A big shoutout to Cindy who works at this Life storage location in stone oak. We were moving out of San Antonio and kept all our home things in this storage till we find another home in Dallas .Our assigned mover ‘All Seasons Moving’ left us in lurch at the last minute by not showing up at the last minute even though they took half of the money. I was concerned as the mover had a copy of keys to the storage and we needed to arrange for new movers at the crunch time and needed to make sure they have the keys. I called Cindy and she was a life saviour. She helped keep an eye so the old movers did not steal our things from storage while we were shopping for new movers.With her help we got the locks changed without us having to drive all the way down. And I’m super impressed by her memory. She remembers your name and each of your rented spaces. Cindy made getting us storage smoothly. She helped us beyond her scope while we were trying to deal with bad mover situation.Life storage at Stone oak is a great place to storage. Neat clean safe and secure place for storing your things. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful service, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Pam. She is just so kind and helpful, and very caring. I came in trying to get a storage unit and was shopping around for the best price. Mrs. Pam gave me uncle Bob rates and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with them or the other company. So Mrs. Pam told me not to rush into a decision. She told me to take a day to think about it and do what is best for me. I left that day feeling like wow!! That was very nice of her to not make me feel rushed or obligated to get the storage. I also felt she was so caring and wanted what was best for me. So the next two days I returned and got my storage with life storage solely on the fact of her customer service and caring nature. I would definitely recommend them to you and everyone. When I go in to make my payments She is still just as kind as the day I met her!!! Life storage is the way to go. Thank you guys.

Overall a great experience. Rented online and got $10 off/mo for that. Cindy is very nice, she went out of her way to show me the storage unit I reserved. It was advertised as a drive up (to store a vehicle) but was in the back behind the street, the access has a small walkway which wouldn’t work. I would not consider that a drive up unit which online was advertised as. She immediately found me a more suitable space and within a few minutes I was out of there. They have great customer service. No contract or cancellation fees and secured well with cameras. You have to pay a $25 admin fee and have renters or home owner insurance which I didn’t see online. If you don’t have insurance it’s $14/mo to cover $4,000 or $16/mo to cover $5,000. I don’t recall seeing those added fees but I am happy to have the storage unit so quickly! They don’t offer $1 for first month that I’m aware of.

I have stored belongings for 2 years at this facility and am on an auto payment plan. Last month they updated their auto payment system but did not notify me that I would need to reapply until my payment was past due with a late charge. The current manager reentered my information on the new system and waived the late fee. The next day I received an email stating there was a lien on my account and my belongings were inaccessible to me and would be subject to auction. I tried contacting their head office but could not get through. I feel like they’re business practices are unprofessional and will be looking a new facility. I have never made a late payment so I’m quite unhappy with them. I received a notice 2 days ago that my October payment was due so I’ll see if my auto payment goes through.

My experience with Life Storage has been amazing. We are transitioning from a different storage facility to Life Storage and currently have 4 units with them. The move started because of the travel time to and from the office and I'm so happy we did. Pamela has been so patient with us and has helped make this move so easy! Every time we need a new unit, she makes sure to have all the necessary paperwork ready for when I come in and makes sure to add all units to the same account so it's easy to pay online. She is so pleasant to work with, amazing customer service. The facility itself is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. The rest of the staff is very professional and kind. We definitely made the right choice in choosing Life Storage!!

My experience with Life Storage has been extremely positive from the very beginning. Initially I signed up for a storage unit that was too small, but they were able to accommodate me with a larger unit with no trouble. Also, I originally signed up online and all of the information did not transfer, but again the ladies came to the rescue and they were able to get me set up timely. I did use the truck, which was clean and a life saver for items I did not want the moving company to take on the day of the move. They continue to be very friendly and responsive when I call with questions, or I need a late entry. I would highly recommend this company and this location.

We used 2 units at this place and were so happy about the service and the flexibility they offered.we had signed an agreement that we ended up not needing and they reimbursed us in full even though we were technically obligated to pay for the month.Everyone there is so nice but Pamela was extremely helpful.My husband’s iPhone went dead and she walked over to our unit to bring him her charger. Now that is good service! Life Storage on Blanco and Wilderness Oak will be our storage facility for life...just like it says!!

This storage facility has gone above and beyond to assist me. I am wheelchair bound and Pamela and her staff have made me feel so comfortable there, not to mention their assistance with things I need. The facility is always clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The units are kept clean and rodent free. I don’t need to worry about my belongings being damaged here. They are extremely professional and very kind hearted. I would use them even if I lived across town. I highly recommend this location.

Pamela is AWESOME!!! The storage facility is top notch. Customer service is through the roof over the top. Pamela called the day before the rental was booked just to see if we had any questions about the unit or location and is an absolutely wonderful person to talk to. She’s the type of person who after talking with, you leave with your day having been made better just by talking to her. Such great customer service, Pamela helped me through a difficult situation of transferring units and working with me to not lose all of the money I had already put down. She took all the time we needed to figure something out, and she had an amazing attitude the entire time. I was so pleased with my experience there, and will definitely be using them again if the need should arise. It's great to know friendly, customer service is still around!

My family and I got stuck in the hail storm today while driving by life storage. We drive up and ran inside for cover with our scared 5 year old. We were met at the door by Pamela who welcomed us in with open arms. She gave my son some paper and markers and filled his belly with jelly beans. Pam, the store manager was of the highest quality. My unit was always acessable, and the entire property is as clean as I have ever seen. I worked out of my unit, and both Pam and Bruce, the associate manager checked on me and my happiness with my unit daily. I had the door fail, and it was repaired on a weekend within 24 hours. The unit was good. The price fair. The personnel, perfect. Highly recommended.

Pam has gone above and beyond multiple times for myself and my mom who also has a storage unit here. I feel like Pam treats me like her friend, like my precious items are just staying at my friend's house. During my deployment to the Middle East I needed a secure location to store my belongings and Life Storage on Blanco were the best choice. Military friendly and Helpful throughout the process and while I needed my belongings stored. Upon return, no incidents occurred and no damage occurred to my belongings Highly recommend this location if you need a place to store any of your belongings.

I've rented storage space from this Life Storage on several occasions in recent years and have always been pleased with the clean facilities, the reasonable prices, and the friendly staff. The manager, whose name I believe is Pamela, has been especially courteous and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we were well cared for. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Overall a very good positive experience. The easy online rental agreement and online payment option takes the headache out of getting a storage space. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Location is easy to get in and out of for standard size sedan, suv or pickup truck. Would definitely reccomend this storage facility A+. This review is for the location at 20202 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258. Josh the manager is the MAN!!!! I had to get in and out of storage unit in less than 20 minutes! I arrived on site with no unit and a half full U-Haul truck that needed unloading in under 20 minutes. Josh made sure it happened!!! Process was quick and painless. Thanks Josh!!!

Recently I stopped in to get a quote for a unit. I have a small business and needed a facility to store my unused materials. I love the easy process and access to a unit that will keep my supplies in good condition. The customer service was world class and set the bar! I look forward to renting my unit with this location and the amazing staff!

I had a wonderful experience with both place & staff. Still got a unit right before closing time. I was also amazed that they had half price items so getting a few things needed for moving was made super easy. Both staff members gave me a water or juice when I walked in. Very great job guys.
