I ordered a salad server online three weeks ago. I have called the st.Laurent store three times to track my order since the online tracking system is not working. Each time, they told me it would arrive in two days. However, when I called today, the manager informed me that it will probably arrive this week. After 15 minutes, someone from the shop (Malihaw?) called me and advised me to contact customer service, as they don't have access to track my order. When I called customer service, it went to voicemail or was busy every time. I tried calling the store again, and they informed me that there's nothing I can do except wait until they receive the order. They don't know when or from where it will come. I expect more reliability or information from the store or the manager even for online orders.

Disappointed in their customer service and honouring a sale. Showed up for pickup and they would not provide my order for what the website claimed was the sale price. Ordered a bedspread on sale on website for same day pick up. Received confirmation that order was ready for pickup and they charged my credit card. Called to confirm the order was ready and a live person told me it was ready. Went in person and the person at the cash said they could not honour the price listed even though the company knew of their supposed error. Very disappointed in a company that had a good reputation. Once you charge someone’s credit card and tell them it’s ready for pick up by email and a live call you should honour the sale. Not very honourable.

I wish I read the reviews here about online orders. It's been a 5 weeks since I ordered online and did not hear any news from anyone. First and last time, horrible customer service. Update: I did reach out by email, chat and in person, no one can tell me when I will receive my order. The email in your comment is useless, received automatic answer 3 weeks ago and no other news at all. I understand issues on your side by it would be nice to receive anything with news what is going on. I got 0 news about my order and it's almost 6 weeks now. Never got any updates, if I did I would not write this review.

last year I ordered from the Iris street location on Black Friday and I had to wait 3 days for my “2 hour pickup” to be ready. This year I picked it up from the st Laurent location and my items were ready before I was even at the mall. The sales lady with the beautiful eyelashes offered to have someone help me to my car because it was a lot of pillows, and the girl with the butterfly tattoos was so nice and we chatted on the way to the car. I didn’t get the ladies names but they were very lovely, way better customer service than the iris street linen chest

Just toured the new store. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I find it is like a smaller version of Bed Bath and Beyond yet they have a much bigger store in the west end near IKEA. I’m not sure why they picked this location when there is The Bay in the mall. I’m giving 5 stars for opening during the pandemic.

Staff at this location were friendly and helpful. The store was densely packed but we laid out. The online shopping experience was smooth, in-store pick up was easy, and we were able to take advantage of some pretty incredible boxing week sales. Very positive experience overall.

The store looks cleanly. The price of almost everything is higher than other stores with similar products.
