Sat in my car for a while thinking of where to wash my brand new 2023 Acura Mdx that I had for less than a week. After looking at reviews, I thought I would try this place. The membership had a special for 2 months of $10 and then would be $35 a month after for their best wash. I took my car there immediately after signing up and two men brushed it down while my car was dry and then guided me through an automatic carwash. While inside, the experience was violent, the machine brushes were heavy on the car but I just trusted that all would be ok due to the good reviews. Once out of the wash, you go to the vacuums. They provide clean microfiber towels which I used to dry my car. When I got to the back of the car, I noticed a small but obvious scratch that wasn't there before. I looked a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a dead bug. It was a scratch for sure. I told the supervisor Kaleb and he said he would look at the cameras. He confirmed that the scratch wasn't there when I came in. He took all of my information and said he would have the owner call me. He gave me no papers or any other instructions. I asked how do I know you will really call me or that anyone will address the issue. He said, "you have my word." He said that the owner was coming in 2 hours. I never heard back so I called again another day and left a message explaining the reason I called and what happened. I provided my information again. In a week, I didn't hear back so I called again and got Jerome or Jerell or something with a J, the manager, who apologized that it wasn't addressed, advised he never heard about it and promised he would call me either that day or the next day. Well, the manager failed to call back, too. This is where I'm at. I would not recommend going here. They damaged my car and failed to even remotely acknowledge it or take responsibility. I have washed my car by hand since...and no paint has come off.... Reviews mean nothing to me anymore. This is definitely a sorry way to do business.

I do not live in Jax but my daughter is a student at UNF. During my visit her jeep was pretty filthy and needed a really good wash. I have used a few other automatic carwashes when visiting in the past but was not overly impressed with the results. I looked online for the best carwash in Jacksonville and Liquid Sunshine came up in the search engine. Based on this, and still a little skeptical about what kind of service and value we would receive, we visited this morning and were SHOCKED at how good the experience was. The employees were helpful, attentive, professional and kind. The jeep came out unbelievably clean. We cannot believe what a incredible job they did for 25 dollars. We will definitely be back, and will tell anyone we can, and point them to this business. Thank You all again for the great service!! JOSEPH

I was actually going to go to gate car wash but there was about eight cars waiting in line. So I thought oh I'll try this place it's near my house It's brand new. And I'm very glad I did :-). There was only one car in front of me. The employees were ALL very nice very attentive and explained to everything to me because I'd never been there. You can get a single car wash or you can pay by the month. The car wash was great and there's a light show. They prescrub portions of your car before you go in the car wash to make it more effective there's free vacuum with car wash purchase. There's a place to wash your fabric car mats and your rubber car mats. They provide Windex if you want to clean your windows and lots of rags to wipe your car down which they also help you with. I highly recommend this car wash!

Best car was EVER! I was helped by Brooke when I got there, and she was super personable and helpful. She even took the time to come check on me after the wash to bring me a complimentary air freshener and make sure everything turned out ok. Which it did - I went with the second one up, and it was WAY less than I thought it would have been for everything I got and my car came out squeaky clean. After it was done, Tyler came over to help me spot dry the car and made sure I had glass spray and clean towels. He was also very kind and helpful and great. Between the exceptional customer service, free vacuums and fantastic pricing and value, I’ll never go to another car wash as long as I live in Jax!

Since the first day me and my gf pulled into liquid sunshine we knew this place would be different from others. Anthony greeted us with enthusiasm and a positive attitude that broke the ice. It did not feel transactional at all and this led us to signing up for an unlimited member ship ! I attend liquid at least twice a month and Anthony and Caleb are always in the same good mood , providing the same above average customer service. The equipment is top of the line and the way these employees keep the lot clean , is one of the many reasons I keep coming back ! My last car wash location was always packed and employees in a bad mood ! You can tell the owners at liquid take care of theirs! -J.O

Brand new and super clean! They also have hand towels and spray at each vacume for your convenience. I think it was the owener and his son working who went above and beyond! The kiosk did not print my receipt so they went inside and printed it because it was my work credit card. After going through the wash I parked to vacuum it out they came over and hand dried the whole car for me! I saw them do the same thing for an elderly woman and another business man. Who does that... What great customer service! They are a block from our office so we will definitely be bringing our other company cars there. Great place with great service!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the membership carwashes out there but this one is completely different. They are an establishment that provides a service with great customer service. My car was prepped by hand before it went in the machine and I feel like the machine put a little TLC into the wash. After it was done my car was hand dried in order to not have water marks. And to top it off they sent me away with complimentary air fresheners. They have outdone themselves. Congrats on an excellent service driven by customer service. It's greatly appreciated in this automated world.

The guys at Liquid car wash are great. Very very friendly crew here. I would highly recommend coming to this car wash. Your first month is only $10 for a $25 car wash, and they use Ceramic wax. I’m a Detailer myself but due to poor health I’m unable to work right now. So I tried these guys out and my car came out looking like glass for the paint. Highly recommend this place again. Jerrel and Anthony are great they came right over and hand dried my car!

Drove past 2 other car wash places out my way to get my car cleaned here cause I noticed my windshield was looking dirty and they had good reviews. Unfortunately they were closed at 6:42pm. The time posted says they close at 7pm so I’m disappointed to now have to drive to another place. They should have it say 6:30pm instead of claiming to close at 7pm to be respectful of potential customers.

I have never had a car wash boost my mood so much! As soon as you pull in to Liquid Sunshine, you are greeted and they assist with the kiosk. Like the other reviews have said, they do scrubbing before the wash and then do additional hand drying after. Everyone is so friendly and in a good mood - it's contagious. I am excited for the new owners and look forward to returning many, many times!

When I went to the bay to vacuum my car out, all the trashcans were upside down so I went to flip one over to throw trash from my car. Ended up getting soaked with trash water. Then when driving away a lot of water started coming from under my dash and soaked my feet and the driver side floor. Not happy , not going back. There is a coin operated place close also, will go there instead.

Best car wash ever!!!!! Signed up for their monthly unlimited plan. They are all extremely nice and 100% will be back! There’s a dryer at the end of the car wash but if there’s any water left on your car they will dry it off for you by hand! They also have vaccums for after, with a cleaning solution + microfiber cloth’s for the inside of your car as well.

I used to come to this location for several years, and recently got remodeled from top down. I like the service options. The car wash is pretty good. The vacuums are powerful and they have a no extra charge mat cleaning machine. You get towels and spray to dry your car and clean hard to wash spots. I recommend this car wash.

Best drive in car wash in Jax. what sets it apart is the employees and they provide clean rags to wipe down your car after driving through the wash. I have the monthly pass and go often and love when I see Anthony there. He is always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience every time!!

Came to liquid sunshine very nice experience both gentleman wiped my entire car and I only came just to try their vacuum cleaners out THERE FREAKING amazing VACUUMS, Also the manager Jarrell came out and wiped my car down and had amazing customer services! Absolutely loved speaking to the workers and the experience was very pleasant! Someone came to help me with ordering the wash, and another person cleaned the outside of my car real quick before the actual wash. Both of them were nice! Loved the experience and I'll definitely be coming back!

This place is amazing. I have a soft top jeep and they have a feature that keeps the brushes off of your roof. Customer service is fantastic. They always come out and help you dry and make sure everything looks to your liking highly recommend this place.

Great place to get your car washed. They have the latest technology that did a great job on my SUV. Highly recommend this place for a quick, but very thorough, car wash. Great prices as well. Will continue to go here for both of my cars.

I don't normally wash my own car but when I do- I go here. They come wipe the car down for you after the drive thru part. So- no water marks. The vacuums are good and they provide spray and towels for cleaning the inside and windows.

Offers ceramic wax, free vacuuming, drying, and an amazing light show! They also dry your car off by hand if it isn’t dry when it comes out of the wash! Vacuums are also very strong. Very kind employees and owner!

Sometimes they wipe my car down, sometimes they don't. The vacuum is decent. The only issue I really have is that with the package I pay for I'd expect the car to be cleaner. Dirt is usually left behind.

I drove behind a leaky concrete truck on the way to work and stopped in. Amazing service! They were so thorough with my wash that they even hand dried it to remove all the residue. Best service ever!!!
