I used them before with my move from Nevada to Texas & received excellent service. Sylvester was professional, on time & gave me clear instructions on how to pay my balance/ETA on my car. So naturally I would use him again from Texas back to Nevada. Feels like the worst mistake ever. Each time I had an update on pick up date, pick up location/ contact, drop off location, I gave this info to Sylvester all to update in their system. His associates tried to collect the deposit from the wrong person & when my contact gave the pick driver the right contact (me), they didn't reach out to me until I reached out to Sylvester to get an update on my pickup/delivery dates. The driver gave a pick up date of the 28th, but didn't arrive until the 1st. When one of the drivers arrived at the pick location he mentioned "I just got of prison yesterday". Now this comment was made to a woman at the pick location. When the drivers arrived to Nevada, they tried to drop off the car at the wrong location. And prior to dropping off the car I had NO CLUE of their arrival date/time which end up being around 8:30 at night!!! To my mother in law home who was home alone. After refusing the delivery I finally get a call from one of the drivers requesting the correct drop off location. Upon their arrival I see smoke coming from the car which was quickly determined that it COULD be a belt. Why, a belt IDK car the car haven't & shouldn't be driven but to put the car on the dolly. So I left it alone, didn't complain to them & parked the car in the garage. So days later, now I'm REALLY starting to take a look at the car, there's several scratches that was not on the car. So disappointing on many levels. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

I think the guy name is eugene who was professional, but tried to act like I was confuse when he was talking about the pricing, that we got off of Groupon. I think it upset him because he was getting aggressive. I don’t know if he tries to show off in front of woman because my lady was there, but it was obvious and on top he fell off the back of the truck ‍♂️ then the worst part the brought this other guy with him. That was dark skin and got the jimmy butler old hair cut and he kept falling when he was moving stuff. Used our bathroom and I think took a number 2 in it. On top of that he tried on my wife boxing gloves and was swinging at a pole and fell. I’m like can u take off the boxing gloves sir! U suppose to be moving my items not trying them on. Very unprofessional and Eugene was laughing at it like get control of your guy. They didn’t wear any gloves and got our couch dirty and no wrapping either and it was easier ways to move the couch because it wasn’t heavy. They make things harder. I’m a nice guy and still tip but won’t be calling them back. I will probably do it myself.

WONDERFUL and very professional men! A company with honesty and integrity! I had been calling several movers to assist in getting 3 pieces (a book case, a curio cabinet and a chest) from point A to point B about 30 minutes apart. They quoted me HALF of what the others were quoting. They safely wrapped my items in blankets and shrink wrap, carefully secured the items in their truck, and delivered them to their final resting places! I will never NOT use them again!!! I can't recommend this father - son team enough! There is NO way these other companies could justify what they were quoting. "Let's Help Moving" was fair, professional, polite and very easy to communicate with!!! Thank you gentleman so much!!!!

When I tell you this is the absolute, most elite moving company I've ever experienced.... I'm not exaggerating. Personable AND professional. They took care of my property as if it were their own. I used my own truck because I was nervous due to past experiences with moving companies. Sylvester and Sylvester Jr. reduced my stress with my move. They took excellent care of all of my belongings. Both were very kind and personable. As they unloaded my belongings into my new place they asked where I wanted items, instead of just piling everything up in one spot. After a long day at work plus moving they offered to assemble my bed so I could rest easy after a long day.

I scheduled a move with Let’s Help on short notice (maybe less than a weeks notice). I moved some items from a room in home and a storage unit. The movers were Sylvester and Jim. They were very friendly and efficient. The whole move took 3hrs. Nothing was broken. They assembled my bed for me. I got an unexpected discount for using cash. Needless, to say I had a great experience and I would definitely use Let’s Help Moving in the future and recommend to others.

Sylvester and his crew did a fabulous job with our local move! We had a safe and a piano in addition to the normal furniture and everything was done carefully, quickly and with a smile. The final price came in under the original quote and a minor issue with a pane of broken glass was resolved quickly and professionally. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! They provided a quote better than other companies, with better moving timelines. They packed my house over 2 days, then on the 3rd day, loaded two trucks, drove to the new place, and unloaded both trucks. The crew worked their butts off. Working fast, and working hard, and still showing the care for my things; nothing damaged and nothing broken. They were WONDERFUL!!! Five stars all the way!!
