets.. This clinic came highly recommended by a good friend, they're awesome every one of the staff members were caring and educated. They care about your animals here! My older dog came in to have some teeth removed they made me feel extremely comfortable leaving him in their care, I was updated and involved throughout the process of pre screening blood work and testing to the surgery, they also called to check up on him after :') We live in fort mac and this clinic is worth the drive every time!

For those who have not yet secured veterinary support, I would recommend Lessard-Callingwood Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff, from the doctors to the techs to the reception area are such amazing, caring people. I have had highs and lows with my four legged family members over the years and with the highs - they celebrate with me; with the lows - they grieve along side of me. Lessard-Callingwood offers the best of pet care along with the support and guidance for the pet parent like myself. They are people I trust - just like an old friend.

I am always wary to bring any pet to a new vet. In this case, we were glad that we did. The staff is professional, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Jane Noble was very informative, made sure we knew about all of our options, and worked with us to create a great care plan that we can afford. Blue, our cat, was diagnosed with bladder stones, an enlarged kidney, probable asthma, and a UTI. In just the few days it has been since we brought him in, we already see some improvements. We are glad that this vet is part of Blue's care.

Not my regular vet but they made room for me when I found an injured stray cat on my patio. They were courteous and kind, made sure I understood everything they were going to do for my surprise guest and told me multiple options for care/pricing. No surprises at the end, the estimates includes a low and high range to allow for unexpected things (as pet owners we know that simple procedures sometimes arent so simple). The clinic is calm and clean and you're never in the waiting room for very long before you are seen.

I've been at this veterinary clinic a couple times now and I've appreciated their cleanliness, friendly demeanor, and excellent animal care. They have appropriate procedures to see animals safely during the pandemic and show genuine interest in the well-being of animals and their guardians. Costs seem typical of veterinary clinics I've been to. I hope to keep coming here for a long time whenever my furry family need care! Thanks for helping us with our cats, Jack and Rogue! ❤

My dog loves all the ladies here and we love them. We actually switched vets because my dog just really felt comfortable here and his tail was wagging non stop the first time. Even during Covid I felt comfortable with dropping him off, they called me right away and then they even called me a couple weeks later to check in on him (what amazing service). They provide you with a variety of treatment options and you can tell it’s a business that cares about what they do!

The vets and vet techs take such good care of my diabetic kitty. I would highly recommend them. My cat was diagnosed in their office and they delivered all the right info at the right time to help me out. They had videos and brochures and called to check in, gave me great training on administering the shots. They follow up with me all the time to check in on how we are all doing. ❤ They really care about the health of my kitty and that is what is most important.

All of the staff here are fantastic. The administrative staff, techs and vets are all knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. We've been taking our cats here for several years and they've always been so well cared for. We've had several health challenges with our cats, and they've always taken the time to fully explain the issues and treatment options, as well as following up to make sure the cats are still doing well. Thanks for everything you guys do!

My second pet with this Veterinary Hospital. The staff are always so kind. Very caring about the pets that are their patients. I was there for my sick Pupper and at the same time they were meeting with a fur momma who just lost her precious fur baby. Attentive to us both they were. Also! My George Bailey runs into the place. A very good sign for me. He knows they care about him. Thank you to the docs and staff. I so appreciate you all. My guy is on the mend.

We have had multiple pets going to this clinic for well over 20 years and have always been pleased. Recently our beautiful dog was having major health issues, and Dr Noble was excellent in treating her and helping us come to the decision to do the most humane thing. Dr Olenick, was so compassionate, gentle and caring towards our pet and family in the euthanasia and for that we are extremely grateful. The clinic staff were so caring and wonderful. Thank you!

The Vets here are very helpful and kind, as well as the rest of the staff. They answered all our questions, talked us through what was happening and what needed to be done with our dog, and didn't do any unnecessary work, to save us a little money. The team worked to make sure our (very nervous) dog felt comfortable, and even had a variety of treats to give him, which was really nice as he has a chicken allergy. I am very grateful for the entire staff team!

Lessard-Callingwood has been the vet clinic I have used for over 25 years. My various cats have always been treated and cared for expertly by the excellent and compassionate staff. Where else will staff cry with you when you're there to have a furry family member euthanized? It really shows that everyone genuinely love animals here, and they tolerate us humans pretty well, too. You will not find a better group of vets in West Edmonton.

We've been to a few vets over the last several years....this is the best hands down. Unfortunately we had to put our pupper down last night. It was a heartbreaking ordeal. The staff were very thoughtful and professional. As horrible an experience as it was, they made it as gentle and comfortable for our family. Awesome clinic - Dr. Olenick was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my dogs visit and advised me which treatments were necessary and which were not. Also provided general education and tips for ideal pet care. I never felt like I was being overcharged or sold products that I didn’t need like at some other clinics.

I had to put my cat of 19 years old down today and the clinic was amazing. The vet and the clinic staff were very caring and compassionate. My cat was able to pass peacefully without any stress. Dr. Lapointe and her team cared for my two dogs (both border collie X) for over a decade. They lived happy healthy lives for almost 16 years and loved visiting the Callingwood Vet Hospital. They received excellent care at all stages of their lives. The advice I received was always helpful. Thank you so much for your loving care.

This place goes above and beyond. I have taken my cat here a few times and they always are very good with him and willing to answer all my questions. They are very good about following up even if I just call for advice. Have been to several different vets (due to moving to different towns) and this is by far the best.

I am very happy with this Veterinary Hospital. The Doctors and the staff are friendly, and happy to see our dog Gallagher. The check in phone call is great. I went to this vet only one time was the absolute best staff ever kind caring worrying only about my pet not the bill which moat vets do not do anymore. My experience was positive well worth the service for the fair prices I was charged . If you want the most caring vet in Edmonton for sure.

I have taken all my pets here over the years and have had no issues. Years ago we had Dr MacDonald, she was the nicest vet I've ever met! She obviously really cared about animals. We have seen all the drs now for checkups and vaccinations. Will be continuing to come too!

Great clinic. The vet they we have seen the last few times has been just wonderful. She explains the cost and wants your input as the owner of what options you feel comfortable with doing. They have been one of the better ones, with not pushing everything on you.

Professional, friendly, extremely competent, and just plain awesome. They helped us out when our dog ate something he shouldn’t have. We’re brand new to Edmonton, and we found our dogs veterinarian very early on. And for that we’re grateful.

Dr MacDonald was wonderful and handled my cat with great care. I did not feel rushed at all and was allowed time to voice my concerns about the treatment plan so that I could leave feeling confident that my kitty was getting the best care.
