"Very very disappointing service would not recommend to anyone,bought a sound system from them last year in March broke in February this year called them and advised that the must collect and fix never heard from them again then I decided to stop their debit order and see what happens next no phone call from Lewis,they rather send a rude lady to my mom's who went to the neighbours to find out where Elton lives how humiliating"
"Worst customer services ever old staff and new staff, manager and area manager never returns calls , cashier's "forgot" to log very important query and lie to say manager is not at the branch when I call, worst experience ever! definitely never buying from any of their stores again"
