I’m requesting a refund because I don’t have access to my storage . In my contract it was said to be 6am to 10 pm and the doors don’t work here. The employee come whenever they feel like and they are rude. They yelled at me and said I can leave and it wouldn’t affect them because someone else will rent my space .

The staff here is amazing! Rayaz and Duane made us feel so welcome and were so helpful in the nicest way! I don’t see myself going anywhere else and getting the same awesome treatment! Thank you both so much!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Edwin was such a big help finding a space that works for us. He went above and beyond to assist us with finding the right unit and was very transparent with storage policies. Edwin was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service.

I spoke with the representative Edwin. He was able to help me so much I was having issues with payment and when we could have access and he was just wonderful in helping me. Customer service is key for me, would recommend them to others anytime!
