DO NOT STORE AT THIS PLACE. We were only storing our family boat for about 4 months when it got mysteriously stolen when for a strange reason that same night they're exit gate was not working. Is not after 3 days of the burglary that we get a phone call form the storage. We are so sad and so upset that we lost this boat that with so much effort we bough to create memories with our kids. The personal only said " im sorry" did not even offered us to cancel the contract or anything. After we made some phone calls we ended up talking with a district Manager named Troy who told us to send them an email and it has been 4 days since we sent it and we haven't received a response. This place does not full fill they're own vision of guarding the assets people store; expecting they would be secure and they're actually not.

They keep raising the rent and the insurance,but they can't even put a light socket in the storage shed,but u can run a 100 foot extension cord to a external outlet out side the shed,not like other storage facilities here in San Antonio,Tex..the only in provements that I have seen that has been done is they have put in a key pad to let u in and out for the Gates,, when us storage took over all they have done is kept raising the rent and the insurance rate and at this time I wouldn't recommend us storage to anyone,,and I been a customer for several years and paid my bill before or on time,just because of covid-19 just don't make it right to jack up the prices for your short comings to make more money !!!...

DO NOT do business with these people unless you want your items stolen! My father kept our items in this storage facility and then we went to retrieve our items to find out that the lock had been changed out! Supposedly the owners knew nothing about it so we got a locksmith to remove the lock and we're shocked to find out that at least 50% of our items were stolen! The thieves knew exactly where to go and even replaced the lock with one of their own! I have no doubt in my mind that the owner or at least one of their employees had something to do with it do not trust this company!

Canceled my storage. Someone tried to remove the two locks I put on the door. All the units left and right where hit. Because one still had the lock and latch torn off and not repaired. The others had new latches to lock. Asked the manager if they had any recent attempts or break in. Says a while back nothing recent. Then asked if this occurs does management notify anyone. He say's usually. But told him my latch is all bent and twisted and no one noticed or called me. He said he had to take a look at the unit.

Erika and Savannah went out of their way to help me make arrangements for a friend. They were helpful, courteous, kind, set things up online for us and helped me to understand MANY options for our needs. Erika was also demonstrated creative thinking to help us expedite our ridiculous schedule and made things super easier than I ever thought would be possible. 10 stars out of 5 ladies - because excellent service only describes half of what you did for us. Thank you so much. I highly recommend these folks!

A friend of mine stored many of his items in a unit here, including sentimental military items. Come to find out someone replaced his lock with theirs and went in and out as they please stealing almost every single thing in his unit. Apparently they knew about other units getting broken into and did not inform anyone. This place is either working an inside job with these units and letting people steal, or they’re just a very unprofessional company. Either way, I wouldn’t store a paper towel here.

I was looking around for a storage unit for the longest. Everywhere was either high on price for a small storage or customer service was just poor. I called this location just to see prices & what was available. I came In and the customer service was so amazing! SAM is defiantly our go to when we move or my family moves anywhere from now. If y’all need storage check this place out. I love the experience!

I made an online reservation for a unit, and they called me back within an hour to confirm and set up a time to take a look at the unit we wanted and talk about different options. The whole lot is clean and you can tell they maintain everything to a high standard. We were more than happy to rent a unit for all of our belongings and trust that it will be safe and secure.

I needed a storage at the last minute to help my elderly mother who had to move out of her apartment store her stuff. It took less than 30 minutes to rent, locate the place and pickup my lock. They accidentally gave me a small after I rented a medium space but gave me an additional small next to it and said they could relocate me if needed. So far so good.

A friend told me about this place, so I stopped by today. The very pretty woman that was there was nice enough to help me even though it was almost their closing time. I was well informed of my options and will be sure to return and take advantage of the special they have going on. The place I have my stuff at now, no names mention (Public Storage) sucks.

This location is awesome. I was relocating my barbershop and location was great, clean and helpful. Great price and always updated me with information like when I didn’t lock my door properly, I went back and made sure my stuff was secure. I had a great experience and will definitely do business with them in the future. For sure 5 star review!

Came across this location looking for a new storage place. The young lady there was very helpful, I believe her name was Mary. Well informed and answered all questions I had. I was shown all of the options that were available to me. When I called back the gentleman that answered was also helpful. I highly recommend.

Lighting has been an ongoing issue since February. It also been brought to the attention of the office manager. Being a female and having to gain access sometimes in the evening leaves me feeling very unsafe with no lights. I could barely see around the corners. Something must be done for the customers safety.

Daniel Flores ( Facility's Manager ) is friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. This has been my go to storage facility for 3 years. All of my daughter's collage stuff stored away over the summer. Haven't had any problems so far.

I have been storing things at this facility for years and one night my storage unit was broken into along with many others. How can a secure place with manager on site 24 hours a day have this much theft in one night without anyone noticing?

U S storage has purchased the Handy Storage I gave my review for. U S Storage was awful. Almost doubled the cost in two years and demanded some ridiculous amount for some kind of an insurance that I was told THEY own. Totally a big rip off.

Don't store here place every other weekend will have electricity problem where the gate will stay open and my boat got stolen because of this and now they don't want to be responsible for their mistake.
